潤滑方法 試験開始時に摺動面にグリースを薄く塗布した

Claims (2)
- 素地がオールフェライト組織を呈する成長ねずみ鋳鉄鋳物を切削し、当該切削によって得られた切粉を真空炉中にて加熱する加熱工程と、上記切粉を粉砕して所定の粒度範囲の切粉のみを原料粉末として選別する選別工程と、当該原料粉末単体若しくは当該原料粉末に鉄粉又はステンレス合金粉を加えて混合した混合粉末を金型内に充填する充填工程と、当該金型を4トン/平方cm以上5トン/平方cm以下の範囲内の成形圧力で圧縮成型して圧粉体を形成する圧縮成形工程と、次に中性雰囲気又は還元性雰囲気において1100°C以上1150°C以下の範囲内の温度で30分間以上90分間以下の範囲内の時間だけ上記圧粉体を焼結する焼結工程から成る鋳鉄系焼結摺動部材の製造方法において、前記選別工程における原料粉末が、切粉を機械的に粉砕し、36メッシュの篩を通過するが、55メッシュの篩を通過しない粒度範囲の粉末であることを特徴とする、鋳鉄系焼結摺動部材の製造方法。
- 素地がオールフェライト組織を呈する成長ねずみ鋳鉄鋳物を切削し、当該切削によって得られた切粉を真空炉中にて加熱する加熱工程と、上記切粉を粉砕して所定の粒度範囲の切粉のみを原料粉末として選別する選別工程と、当該原料粉末単体若しくは当該原料粉末に鉄粉又はステンレス合金粉を加えて混合した混合粉末を金型内に充填する充填工程と、当該金型を4トン/平方cm以上5トン/平方cm以下の範囲内の成形圧力で圧縮成型して圧粉体を形成する圧縮成形工程と、次に中性雰囲気又は還元性雰囲気において1100°C以上1150°C以下の範囲内の温度で30分間以上90分間以下の範囲内の時間だけ上記圧粉体を焼結する焼結工程から成る鋳鉄系焼結摺動部材の製造方法において、前記選別工程における原料粉末が、切粉を機械的に粉砕し、55メッシュの篩を通過する粒度範囲の粉末であることを特徴とする、鋳鉄系焼結摺動部材の製造方法。
