Claims (7)
- リアクター内で循環する生分解可能な物質を含む懸濁液からバイオガスを生成するための嫌気性ループリアクターであり、内部空間に配設されリアクター内容物を循環するためのガイド装置(7)を有するループリアクターにして、その際上記ガイド装置(7)が構成要素として少なくとも1つの中央ガス供給装置(1)を有し、また上記中央ガス供給装置にはガイド装置(7)内部へガスを充填するためのガス分配装置(2)が取付けられているループリアクターにおいて、
ガス分配装置(2)が、下方へ開き半円形状に曲げられた薄板として設計されるガスガイド要素として形成されており、水平方向に対して上方へ傾けられており、そして、中央ガス供給装置(1)のガス放出開口部(3)の上方に配設されていること、及び
ガスガイド要素が、中央ガス供給装置(1)の周囲に渡って分布して、ガス放出開口部(3)の上方で中央ガス供給装置(1)に取付けられていること
を特徴とするループリアクター。 - 請求項1に記載のループリアクターにおいて、中央ガス供給装置(1)が垂直供給パイプとして形成されており、上記垂直供給パイプがループリアクター内に存する液面下にまで達することを特徴とするループリアクター。
- 請求項2に記載のループリアクターにおいて、ガスガイド要素が中央ガス供給装置(1)の外側に取付けられていることを特徴とするループリアクター。
- 請求項3に記載のループリアクターにおいて、3つから7つのガスガイド要素が中央ガス供給装置(1)に取付けられていることを特徴とするループリアクター。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のループリアクターにおいて、ガスガイド要素が、5度から45度の間の角度で水平に対して上方へ傾いていることを特徴とするループリアクター。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のループリアクターにおいて、ガスガイド要素がサイドガイド面(10)を有し、上記ガイド面が中央ガス供給装置(1)のガス放出開口部(3)の周りの範囲で、ガス放出開口部(3)の下側まで、下方に引き伸ばされていることを特徴とするループリアクター。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のループリアクターにおいて、生分解可能な物質が、バイオ廃棄物又は再生可能な原料であることを特徴とするループリアクター。
