Claims (11)
- 燃料と酸化剤との電気化学的反応により電気エネルギーを発生させる電気発生部と、
該電気発生部に前記燃料を供給する燃料供給部と、
前記燃料の濃度を測定するためのメイン濃度センサと、
リファレンス溶液が満たされており、前記リファレンス溶液の濃度を測定するためのリファレンス濃度センサを備えるリファレンスセルと、
前記メイン濃度センサ及び前記リファレンス濃度センサで測定した濃度値に基づき、前記電気発生部の作動を制御する駆動制御部と、
を含み、
前記メイン濃度センサは、QCM濃度センサを含み、
前記燃料供給部と前記電気発生部とを連結する配管と、
該配管を流れる前記燃料の一部が分流するバイパス配管と、
をさらに含み、
前記メイン濃度センサは、前記バイパス配管に設置されることを特徴とする、燃料電池システム。 - 前記リファレンス溶液は、水を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記メイン濃度センサで測定した濃度値と、前記リファレンス濃度センサで測定した濃度値とを比較し、前記燃料の濃度補正のための補正濃度値を算出する濃度補正部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記補正濃度値は、前記メイン濃度センサで測定した濃度値から、前記リファレンス濃度センサで測定した濃度値を減算した値であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記メイン濃度センサ及び前記リファレンス濃度センサは、同種のセンサであり、隣接して設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料供給部は、
燃料原料を貯蔵する燃料タンクと、
前記電気発生部から出る未反応燃料及び水を受け、前記燃料タンクから供給される前記燃料原料を受けて混合して貯蔵し、貯蔵した燃料を前記電気発生部に供給する混合タンクと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料供給部は、
前記燃料タンクから前記混合タンクへの前記燃料原料の流動を制御する第1流量制御器と、
前記混合タンクから前記電気発生部への前記混合された燃料の流動を制御する第2流量制御器と、
前記電気発生部から前記混合タンクへの反応副生成物の流動を制御する第3流量制御器と、
をさらに含み、
前記駆動制御部は、前記メイン濃度センサ及び前記リファレンス濃度センサのセンシング値に基づき、前記第1流量制御器〜第3流量制御器の少なくとも1つを制御することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記第3流量制御器は、前記電気発生部のカソードから排出される流体を凝縮する凝縮器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料に含有されている不純物粒子が前記メイン濃度センサに接触することを防止するための保護網をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記電気発生部のカソードに空気を供給するための空気ポンプをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料原料は、メタノールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
