W/D=0.2〜0.5、
u1=5〜300[m/s]、及び、
u2=5〜300[m/s]を満たす。
図1〜図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係る混合装置1の構成について説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る混合装置の概略を示す縦断面図である。図2は、内部原料油供給部及び外部原料油供給部を示す図1の部分拡大図である。図3は、図2のIII−III線断面図である。
8.0≧Q×(W/D)/(u1+u2)、
Q=300〜2000[kg/m2s]、
W/D=0.2〜0.5、
u1=5〜300[m/s]、且つ、
u2=5〜300[m/s]の関係を満たすように設定されている。上記の関係、特に上記の不等式を満たさない場合には、原料油の噴霧速度が小さく、移動層に対する貫通力が十分に大きくないため、触媒と原料油との迅速且つ均一な混合が十分に行われない。そのため触媒が有効に使われず、反応の転化率の低下や、熱分解による副反応の増加、さらには高沸点成分の気化が不十分となりコーク収率の増加などの現象を引き起こす。なお、Q×(W/D)/(u1+u2)は8.0以下である必要があるが、好ましくは5.0以下、さらに好ましくは3.0以下であることが好ましい。
続いて、図4及び図5を参照して、第2実施形態に係る混合装置2の構成について説明する。図4は、第2実施形態に係る混合装置の概略を示す縦断面図である。図5は、内部原料油供給部及び外部原料油供給部を示す図4の部分拡大図である。第2実施形態に係る混合装置2は、内部原料油供給部222及び外部原料油供給部240の点で、第1実施形態に係る混合装置1と相違する。
続いて、図6を参照して、第3実施形態に係る混合装置3の構成について説明する。図6は、第3実施形態に係る混合装置の概略を示す縦断面図である。第3実施形態に係る混合装置3は、外部原料油供給部340の点で、第1実施形態に係る混合装置1と相違する。
内部原料油噴射ノズル34及び外部原料油噴射ノズル48の噴射角度を30°とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして触媒と原料油との混合を行った。これにより内部原料油噴射ノズル34の噴射口における原料油の水平成分の速度u1は4.15m/sec、外部原料油噴射ノズル48の噴射口における原料油の水平成分の速度u2は4.15m/secへと変化し、Q×(W/D)/(u1+u2)=11.2となる。このときの反応成績を表2に示した。
実施例1では、触媒と原料油との迅速且つ均一な混合が行われた結果、副生ガス(H2−C2)やコーク収率の著しい増加を抑制しながら、高分解率を達成している。
Claims (4)
- 原料油と粒状の触媒とを混合する混合装置であって、
前記触媒を環状に分布させつつ上方から下方へ連続的に落下させて、円筒状の移動層を形成する移動層形成器と、
前記移動層形成器によって形成された前記移動層を取り囲む反応管と、
前記移動層形成器によって形成された前記移動層の内側面の周方向全域に亘って前記原料油を供給する内部原料油噴射ノズルを有する内部原料油供給部と、
前記移動層形成器によって形成された前記移動層の外側面の周方向全域に亘って前記原料油を供給する外部原料油噴射ノズルを有する外部原料油供給部と、を備え、
前記移動層に対する前記原料油の貫通力が大きく、前記移動層の単位面積当たりの質量流量をQ[kg/m2s]、前記移動層の外径と内径との差をW[m]、前記反応管の内径をD[m]、前記内部原料油供給部から供給される原料油の前記内部原料油噴射ノズルの噴射口における水平成分の線速度をu1[m/s]、前記外部原料油供給部から供給される原料油の前記外部原料油噴射ノズルの噴射口における水平成分の線速度をu2[m/s]としたときに、
8.0≧Q×(W/D)/(u1+u2)、
Q=300〜2000[kg/m2s]、
W/D=0.2〜0.5、
u1=5〜300[m/s]、及び、
u2=5〜300[m/s]を満たす混合装置。 - 前記内部原料油噴射ノズル及び前記外部原料油噴射ノズルは、それぞれ水平面に対して15°〜75°下方に向けて原料油を噴射する請求項1に記載された混合装置。
- 前記触媒の温度は300℃以上であり、
前記内部原料油供給部及び前記外部原料油供給部には、前記触媒からの熱を断熱する断熱手段がそれぞれ設けられている請求項1又は2に記載された混合装置。 - 上方から下方に連続的に落下する触媒の向きを変えつつ触媒を水平方向に均一に分散させる複数の邪魔板が前記移動層形成器の内部に設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載された混合装置。
