Description
発明の背景
熱交換器を通る流体の温度、圧力等の様々な作動パラメータを測定する様々な種類のセンサを備えた熱交換器は公知である。熱交換器内の漏れを検出するセンサもまた公知である。
Claims (4)
- 各々がガスケットを有する互いに積層された多数の伝熱プレートを有する熱交換器における、前記ガスケットの機能性を評価する方法において、
前記ガスケットの圧縮圧力を第1のセンサによって測定し、
前記熱交換器内の流体圧力を第2のセンサによって測定し、
測定された前記ガスケットの前記圧縮圧力と、測定された前記流体圧力との差分圧力値を算出し、
前記差分圧力値を所定の設定値と比較して偏差を検出し、
前記偏差が検出されたときにインジケータを作動させることを特徴する方法。 - 各々がガスケットを有する互いに積層された多数の伝熱プレートを備えた熱交換器であって、互いに隣接する伝熱プレート間に高温流体用の流路および低温流体用の流路が形成された熱交換器の作動状態を監視する装置であって、
前記ガスケットの圧縮圧力を測定する第1のセンサと、
前記熱交換器内の流体圧力を測定する第2のセンサと、
前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサによる測定結果に基づく前記ガスケットの前記圧縮圧力と前記流体圧力との差分圧力値を計算し、前記差分圧力値を所定の設定値と比較して偏差を検出して前記偏差が検出されたときにインジケータを作動させる、プロセッサと、を有し、
前記第1のセンサは、前記熱交換器内の前記ガスケットの近傍に位置しており、
前記第2のセンサは、前記熱交換器の外側であって該熱交換器に流入する流体の流路に位置している、装置。 - 前記第1のセンサは、前記ガスケット用の溝内に配置され、前記ガスケットと前記伝熱プレートとの間に挟まれている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のセンサは、前記高温流体用の流路を形成する前記伝熱プレートの間に位置している、請求項2に記載の装置。
