Claims (9)
- 脆弱化箇所または老朽化箇所が生じたコンクリート製の水路壁を補修する補修工法であって、
前記脆弱化箇所または老朽化箇所とその周囲の正常な壁部位に及ぶ範囲を除去し、正常なコンクリート内部の健全部を露出させる下地処理工程と、該健全部に有機繊維を含有するモルタル基材を塗工する塗工工程とを有することを特徴とするコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。 - 有機繊維が1mm以上で50mm以下の平均長さ寸法を有するチョップ形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。
- 脆弱化箇所または老朽化箇所が生じたコンクリート製の水路壁を補修する補修工法であって、
前記水路壁の補修部位にチョップ状繊維を含有する第一のモルタル基材を塗工する工程と、水路壁の側面側から床面に延在する第一の埋設材と、床面に埋設される第二の埋設材とを付設する工程と、前記第一の埋設材と前記第二の埋設材とを積層させることで、前記第一の埋設材と前記第二の埋設材とを連設する工程と、その上から第二のモルタル基材を塗工する工程を有することを特徴とするコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。 - 前記第一の埋設材及び前記第二の埋設材は、弾性率が20GPa以上の繊維よりなるものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。
- 前記第一の埋設材及び前記第二の埋設材は、ガラス繊維または炭素繊維であることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。
- モルタル基材を塗工した塗工面の略全面にわたって板状材を覆設する覆設工程を有することを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5の何れかに記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。
- モルタル基材が、セメント、砂、耐アルカリガラス繊維、及び水を含有するものであり、セメントに対する砂の質量比が1〜3の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項6の何れかに記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。
- モルタル基材が、酢酸ビニル−エチレン共重合体、アクリル樹脂、またはSBR樹脂の何れかを含有するものであることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項7の何れかに記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法。
- 請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載のコンクリート製水路壁の補修工法によって、水路壁の水路の流れ方向に垂直な断面に、弾性率が20GPa以上の繊維よりなるシートと、チョップ状繊維を含有するモルタル基材との層状構造を形成するように施工されたものであることを特徴とするコンクリート製水路壁構造体。
