Description
The present invention relates to an electronic module, a manufacturing method and a driving method thereof, and an electronic device.
Recently, development of electroluminescence (hereinafter referred to as EL) modules has been progressing. An electronic module such as an EL module has an electronic substrate (for example, an EL panel) and a wiring substrate (for example, a flexible substrate). The EL panel is driven by a semiconductor chip (for example, a driver IC) mounted on a wiring board in the same manner as a liquid crystal device (for example, a liquid crystal panel). However, since the driving principle is different between the EL panel and the liquid crystal panel, the wiring pattern formed on the wiring board for driving the EL panel needs to be arranged corresponding to the structure of the EL. In addition, the electronic board and the wiring board are electrically connected with a large number of terminals. Therefore, conventionally, when the arrangement order of the terminals of the electronic board is changed, the arrangement order of the terminals of the wiring board has to be changed. Further, conventionally, when a plurality of types of power supplies are required for driving the electronic substrate, these are input from the outside of the electronic module. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to cope with the change of the electronic substrate.
An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic module having wiring arranged corresponding to an EL structure, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electronic device, or an electronic that can cope with a change in the arrangement order of terminals of an electronic substrate. An object of the present invention is to provide a module, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device, or to provide an electronic module, a driving method thereof, and an electronic device which can be driven by inputting a small number of power sources.

The
The
The
The
The
The
In the driving method of the electronic module according to the present embodiment, the external power supply V 0 is input to the
