Claims (9)
- 複数のチャレンジをユーザに提示することによってユーザを逐次認証するための方法であって、
中間認証結果を得るために、前記ユーザに対して少なくとも1つのチャレンジを試行するステップであって、前記中間認証結果は、チャレンジ毎の1つ以上の誤承認および誤拒絶誤り確率から計算される、ステップと、
前記ユーザに対して少なくとも1つのチャレンジを試行する前記ステップを、前記中間認証結果を集約した累積認証結果が1つ以上の基準を満たすまで繰り返すステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記誤承認誤り確率は、真正ユーザとは別のユーザが前記チャレンジに対して正しく回答する確率を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記誤拒絶誤り確率は、真正ユーザが前記チャレンジに対して正しく回答しない確率を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繰り返すステップは、前記累積認証結果を第1の閾値および第2の閾値と比較するステップを含み、
前記累積認証結果が前記第1の閾値を超える場合には前記ユーザを承認し、前記累積認証結果が前記第2の閾値に満たない場合には前記ユーザを拒絶し、前記累積認証結果が前記第1の閾値と前記第2の閾値の間にある場合は前記試行するステップを繰り返す、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 複数のチャレンジをユーザに提示することによってユーザを逐次認証するためのシステムであって、
メモリと、
メモリに結合された少なくとも1つのプロセッサとを備え、
中間認証結果を得るために、前記ユーザに対して少なくとも1つのチャレンジを試行するように動作し、前記中間認証結果は、チャレンジ毎の1つ以上の誤承認および誤拒絶誤り確率から計算され、
前記中間結果を集約した累積認証結果が1つ以上の基準を満たすまで前記チャレンジを繰り返すように動作する、システム。 - 前記誤承認誤り確率は、真正ユーザとは別のユーザが前記チャレンジに対して正しく回答する確率を示し、前記誤拒絶誤り確率は、真正ユーザが前記チャレンジに対して正しく回答しない確率を示す、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記累積認証結果を第1の閾値および第2の閾値と比較して、前記累積認証結果が前記第1の閾値を超える場合には前記ユーザを承認し、前記累積認証結果が前記第2の閾値に満たない場合には前記ユーザを拒絶し、前記累積認証結果が前記第1の閾値と前記第2の閾値の間にある場合は前記チャレンジの試行3を繰り返すように動作する、請求項5または6に記載のシステム。
- 複数のチャレンジをユーザに提示することによってユーザを逐次認証するためのプログラムであって、該プログラムが、
中間認証結果を得るために、前記ユーザに対して少なくとも1つのチャレンジを試行するステップであって、前記中間認証結果は、チャレンジ毎の1つ以上の誤承認および誤拒絶誤り確率から計算されるステップ、と、
前記ユーザに対して少なくとも1つのチャレンジを試行する前記ステップを、前記中間認証結果を集約した累積認証結果が1つ以上の基準を満たすまで繰り返すステップとをコンピュータに実行させるプログラム。 - 前記繰り返すステップは、前記累積認証結果を第1の閾値および第2の閾値と比較するステップを含み、
前記累積認証結果が前記第1の閾値を超える場合には前記ユーザを承認し、前記累積認証結果が前記第2の閾値に満たない場合には前記ユーザを拒絶し、前記累積認証結果が前記第1の閾値と前記第2の閾値の間にある場合は前記試行するステップを繰り返す、
請求項8に記載のプログラム。
