Description
Claims (17)
- 炭化水素を合成する方法であって、
水素および一酸化炭素を含むガス状供給原料を、280℃未満の温度および10から50barの範囲内の圧力で実施する、シフト触媒を用いた3相低温触媒フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程である第1フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程に供給するステップと、
水素と一酸化炭素とを第1反応工程で一部触媒的に反応させて液状炭化水素生成物及びガスを生成させるステップと、
第1反応工程から液状炭化水素生成物、ガスおよび蒸気を抜き出し、前記ガスおよび蒸気を冷却して、その中にある液状炭化水素および反応水を凝縮させ、未反応の水素及び一酸化炭素を含む第1工程テールガス、並びにC5−炭化水素を製造するステップと、
第1工程テールガスの一部を第1フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程へ再循環するステップと、
第1工程テールガスの少なくとも一部を、少なくとも320℃の温度および10から50barの範囲内の圧力で実施する、シフト触媒を用いた2相高温触媒フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程である第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程に供給するステップと、
水素および一酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を第2反応工程で触媒的に反応させて、ガス状炭化水素を生成させるステップと、
第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程からガス状炭化水素および残存すれば未反応水素、未反応一酸化炭素およびいかなるガス状副生物も抜き出すステップと、
これらのガスを1種または複数の凝縮液状炭化水素ストリーム、反応水ストリームおよび第2工程テールガスに分離するステップと、
第2工程テールガスの一部を第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程へ再循環するステップと、
第1工程テールガスと共に第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程に供給した前記C5−炭化水素を、第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程で生成したC5−炭化水素と共に、第2工程テールガスから回収するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 第1フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程がキャリア液に懸濁した固体粒状フィッシャートロプシュシフト触媒のスラリー床を含み、ガス状供給原料がそのスラリー床に低い位置で入り、かつ水素と一酸化炭素とがそのスラリー床を上方へ向かって通過するときに触媒的に反応し、その反応により液状炭化水素生成物およびガス状生成物を生成し、その液状炭化水素生成物がスラリー床のキャリア液を構成する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程からの第1工程テールガスがCO2を含み、第1工程テールガス中のH2/(2CO+3CO2)の比を調節した後、調節した第1テールガスを第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程に供給する請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程に供給する調節した第1工程テールガス中のH2/(2CO+3CO2)比が0.8と1.05との間である請求項3に記載の方法。
- H2高濃度ガスを第1工程テールガスに加えることによってH2/(2CO+3CO2)比を調節する請求項3または請求項4に記載の方法。

- 第1フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程のCOおよびH2の総転化率が65%以下であり、第2フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程のCOおよびCO2の総転化率が少なくとも65%である前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- オレフィンを含むC9〜C13炭化水素留分を製造するために第1フィッシャートロプシュ反応工程からの凝縮された炭化水素を処理することを含む前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 酸素化物をオレフィン含有ストリームから除去し、かつオレフィンをアルキル化して製品として直鎖アルキルベンゼンを製造する前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- C5−炭化水素を処理してエチレン、プロピレンおよびブチレンを製造する前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液状炭化水素生成物を処理してディーゼル留分、ナフサ、潤滑油または特殊ワックスのうちの一種または複数を製造する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 中間製品としてオレフィンを製造し、ディーゼル留分の生産を増やすためにオレフィンを低重合させるためにCOD装置を使用する前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 中間製品として製造した重質の炭化水素からガソリンを製造するために接触分解を使用する前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- C5+炭化水素ストリームを製造し、かつC5+炭化水素ストリームから1−ヘキセンを回収する前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
