本発明は、オフィス等において複数のパネル同士を連結するために好適な取付構造に関するものである。

現在、オフィス等で使用されるパーテイションパネル等の構造としては、いわゆるブロックタイプと呼ばれるものと、一体型タイプと呼ばれる種類のタイプがある。ブロックタイプのものは、パネル本体の骨格を形成する側枠部材及び横枠材から構成される構造枠体と、この構造枠体の前後両面に取付けられるパネル要素とを具備してなるものである。一方、一体型タイプは、ペーパーハニカム等の内部コアの前後面にパネル面を形成する化粧面材を貼着して構成したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前述したようなブロックタイプのパネルにおいては、ひとつのパネルを隣接したパネルに取り付けようとすると、都度、表面に取り付けたパネル要素を構造枠体から取り外し、それから、その側枠部材の内側から取り付ける対象であるパネルの側枠部材に向かってボルトを挿入する作業を行わねばならないという不具合があった。

一方、一体型タイプのパネルにおいては、上記したようなバックルや取付板と、これらバックルや取付板に2枚のパネルおよび支柱をそれぞれ固定するための複数のビスとを必要とするため、部品点数が多くなってしまう。この結果、このような複数の部品の管理が面倒になり、また製造コストが高くなる。さらに取付作業においても、部品点数の数に対応して作業が増え、煩雑になるという不具合を生じる。

そこで、本発明は、上記課題に着目して、パネルを被取付部材に対して容易に取り付けできるようなパネルの取付構造を提供することを目的とする。

すなわち、パネルの外側から操作可能な場所、例えば笠木などを外せば、取り付けのための作業ができるような場所に、パネル要素を有する状態で取付操作できるような取付操作部を設け、すでに設置しているパネルの側枠部材や独立した支柱などの被取付部材を引き寄せてパネルを被取付部材に対して取り付けるものである。つまり本発明に係るパネルの取付構造は、内部構造体の表裏にパネル要素を設けたパネルを、ボルトを用いて被取付部材に取り付けるパネルの取付構造において、前記被取付部材に、ボルトに締め付けられるめねじ孔を当該被取付部材と前記パネルとの取付面に対して傾けて設けるとともに、パネルの側端近傍に、当該めねじ孔に締め付け可能にボルトを挿入するためのボルト挿入部を設け、前記パネル要素を表裏に取り付けた状態で、当該ボルト挿入部から挿入されたボルトを前記めねじ孔に締め付けることによって前記被取付部材を引き寄せて取り付けるものとし、前記めねじ孔を有するナットに突出片を設け、ボルトのねじ込み作用によって前記ナットを軸方向である斜め上方向に引き寄せた際に、この突出片に係り合わさる凹部を、前記パネル及び前記被取付部材の当該突出片に対応する位置にそれぞれ設け、前記突出片における前記凹部に係り合わさる面を水平に設け、この突出片を被取付部材の側端面側から突出させて前記パネル及び前記被取付部材に設けた凹部にそれぞれ引っ掛けるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

以下、本発明の一実施の形態を、図面を参照して説明する。

図1に示すパネル1は、いわゆるブロックタイプと呼ばれるパネルで、このパネル1の表裏面を形成するパネル要素2と、このパネル要素2を前後面に装着するための内部構造体たる構造枠体3とを具備してなるものである。なお隣接するパネル1’も同じ構造を有するものである。
