【解決手段】処理槽TKに収容された被処理液内に設けられるドラフトチューブ40と、該ドラフトチューブ40内に設けられ、回転駆動部82の駆動により回転する軸流インペラ85とを備えた攪拌装置100において、軸流インペラ85よりも該軸流インペラ85の回転中心軸方向上方に、軸流インペラ85の回転中心軸方向下方に向かって該軸流インペラ85の回転中心軸に直交する断面の径が徐々に小さくなる形状の水面整流体97を備える。

Claims (2)
- 処理槽に収容された被処理液内に設けられるドラフトチューブと、
該ドラフトチューブを保持する保持部と、
前記ドラフトチューブ内に設けられ、回転駆動部の駆動により回転する軸流インペラ、および軸流インペラよりも該軸流インペラの回転中心軸方向上方に、前記軸流インペラの回転中心軸方向下方に向かって前記軸流インペラの回転中心軸に直交する断面の径が徐々に小さくなる形状の水面整流体を有し、前記保持部により形成される空間に該保持部の上方から前記軸流インペラの回転中心軸方向下方に向けて挿入され、該保持部に着脱可能に保持される攪拌部とを備え、
さらに該攪拌部が、前記水面整流体の前記軸流インペラの回転中心軸に直交する断面の最大外径を有する部分に連続して前記軸流インペラの回転中心軸上方に同一外形および同一大きさで延び、かつ、その上端が被処理液の水位よりも上方に位置する延長部を有するものであり、
前記軸流インペラの回転により、前記被処理液を前記ドラフトチューブの上方から吸い込んで前記ドラフトチューブの下方へ吐き出すように構成されていることを特徴とする攪拌装置。 - 前記水面整流体が、前記断面の径が小さくなる程度が前記軸流インペラの回転中心軸方向下方に向かって徐々に小さくなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
