Description
前記吸着床A,Bで吸着されなかった酸素ガスを主成分とする酸素富化空気は、吸着床へ逆流しないように設けられた逆止弁を介して、製品タンクに流入する。
(1) 記録していた装置の圧力ピーク値が高い吸着床の吸着時間を短くする。
(2) 記録していた装置の圧力ピーク値が高い吸着床の脱着時間を長くする。
(3) 記録していた装置の圧力ピーク値が高い吸着床のパージ時間を長くする。
(4) 記録していた装置の圧力ピーク値が低い吸着床のパージ時間を短くする。
(5) 記録していた装置の圧力ピーク値が高い吸着床のパージを先に行う。
(6) 記録していた装置の圧力ピーク値が高い吸着床のパージ時間を長くする。
Claims (7)
- 酸素よりも窒素を選択的に吸着し得る吸着剤を充填した複数の吸着床と、該吸着床へ空気を供給する空気供給手段、少なくとも該空気供給手段からの空気を該吸着床へ供給し濃縮酸素を取出す吸着工程および該吸着床を減圧し吸着剤を再生する脱着工程を含む圧力変動吸着プロセスを一定タイミングで繰り返すための流路切替手段を具備した圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置において、該流路切替手段の切替えに伴う各吸着床のピーク圧及び/又はボトム圧を測定する圧力センサを備えることを特徴とする圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置。
- 該空気供給手段と該吸着床を繋ぐ導管または該吸着床からの脱着排気を放出する導管途中に該圧力センサを備え、該流路切替手段の切替えに伴う各吸着床のピーク圧及び/又はボトム圧を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置。
- 該空気供給手段が、加圧・真空減圧の2つの機能を備えたコンプレッサであり、該コンプレッサの加圧供給出口と該吸着床を繋ぐ導管および該吸着床と該コンプレッサの真空側入口を繋ぐ導管途中に圧力センサを備え、該流路切替手段の切替えに伴う各吸着床のピーク圧及び/又はボトム圧を測定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置。
- 各吸着床のピーク圧またはボトム圧を比較する比較手段を備え、比較結果に基づいて該流路切替手段の切替時間を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置。
- 該流路切替手段の切替時間が、ピーク圧が高い吸着床ほど吸着工程の時間が短くなるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧力変動型酸素濃縮装置。
- 該吸着工程及び該脱着工程の間に、吸着工程後の吸着床と脱着工程終了後の吸着床を接続する均圧工程を備え、該流路切替手段の切替時間が、ピーク圧が高い吸着床ほど吸着工程後の均圧工程の時間が長くなるように制御されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜5のいずれかに記載の圧力変動吸着型酸素濃縮装置。
- 該流路切替手段が、運転開始時にピーク圧が高い吸着床の吸着工程から均圧を行なうことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の圧力変動型酸素濃縮装置。
