The cooked rice processed food packaging bag according to claim 5, wherein said packaged rice cooked food product is folded in half, and a notch is formed on an edge that is overlapped and sealed.   The packaged bag for cooked rice food according to claim 5, wherein a cut is formed at substantially the center of the center film of the inner film.   The packaged bag for cooked rice food according to claim 7, wherein a notch is formed from the cut toward the edge of the outer film.   5. The cooked rice packaged food packaging bag according to claim 4, wherein the outer film is formed with cuts at both end edges so as to grip both ends of the cut tape.
