Description
本発明は電気化学的ガス発生器の分野に関し、特にセラミック酸素発生システム(COGS)のための電極組成物および電極形成方法に関する。
燃料電池、酸素センサー、酸素分離部材のような電気化学的デバイスが広範囲な分野で候補となるものとして非常に注目されてきている。これらデバイスの効果的な操作に必要な高い動作温度は、これらの市場において必要なコスト、パワー効率、デバイス寿命の達成に問題となっている。

b. 大気汚染によるコーディング部の化学的作用、

Claims (4)
- ガス発生のためのイオン伝導性電解層を含むタイプの電気化学的デバイスのための集電体層であって、
集電体層が、高電気伝導性を有し、電気化学的デバイスにより発生する所望のガスに対して多孔性をもち、
集電体層が、貴金属から成る伝導性コーティング部を有するセラミックの耐熱性材の球状体のみからなるフィルムとして形成されている、
ところの集電体層。 - 貴金属は、銀、パラジウム、金、プラチナ、これらの金属と他の金属との合金からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の集電体層。
- 耐熱性材の球状体が金属酸化セラミックである、請求項1に記載の集電体層。
- 耐熱性材の球状体がジルコニア、アルミナ、セリア、ペロブスカイトのグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の集電体層。
