Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin baseboard installed near the floor of a building and installed on a wall surface, particularly at a boundary portion with a waist wall member such as a waist wall panel or a waist wall sheet installed on the wall surface of the building. The present invention relates to a waist wall baseboard suitable for use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in the corridors and rooms in general houses, hospitals and health care facilities, the wall of the waist is designed to protect the wall surface by contact with a wheelchair, stretcher, etc., and to prevent contamination and improve the design and design (appearance) The installation of has come to be required.
However, the present situation is that a suitable baseboard constituting the boundary with the waist wall member is not provided. That is, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, a thin baseboard A ′ made of synthetic resin is installed by being attached from above a waist wall member (waist wall sheet) C, or as shown in FIG. The lower base edge C1 of the wooden baseboard A ″ is abutted against the lower edge C1. For this reason, when the former thin baseboard A ′ made of synthetic resin is used, the three-dimensional effect as a baseboard is poor, so it is installed. In addition, the appearance design is inferior, and material loss (wasted) occurs in the portion C1 ′ of the waist wall member that is overlaid with the baseboard. Also, when the latter wooden baseboard A ″ is used, Not only does it take time to cut the lower end edge C1 of the waist wall member C that is abutted with the upper end edge of the tree, but the lower end edge C1 of the waist wall member C may peel off or turn up after construction. Moreover, in many cases, since the floor member is installed after the baseboard is installed, the floor member E that is abutted with the baseboard is cut around the wall (the edge E1 of the floor member E is cut to match the wall surface). There is a problem that it takes time to lay the floor member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention is made | formed in view of such the present condition, and is providing the base material for waist walls which was excellent in workability, and was excellent also in the external appearance design property after construction, and its construction method.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The waist wall baseboard of the present invention that achieves such an object is formed into a long shape having an appropriate width using a thermoplastic resin having flexibility, and the waist wall member is formed on the upper edge portion on the back surface side . An insertion undercut portion that covers the lower end edge is formed, and the cross-sectional shape that is urged into contact with the lower end edge surface of the waist wall member on the front surface side is a substantially quarter-circular arc shape, and the tip is a substantially bowl-shaped ridge. In this way, the wall pressure contact edge bent sharply is extended, the upper end of the back surface of the upper edge part and the base of the wall pressure contact edge are substantially flat, and the lower edge part is curved toward the front side and formed into a substantially tapered shape in cross section The floor surface press-contact edge is elastically brought into contact with the edge surface of the floor member and its back surface is extended. At this time, it is preferable to form the upper edge portion thicker than the other portions in order to enhance the three-dimensional effect as the baseboard. Moreover, the construction method of the waist wall skirting board according to the present invention is the construction of the waist wall skirting board according to claim 1 after the waist wall member is installed on the wall surface of the building and the floor member is laid on the floor surface. It is arranged so that the lower end edge of the waist wall member is covered with the insertion undercut part and elastically contacted so as to cover the edge surface of the floor member laid around the wall with the floor surface pressure contact edge. In this state, the waist wall baseboard is affixed to the wall surface of the building with an adhesive.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and various variations are conceivable. Moreover, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same structural member through all the drawings, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0006]
The waist wall skirting board A according to the present invention is a long shape having a desired width as appropriate with an ordinary resin extrusion molding machine or a resin multilayer extrusion molding machine using a flexible thermoplastic resin. Formed. Specifically, the length is 1 m to 10 m, preferably 2 m to 5 m for a standard one, and about 5 m to 50 m for a roll, and the width L1 is 10 mm to 500 mm, preferably The maximum thickness L2 is 2 mm to 50 mm, preferably 5 mm to 30 mm. Then, on the surface side, by appropriately selecting a design pattern by printing or a mold shape of extrusion molding, a desired appearance design such as surface unevenness or design is applied and installed on the wall surface B of the building. The length direction is horizontal (horizontal direction) along the wall surface B across the lower end edge C1 of the waist wall member C such as the waist wall panel or the waist wall sheet and the floor member E laid on the floor surface D. The width direction Are placed on the wall surface B with an adhesive (see FIG. 2).
In addition, the code | symbol F in a figure is a parting material provided in the upper end edge of the waist wall member C. FIG.
[0007]
The baseboard A forms an insertion undercut portion 1 for inserting and covering the lower end edge C1 of the waist wall member C installed on the wall surface B on the upper edge portion A1, and the waist wall member C A wall surface pressure contact edge 2 that urges and contacts the surface of the lower end edge C1 is extended, and a floor surface pressure contact that elastically contacts the surface of the edge E1 of the floor member E laid on the floor surface D at the lower edge A2 The edge 3 is extended.
At this time, it is not necessary for the baseboard A to be formed to have the same thickness throughout, and as in the illustrated embodiment, the thickness L2 of the upper edge portion A1 that forms the insertion undercut portion 1 is set to 1 less than the other portions. It is preferable that the thickness L3 is formed about 5 to 3 times thick, and the height L3 of the thickly formed portion is also shortened to about 1/4 of the whole.
[0008]
The insertion undercut portion 1 is for inserting and covering the lower end edge C1 of the waist wall member C installed on the wall surface B, and is inserted into the back side of the upper edge portion A1 of the baseboard A. According to the thickness of the lower end edge C1 of the wall member C, it is formed to a depth of about 0.5 mm to 10 mm from the back surface A ′ of the waist wall baseboard A, and its length L4 is formed to about 5 mm to 50 mm. .
[0009]
The wall surface pressure contact edge 2 absorbs the unevenness even when the lower end edge C1 surface of the waist wall member C is somewhat uneven, and the gap between the upper edge A1 of the baseboard A and the waist wall member C surface is absorbed. The tip side 2a of the waist wall member C is sharply pointed like a heel of a heel so as to be in urging contact with the surface of the lower end edge C1 of the waist wall member C. The curved surface is formed in a substantially saddle-shaped cross section having a substantially quarter arc shape.
[0010]
The floor pressure contact edge 3 absorbs the unevenness even when there is some unevenness on the surface of the edge E1 of the floor member E laid around the wall of the floor D, and the lower edge A2 of the baseboard A absorbs the unevenness. And the edge E1 surface of the floor member E is covered with the edge E1 surface of the floor member E so that no gap is generated between the surface and the edge E1 surface of the floor member E. In order to come into contact with the wall surface pressure contact edge 2, it is formed in a substantially tapered shape in a cross section that is curved in an arc shape from the lower end of the lower edge portion A2 of the baseboard A toward the front side in the opposite direction.
[0011]
The synthetic resin forming the baseboard A is not particularly limited as long as it is a thermoplastic resin having flexibility, and specifically, halogen-containing resins such as vinyl chloride resins and chlorinated polyethylene, Polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-α olefin copolymer resin, propylene-α olefin copolymer resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymer resin, ethylene-methacrylic acid ester copolymer resin, ethylene-acrylic acid Examples thereof include olefin resins such as copolymer resins, thermoplastic elastomers such as olefin thermoplastic elastomers, styrene thermoplastic elastomers, polyester thermoplastic elastomers, and urethane thermoplastic elastomers.
[0012]
Next, a construction method of the waist wall baseboard A according to the present invention will be described.
As pre-construction (pre-construction), a waist wall member C is previously installed on the wall surface B of the building, and a floor member E is laid on the floor surface D. Thereafter, the lower end of the waist wall member C is placed so that the lower wall edge C1 of the waist wall member C is covered by the insertion undercut portion 1 of the main baseboard A with the waist wall baseboard A attached to the wall surface B. The end of the floor member E which is arranged along the edge C1 and is laid around the wall of the floor member E around the wall, that is, the back surface side of the floor pressure welding edge 3 formed in a substantially tapered cross section. The edge base E1 is brought into elastic contact with the surface, and in this state, the baseboard A is attached to the wall surface B with an adhesive and fixed. This completes the construction of the waist wall baseboard A.
As the adhesive used here, a well-known double-sided adhesive (adhesive) tape or a liquid adhesive such as rubber, epoxy, urethane, vinyl acetate, and acrylic can be suitably used.
[0013]
【Effect of the invention】
As described above, the waist wall baseboard according to claim 1 of the present invention is formed in a long shape having an appropriate width using a thermoplastic resin having flexibility, and the back surface is formed on the upper edge portion. An insertion undercut portion that covers the lower end edge of the waist wall member is formed on the side, and a cross-sectional shape that biases and contacts the surface of the lower end edge of the waist wall member on the surface side is a substantially quadrangular arc shape. The wall pressure contact edge, which is bent sharply like a ridge, is extended, the upper end of the back surface of the upper edge and the base of the wall pressure contact edge are substantially flat, and the lower edge is curved toward the front side. And since the floor surface press-contact edge which the back surface is formed in the taper shape of a cross section and elastically contacts the edge surface of a floor member is extended, there exist the following effects.
(1) A uniform expression with the waist wall member and a variety of expressions are possible, and the appearance design after construction is improved.
(2) Since the lower end edge of the waist wall member installed on the wall surface is covered with the insertion undercut part, there is no possibility that the lower end edge of the waist wall member will be turned up after construction, and the waist wall member Even if the lower edge of the lower edge is somewhat rough cut during construction, there is no possibility that a gap will appear at the boundary with the actual baseboard, and construction with good appearance can be easily performed.
(3) The upper edge is provided with a wall surface pressure contact edge extending in a urging contact with the lower end edge surface of the waist wall member, with a sharp tip like a ridged heel and a substantially quadrangular arc shape on the surface. Therefore, even if there is unevenness on the surface of the waist wall member, the unevenness is absorbed by the wall pressure contact edge, and there is no gap between the surface of the waist wall member, and it is possible to perform a good-looking construction In addition, since the surface has an arc shape, it is difficult to collect dust and the like, and the maintenance is excellent.
(4) Since the bottom edge is curved toward the front side and is formed in a substantially tapered shape in cross section, and the back surface is extended with a floor pressure contact edge that elastically contacts the edge surface of the floor member, the floor around the wall Even when the edge of the member is cut slightly rough, there is no risk that a gap will appear at the boundary with the baseboard, so that it can be easily constructed with good appearance, and at the same time the surface of the floor member Even if there is unevenness, the unevenness is absorbed by the floor surface pressure contact edge and no gap is formed between the surface and the surface of the floor member.
[0014]
Further, according to the waist wall baseboard according to claim 2 of the present invention, since the upper edge portion is formed thicker than other portions, the three-dimensional structure as a baseboard while suppressing the material cost of the baseboard The feeling is enhanced and the appearance design after construction is excellent.
[0015]
Furthermore, according to the construction method of the skirting wall for the waist wall according to the present invention, after installing the waist wall member on the wall surface of the building and laying the floor member on the floor surface, the baseboard is inserted with the insertion undercut portion. The bottom wall of the waist wall member is arranged so as to be covered and elastically contacted so as to cover the edge surface of the floor member laid around the wall at the floor pressure contact edge, and in this state the main baseboard Is attached to the wall of the building with an adhesive, so even if the lower edge of the waist wall member and the edge of the floor member are processed somewhat rough in the previous construction, the undercut part inserted by the construction of the baseboard In addition, it is possible to easily cover the floor surface pressure contact edge with a good appearance, and it is possible to easily perform a construction with a good appearance and excellent appearance design.
Moreover, even when a waist wall sheet is used as the waist wall member, it is not necessary to overlap the waist wall member over the conventional way, and the material cost of the waist wall member can be reduced.
