(c)工程(a)または工程(b)の後または間で、少なくとも一つの前記アシルエステルの少なくとも一部を分離する工程;ならびに
(d)前記アシルエステルを第二のグリセリドと反応させ、1,3-ジオレオイル2-パルミトイルグリセリドを形成する工程
を含む、トリグリセリドの生産方法を提供する。
Claims (12)
- (a)トリグリセリドの全アシル基に基づいて、少なくとも40モル%のオレイン酸残基を含む第一のトリグリセリドを、1から6の炭素原子を有するアルコールでのアルコール分解反応に供し、2-オレオイルモノグリセリドと前記アルコールの少なくとも一つのアシルエステルとを含む組成物を得る工程;
(b)少なくとも一つのC12からC24飽和脂肪酸、前記脂肪酸の少なくとも一つのエステル、またはそれらの混合物を含むアシル化剤と、前記2-オレオイルモノグリセリドとを反応させ、1,3-飽和脂肪酸アシル2-オレオイルグリセリドを得る工程;
(c)工程(a)または工程(b)の後または間で、少なくとも一つの前記アシルエステルの少なくとも一部を分離する工程;ならびに
(d)前記アシルエステルを第二のグリセリドと反応させ、1,3-ジオレオイル2-パルミトイルグリセリドを形成する工程
を含む、トリグリセリドの生産方法。 - 工程(a)及び/または(c)及び/または(d)が、触媒としての酵素の存在下で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素がリパーゼである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコールがエタノールである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アシルエステルがエチルオレエートを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)が溶媒の存在下で実施される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)の後、前記アルコールの少なくとも一部が前記組成物から除去される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)で得られる前記1,3-飽和脂肪酸アシル2-オレオイルグリセリドが精製される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のグリセリドが、全アシル基に基づいて少なくとも50モル%のパルミチン酸残基を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(d)で得られる前記1,3-ジオレオイル2-パルミトイルグリセリドが精製される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)で得られる前記1,3-飽和脂肪酸アシル2-オレオイルグリセリドが、1,3-ジステアロイル2-オレオイルグリセリドである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第一のトリグリセリドが、高オレイン酸ヒマワリオイル(HOSF)またはその分画である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
