Description

The present invention relates to a slide seat structure of a vehicle, and more particularly to a slide seat structure in which left and right slide rails can be installed on a floor panel of a passenger compartment with high accuracy and good workability.

Conventionally, a pair of left and right slide rails extending in the front-rear direction are provided in parallel on the floor panel of the passenger compartment as a second seat (or rear seat) in the middle of the front and rear of a wagon car or the like that provides three rows of front and rear seats in the passenger compartment. There is a slide sheet on which the sheet is slidably mounted. In recent years, slide seats tend to increase the amount of seat movement using long slide rails.

Generally, when installing the slide rail on the floor panel of the passenger compartment, a plurality of stud bolts projecting downward are provided on the bottom surface of the slide rail, the slide rail is arranged on the top surface of the floor panel, and the stud bolt is attached to the floor panel. It is made to penetrate and to be fixed by tightening with a nut from the lower side of the floor panel.

In addition, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, the slide rail 1 is installed in a groove 51 in the front-rear direction formed in the floor panel 5 of the passenger compartment, and the tongue piece provided on the slide rail 1 is projected to the left and right sides. It is also possible to fix the slide rail 1 directly to the floor panel 5 by bolting and fixing the mounting bracket 19 to the left and right outer surface portions of the groove 51 of the floor panel 5 (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In Patent Document 1, a cylindrical vibration isolator 90 in which an outer peripheral surface of a metal spacer is covered with an elastic body is inserted into a bolt through hole of a mounting stay 19, bolted through the vibration isolator 90, and slided. It has been proposed to reduce vibration input to the rail 1. In FIG. 6, 7 is a carpet, and 8 is a cover member that covers the left and right upper end surfaces of the slide rail 1.
JP 2001-171397 A

By the way, wagon cars and other vehicles have both mounting holes for mounting the fixed second seat on the floor panel and mounting holes for mounting the slide rails on which the sliding second seat is placed. There is something that can select the sheet of. This type of vehicle is often used for export vehicles, and fixed or slide seats are installed at the export destination.

When installing a sliding seat, the left and right slide rails must be installed in parallel on the floor panel with high accuracy. If this mounting accuracy is poor, the sliding movement of the seat body will be hindered. In order to install a long slide rail accurately in a vehicle with a limited work space, it takes time and effort and the work efficiency is not good. Particularly at export destinations, workers who are familiar with the installation work of slide rails and jigs that install slide rails with high accuracy are not sufficient, and it is necessary to improve the installation work of slide rails to the floor panel. It was.

In view of this, the present invention is a slide that can be installed in parallel to the floor panel of the passenger compartment with high mounting accuracy with good workability without requiring time and effort, corresponding to the use of a slide type seat. An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet structure.

The present invention is a slide seat structure of a vehicle in which a seat is slidably mounted on a pair of left and right slide rails provided in parallel to a floor panel of a passenger compartment.
The left and right slide rails are installed and fixed on the upper surface of the base member made of a metal plate,
On the lower surface of the base member, a plurality of reinforcing members extending in the width direction along this are provided at intervals in the front-rear direction.
The base member is installed and fixed on the floor panel integrally with the slide rail (claim 1).

By installing and fixing the left and right slide rails on the base member in advance outside the vehicle, and mounting and fixing the base members together with the floor panel of the passenger compartment, the left and right slide rails can be mounted in parallel with high accuracy with good workability. . For example, it is suitable as a slide seat for a vehicle in which a fixed seat and a slide seat can be selected according to the user's needs. In an export vehicle or the like, the slide seat can be easily provided at an export destination. In addition, the base member has a panel rigidity enhanced by a reinforcing member , and a restraint load that acts on the base member from the seat via the slide rail when the seat belt assembled to the seat restrains the seated person due to sudden deceleration of the vehicle, etc. High rigidity is exhibited.

The base member is bolted and fixed to the floor panel by a plurality of bolt through holes formed in the base member, and the base member has a thickness equal to or greater than the thickness of the reinforcing member on the outer peripheral lower surface of the bolt through hole. maintain high cylindrical spacer, bolting fixed to the floor panel the base member via the spacer (claim 2). Even if the reinforcing member is provided, the base member can be installed horizontally on the floor panel.

The floor panel is provided with a raising member corresponding to the base member that is one step higher than the floor member, and the base member and the floor panel are covered with a carpet (claim 3 ). The entire passenger compartment floor can be made flush.

An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a second seat of a wagon car will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the floor panel 5 constitutes the rear floor from the front and rear intermediate portion of the passenger compartment, and the left and right second seats S <b> 1 and S <b> 2 are installed on the floor panel 5 in the front half of the panel. A third sheet (not shown) is installed at the rear of the panel. The floor panel 5 avoids left and right rear wheel houses projecting into the passenger compartment on the left and right side edges on the left and right sides of the floor at the front and rear positions of the left and right side edges. A notch is formed.

The second seats (hereinafter simply referred to as “seats”) S1 and S2 are provided with two pairs of left and right slide rails 1 and 1 on the left and right sides of the front half of the floor panel 5, respectively. Are slidably mounted in the front-rear direction. Each of the sheets S1 and S2 is configured such that brackets 18 and 18 at the lower end of the sheet are coupled to sliders 17 and 17 which are slidably provided on the left and right slide rails 1 and 1, respectively. The third seat at the rear of the floor is a bench seat type seat that can be folded and stored.

The structures of the left and right seats S1, S2 are substantially the same, and hereinafter, a structure for attaching the left and right slide rails 1, 1 to the floor panel 5 with the one seat S1 side as the center will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the left and right slide rails 1, 1 are composed of metal long rails having a substantially U-shaped cross-section opening upward and having the same cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction. It is about 1500 mm.

Each slide rail 1, 1 is provided with a plurality of stud bolts 10 projecting downward at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction (five in the illustrated example). Each stud bolt 10 penetrates the bottom wall of the slide rail 1 so that the screw shaft protrudes downward, and the head is welded to the bottom wall. The left and right slide rails 1 and 1 are both mounted and fixed on the upper surface of one base member 2.

The base member 2 is formed of a relatively thick (about 3.2 mm) metal plate, and the longitudinal length of the panel is set to be substantially the same as or longer than the length of the slide rails 1 and 1. The lateral width is made larger than the dimension between the outer walls of the left and right slide rails 1, 1 provided at a predetermined interval, and is formed so as to cover one half of the front half of the floor panel 5.

A plurality of mounting holes 25 are formed in the base member 2 corresponding to the stud bolts 10 of the left and right slide rails 1 and 1. Each mounting hole 25 has a hole diameter through which the stud bolt 10 can be inserted without play by laser processing or the like, and the front and rear, left and right pitches between the mounting holes 25 are parallel to the stud bolts 10 of the left and right slide rails 1 and 1 provided in parallel. It is accurately formed at the corresponding position.

Both the slide rails 1 and 1 are arranged on the upper surface of the base member 2 in parallel to the left and right, and the stud bolts 10 are inserted into the mounting holes 25, and the nuts 11 are fastened to the stud bolts 10 from the lower surface side of the base member 2 to be mounted. It is. In this case, since the accuracy of the hole diameter and pitch of each mounting hole 25 of the base member 2 is high, by inserting each stud bolt 10 into the mounting hole 25, the left and right slide rails 1 and 1 are positioned and both are made parallel. Can be installed with high accuracy.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the base member 2 includes reinforcing members 3 a and 3 made of metal square pipes at the front end portion, the front and rear intermediate portion, and the rear end portion of the lower surface along the lateral width direction, respectively. , 3 are provided. The reinforcing member 3a at the front end is installed on the upper surface of the floor panel 5, and is joined when the base member 2 is placed on the floor panel 5. A plurality of bolt through holes 21 a are formed at the front end of the base member 2 on both sides of the front ends of the left and right slide rails 1, 1. The reinforcing member 3 a is provided over almost the entire width of the floor panel 5, and a plurality of screw holes 30 a provided with weld nuts are formed corresponding to the bolt through holes 21 a of the base member 2.

The reinforcing members 3 and 3 at the front and rear intermediate portions and the rear end portion are provided over the entire width of the base member 2. Corresponding to these, a plurality of stud bolts 21 projecting downward are provided on both sides of the slide rails 1 and 1 at the intermediate portion and the rear end portion of the base member 2. The reinforcing member 3 is put on the stud bolts 21 which are overlapped on the lower surface of the base member 2 and are inserted into the bolt through holes 30 formed on the upper surface portion of the reinforcing member 3, and nuts from the lower surface portion of the reinforcing member 3 through the service holes 31. 22 is tightened.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, the base member 2 is mounted and fixed on the floor panel 5 with the left and right slide rails 1 and 1 attached to the upper surface and the reinforcing members 3 and 3 attached to the lower surface. It is. Bolt through holes 20 are formed in the base member 2 at a plurality of predetermined positions. A spacer 4 made of a metal pipe protruding downward coaxially with the bolt through hole 20 is welded to the lower surface of the base member 2 so as to correspond to each bolt through hole 20. Each spacer 4 has a downward projecting dimension substantially equal to or slightly larger than the thickness of the reinforcing member 3 attached to the lower surface of the base member 2.

The floor panel 5 is formed with a plurality of screw holes 50 having weld nuts corresponding to the bolt through holes 20 of the base member 2. In addition, the screw hole 50 is provided in the installation position of the reinforcement 52 which reinforces the floor panel 5 from the lower surface side. The base member 2 has a lower end of each spacer 4 in contact with the floor panel 5 and is arranged almost horizontally so as to cover the floor panel 5 at a position one step higher than the floor panel 5, and a plurality of holes penetrating each bolt through hole 20. The bolt member 23 is fastened to each screw hole 50. Further, the front end portion of the base member 2 and the reinforcing member 3a installed on the upper surface of the floor panel 5 are coupled by bolting from the bolt through hole 21a to the screw hole 30a. The base member 2 to which the left and right slide rails 1 and 1 on the seat S2 side are attached is placed on the other one side position of the floor panel, similarly to the seat S1 side.

Since the left and right base members 2 and 2 are arranged at a small interval, there is no step between them, but a step with the floor panel 5 is formed before and after the base member 2. Therefore, in order to eliminate this level difference, a hard urethane material 61 or the like is fixed to the lower surface of the main body made of a synthetic resin plate or a plywood plate on the upper surface of the floor panel 5 at the front and rear positions of the base member 2 to have the same height as the base member 2. The raising member 6 which forms a surface is mounted.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the floor panel 5 provided with the base member 2 and the raising member 6 is integrally covered with a thick carpet 7 in which a urethane material is bonded to the back surface of the skin. Note that the thickness of the carpet 7 is substantially the same as or slightly higher than the height of the slide rail 1, and the gap between the slide rail 1 and the carpet 7 is covered with a cover member 8 to enhance the appearance.

According to this embodiment, the left and right slide rails 1 and 1 can be accurately installed in parallel on the upper surface of the base member 2 outside the vehicle, and the base member 2 integrated with the left and right slide rails 1 and 1 in advance. Is placed on the vehicle compartment floor, the workability can be improved in a shorter time than the operation of attaching the slide rail 1 directly to the floor panel 5 in a narrow vehicle compartment as in the prior art. Therefore, in an export vehicle that can change the setting of a fixed seat and a slide seat according to user needs, the slide seat can be easily installed at the export destination, and is preferably used as a slide seat structure for an imported vehicle. be able to.

In recent years, a seat belt that restrains a seated person has been installed on the long slide type seat, and when the seat belt restrains the seated person when the vehicle suddenly decelerates, the seat is tilted forward and obliquely from the seat toward the slide rail 1 side. The restraint load which is going to be pulled up will act. On the other hand, since the base member 2 that supports the slide rail 1 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing members 3a, 3 in the width direction on the lower surface, these and the slide rail 1 in the front-rear direction mutually reinforce the base member 2. The base member 2 exhibits high panel rigidity with respect to the restraining load, and securely holds the sheet S1 (S2).

The present invention is not limited to the second seat, and may be used for a third seat or a front seat.
