Description

Claims (8)
- 核酸増幅による液体サンプル分析用装置中で使用される使い捨てサンプル保持および処理装置(1)であって、該装置(1)が、
構造化された表面(3)を有する装置本体(2)、および該構造化された表面(3)を覆うシールカバー(4)を備え、それにより、
液体サンプル分析用に核酸増幅を行うように設計されかつ意図された増幅室(5)の壁、および
増幅室(5)に液体を提供するために増幅室に接続された入り口経路(6)の壁を形成し、
前記装置本体(2)は、前記入り口経路(6)を形成する構造化された表面(3)が配置されているシート(20)を含んでいることを特徴とし、
前記シート(20)は、前記装置本体(2)の剛性を増加させるために、少なくとも1つのリブ(34,35,36)を有し、
前記シートの厚みが0.2〜4mmであり、
前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、半分の高さで、前記シート(20)の厚みの30%から300%である幅を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、前記シート(20)の表面上で、前記シート(20)の厚みの60%から200%である高さまで立ち上がり、
前記シート(20)および前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34,35,36)が、単一部品として製造され、
前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、入り口経路(6)および/または装置(1)の1つまたはいくつかの他の経路(13)に整列され、および/または装置(1)の室(5,7,10)の壁に整列されているか、または
複数のリブ(35,36)が、構造化された表面(3)上に配置され、その結果、経路(6,13)の少なくとも1つの壁が、前記複数のリブ(35,36)のうちの少なくとも1つによって形成されていることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、前記シート(20)の表面上で、前記シート(20)の厚みの80%から150%である高さまで立ち上がることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、半分の高さで、前記シート(20)の厚みの50%から250%である幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、半分の高さで、前記シート(20)の厚みの80%から120%である幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(34)が、前記シート(20)の裏側に配置され、また前記入り口経路(6)が、前記シート(20)の表側上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記複数のリブ(35,36)のうち少なくとも1つが、前記入り口経路(6)が配列されている前記シート(20)の表側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記シート(20)の表側にあるリブ(35,36)が、1つまたはいくつかの他の経路(6,13)の壁を提供するために役立っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記シート(20)の表側に置かれたリブ(35,36)が、前記シールカバー(4)に接続される平坦なトップを有しており、かくして前記装置本体(2)と前記シールカバー(4)の間に断熱性を与えるために、前記シート(20)と前記シールカバー(4)間に空気のポケット(45)を提供することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
