Description
The present invention relates to a rotary operation type electric component suitable for an in-vehicle electronic device or the like for which an operation area is required to be compact, and more particularly to a rotary operation type electric component capable of two types of rotation operation by the same operation member. .
If the drive shaft body can be reciprocated in the axial direction so that the first rotary body and the second rotary body can be selectively rotated as in the prior art described above, the user can drive the drive shaft body. The two types of rotation operations can be performed continuously without changing the operation member integrated with the coil member, but both ends of the coil spring may slide relative to the gear member and the second rotating body during the rotation operation. For this reason, there is a problem that a special process must be added at the time of manufacture so that undesired wear does not occur, and thus productivity is inevitably deteriorated and manufacturing cost is inevitably increased. That is, the coil spring must be subjected to terminal treatment such as removing burrs at both ends in advance, and all the parts that may come into sliding contact with the end of the coil spring in the housing are lubricated. Since an agent must be applied, measures to avoid scraping by the coil spring have become a major factor complicating the manufacturing process.
The present invention has been made in view of the actual situation of the prior art as described above, and its purpose is to perform two types of rotation operations with the same operation member, so that the operability is excellent and the manufacturing process is not complicated. Another object of the present invention is to provide a rotary operation type electric component that can avoid scraping due to a coil spring in the housing.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a housing, and a rotary drive body supported by the housing so as to be rotatable and reciprocally movable between the first operation position and the second operation position along the axial direction. A first rotating member and a second rotating member which are arranged in the housing so as to be separated from each other in the axial direction and which can be engaged with and disengaged from the rotary driving body, and the rotation of the first rotating member is detected. First rotation detection means, second rotation detection means for detecting rotation of the second rotation member, and the rotation drive body interposed between the rotation drive body and the second rotation member And a coil spring that elastically biases the first drive position toward the first operation position, and when the rotary drive body is disposed at the first operation position, the first rotary member engages with the rotary drive body. And can be rotated integrally, and the rotational drive body is In the rotary operation type electric component in which the second rotating member engages with the rotary drive body and can rotate integrally when disposed at the second operation position against the spring, the coil spring A spring receiving member is fixed to one end of the rotating member, and the spring receiving member is elastically contacted with the rotating driving body, and the other end of the coil spring is fixed to the second rotating member, thereby the rotating driving body. The rotary drive member is configured to slide relative to the spring receiving member when the rotary drive member is rotated without being engaged with the second rotary member.
The rotary operation type electrical component configured as described above can selectively arrange the rotary drive body at two types of rotary operation positions, the first operation position and the second operation position, and is independent at each operation position. Since rotation detection can be performed, the user can continuously perform two types of rotation operations without changing the operation member integrated with the rotation driving body. In addition, since the rotary drive body is disposed at the second operation position by applying a pressing (or pulling) operation force against the coil spring, if the operation force is removed, the rotation drive body is moved by the elastic force of the coil spring. It is possible to automatically return to the first operation position.
The coil spring incorporated in the rotary operation type electric component has both ends fixed to the spring receiving member and the second rotating member, and the spring receiving member is slidable on the rotary drive body. Because of the elastic contact, the coil spring and the spring receiving member do not rotate when the rotational driving body rotates integrally with the first rotating member at the first operation position, and the rotational driving body does not rotate with respect to the spring receiving member. Will slide. Further, when the rotary driving body rotates integrally with the second rotating member at the second operation position, the coil spring and the spring receiving member also rotate integrally. Therefore, there is no possibility that the coil spring slides with other members during the rotation operation, and scraping by the coil spring can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, since complicated terminal treatment of the coil spring is not required and the number of places where the lubricant is applied can be reduced, productivity is improved and manufacturing costs are easily reduced.
In the above configuration, the spring receiving member has an inner cylindrical wall portion in which holding projections are formed at a plurality of locations on the outer peripheral surface, and by pressing the inner cylindrical wall portion to the inner peripheral side at one end of the coil spring, It is preferable that one end portion of the coil spring is fixed to the spring receiving member because the spring receiving member can be easily and reliably attached to the coil spring. Also, in the case where the other member is arranged in the space inside the coil spring in the radial direction, the inner cylindrical wall portion of the spring receiving member is interposed between the other member and one end portion of the coil spring. Therefore, even if the coil spring expands and contracts with the movement of the rotary drive body along the axial direction, there is no possibility that one end of the coil spring interferes with other members.
Further, in the above configuration, the second rotating member has an outer cylindrical wall portion in which holding projections are formed at a plurality of locations on the inner peripheral surface, and the outer peripheral side of the other end portion of the coil spring is provided on the outer cylindrical wall portion. It is preferable that the other end of the coil spring is fixed to the second rotating member by press-fitting because the coil spring can be easily and reliably attached to the second rotating member. In this case, the rotation drive body has a first engagement portion for engaging / disengaging with the first rotation member and a second engagement portion for engaging / disengaging with the second rotation member, If the engaged portion that engages and disengages with the second engaging portion is provided on the standing end surface of the outer cylindrical wall portion, the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are arranged in front of and behind the rotary drive body. It is preferable that it can be provided in a dispersed manner.
Further, in the above configuration, the housing includes a cylindrical guide wall that guides the rotation drive body in the circumferential direction and the axial direction, and the rotation drive body, the first and second rotation members, and the spring receiving member, Are formed in a hollow shape and are extrapolated to the guide wall, the space (hollow part) inside the guide wall in the radial direction is used as a light guide path, or another part such as a push switch is provided in the hollow part. Since it becomes easy to arrange | position, it is preferable.
According to the rotary operation type electrical component of the present invention, the rotary drive body that can reciprocate in the axial direction can be selectively disposed at two types of rotary operation positions, the first operation position and the second operation position, Since independent rotation detection can be performed at each operation position, the user can continuously perform two types of rotation operations without changing the operation member integrated with the rotation driving body. Further, the rotary drive body can be automatically returned from the second operation position to the first operation position by the resilient force of the coil spring. Therefore, this rotary operation type electric component is excellent in operability.
The coil spring incorporated in the rotary operation type electric component of the present invention has both ends fixed to the spring receiving member and the second rotating member, and the spring receiving member slides on the rotary drive body. Since it is elastically contactable, when the rotary drive body rotates integrally with the first rotary member at the first operation position, the coil spring and the spring receiving member do not rotate, and the rotary drive body does not rotate at the second operation position. When rotating integrally with the second rotating member, the coil spring and the spring receiving member also rotate integrally. Therefore, there is no possibility that the coil spring slides with other members during the rotation operation, and scraping by the coil spring can be effectively prevented. Moreover, since complicated terminal treatment of the coil spring is not required and the number of places where the lubricant is applied can be reduced, productivity is improved and manufacturing costs are easily reduced.

The rotary operation type electric component shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 includes a
The configuration of the rotary operation type electric component will be described in detail. The
The first
The
The

The second rotating
The rotary operation type electrical component configured as described above can be assembled in the following procedure. That is, first, after the second rotating
Next, the operation of this rotary operation type electric component will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 4, when the user presses the
When the
As described above, the rotary operation type electrical component according to the present embodiment includes two types of
Further, the
In this rotary operation type electric component, a plurality of holding
Further, in the rotary operation type electrical component according to the present embodiment example, the engagement
The first engaging portion, the second engaging portion, and the engaged portion that engages with and disengages from the first and second engaging portions are not limited to those of the above-described embodiment. Absent. For example, the first engaging portion that engages and disengages with the first rotating
Further, in the rotary operation type electrical component according to the present embodiment example, since the
In the above-described embodiment, the case where both end portions of the
