Description
The present invention relates to a water-based shampoo and water-repellent coating composition used for pretreatment for washing and drying a hard surface such as the surface of a hard substrate, especially a surface of a vehicle body such as an automobile or a window glass.
Until now, it has been common for car wash and waxing for automobiles to be shampooed with a surfactant, washed with water, and then coated with a wax or water repellent coat.
As shampoos, anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and detergents using amphoteric surfactants are often used.
As the water repellent, a wax agent obtained by solubilizing a wax component using a cationic surfactant or a solubilized product using a nonionic surfactant of amino-modified silicone has been used.
Various glossing agents using a silicone compound are known. For example, a silicone emulsion obtained by emulsifying dimethylpolysiloxane with various surfactants and adding a wax, a fluororesin or the like (see Patent Documents 1 to 4), or a coating film in which an alkyl-modified silicone and a higher alcohol are dissolved in a solvent A water-repellent gloss remover (see Patent Document 5) has been proposed.
In addition, a water-repellent glossing agent using silicone modified with alkyl or polyether (see Patent Documents 6 and 7) has also been proposed.
In addition, amino-modified silicones are known to be used in water-repellent coats because they are weakly acidic and easily dissolved in water and easy to handle (see Patent Documents 8 and 9).
A combined type of amino-modified silicone and dimethylpolysiloxane has also been proposed as improving water repellency and glossiness (see Patent Documents 10 to 12).
The methods of Patent Documents 1 to 12 do not use a gate-type car wash machine, but are conventional general water-repellent methods by hand.
It is also known to use a portal type car wash machine to gloss with a silicone compound (see Patent Documents 13 and 14).
In addition, it has been proposed to stabilize a silicone compound as a wax liquid with a solvent and apply water as a diluent during use as a water repellent and glossy finish using a portal type car wash machine (see Patent Document 15). ).
In addition, a shampoo wax that can be easily treated with a single liquid by blending a wax component with a surfactant has been proposed (see Patent Documents 16 to 18). Effect is not exhibited.
In addition, there has also been proposed a water-repellent coat blended with a surfactant, which is simply processed with a single solution and quickly finished (see Patent Documents 19 and 20).
However, when a water-repellent coating is used that is solubilized with an amino-modified silicone nonionic surfactant, snakes and spots called snakes are generated on the painted surface and cannot be removed.
Under such circumstances, the object of the present invention is to provide excellent water repellency by applying a hard surface to a surface of a vehicle such as an automobile before washing with water to wash the dirt with one liquid and then washing with water. It is an object of the present invention to provide an aqueous shampoo and water repellent coating composition.
The present inventors have conducted various studies on a cleaning and water repellent coating composition, especially a vehicle body cleaning and water repellent coating composition.
