Description
The present invention relates to a degreased paper. More specifically, the present invention relates to a degreased paper used for wiping off sebum and sweat that has been raised on the surface of the skin (skin).
The human face, especially the nose, forehead, and eyebrows, has a strong sebum secretion. When sebum is secreted, the face becomes sticky or irritated. If sebum adheres to the face, makeup rides worsen, causing makeup to collapse. Sebum can be removed by washing the face. However, it is practically difficult to wash the face as needed when away from home. Therefore, a degreased paper that can easily remove the raised sebum has been widely used. In particular, in recent years, awareness of keeping skin clean regardless of gender has increased, and degreased paper has been widely used in general.
As the degreased paper as described above, a paper obtained by cutting a foil-foiled paper used to stretch a gold foil into small pieces has been used in the past. The foil punched paper is soft to the touch because it is struck to such an extent that its fibers are crushed, thereby providing flexibility and smoothness. Furthermore, since the foil punched paper becomes transparent by absorbing a small amount of sebum that has floated on the skin, it has a feature (visibility) that the effect of removing the sebum can be visually confirmed.
As can be understood from the characteristics of the foil-foiled paper, the quality generally required for the degreased paper is to have the visibility that makes the user recognize that the sebum has been absorbed, as well as the flexibility and the touch. is there. Furthermore, as described above, user needs are diversified with the recent increase in demand for degreasing paper. Thus, for example, a degreased paper with improved visibility has been proposed.
For example,
However, the degreased paper disclosed in
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to make it possible for the user to sufficiently visually confirm even when the amount of sebum to be wiped is small, and to reliably wipe it off even when the amount of sebum being wiped off is large. It is to provide a paper.
The above-mentioned object is a sheet-like base material, and a colored first oil-absorbing layer provided by applying a coating liquid containing a colorant, a fat-absorbing filler and a binder on at least one surface of the sheet-like base material, Including a second oil-absorbing layer that is provided by applying a coating liquid containing a fat-absorbing filler and a binder on the first oil-absorbing layer and changes from an opaque state to a transparent state when the oil is absorbed. It can be achieved by a degreased paper characterized by
According to the present invention, when the second absorbent layer absorbs oil, it changes from an opaque state to a transparent state, so that the color of the lower first absorbent layer is developed. Therefore, the user can visually confirm if the second oil-absorbing layer is adjusted so as to be transparent when a small amount of sebum is absorbed by adjusting the oil-absorbing ability. On the other hand, since the 1st oil absorption layer located in the lower side of the 2nd oil absorption layer is equipped with oil absorption capability, it can cope also when there is much sebum to wipe off.
Furthermore, it is good also as a structure where the said sheet-like base material is provided with oil absorption. Thus, if the sheet-like base material also has a fat-absorbing property, it can be made a degreased paper that can absorb a large amount of sebum more reliably. In addition, the sheet-like base material itself may be provided with an oil-absorbing property, or by adding an oil-absorbing filler, the sheet-like base material is given an oil-absorbing property or increases the oil-absorbing property. It may be.
Moreover, it is preferable that a said 1st oil absorption layer contains a dark colorant. Such a dark colorant is preferably selected from, for example, black, blue, red, and green. If the first oil-absorbing layer is a dark color, the user can be surely visually recognized when the second oil-absorbing layer is transparent.
Moreover, the said 2nd fat absorption layer shall contain the filler which is a low refractive index with respect to light. As such fillers, for example, inorganic fillers such as clay, talc, kaolin, calcium carbonate, and amorphous silica, and fine particles of organic pigments such as plastic pigments can be employed. These fillers can be used alone or in appropriate combination.
Moreover, it is preferable that the hues of the first and second absorbent layers are different. If the hue of the second oil-absorbing layer is different from the hue of the dark-colored first oil-absorbing layer, the user can more reliably visually recognize the second oil-absorbing layer when it is transparent.
And the said 1st oil absorption layer may set the oil absorption capability larger than the said 2nd oil absorption layer. If comprised in this way, when the amount of sebum to wipe off is large, sebum can be reliably absorbed with a 1st oil absorption layer.
According to the present invention, there is provided a degreased paper that can be visually confirmed by the user even when the amount of sebum to be wiped off is small, and can be wiped off even when the amount of sebum is wiped off. Can be provided.
Hereinafter, a degreasing paper according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an enlarged view showing a configuration of a
The sheet-
In addition, since the intensity | strength is too low if the basic weight of the said sheet-
On the said sheet-
The first
The coating liquid for forming the first
The coating amount of the first oil-absorbing
Furthermore, the 2nd
The 2nd
Furthermore, fillers such as clay, talc, kaolin and calcium carbonate are generally white or grayish white. Accordingly, since the second
As for the coating liquid for forming the second
In the degreased
Here, the filler content and the coating amount of the second oil-absorbing
For example, you may employ | adopt the structure which set the oil absorption capability of the 1st
As is clear from the above description, since the second
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view showing the configuration of the
Since the
Further, FIGS. 3A and 3B are diagrams showing a modified example of the degreased
In the following, cosmetic degreased paper manufactured as an example according to the present invention will be described. In addition, about the raw material shown below, all compounding is shown by the weight part.

Each of the above degreased papers was evaluated by the following test method and sensory evaluation by three testers A, B, and C having different amounts of sebum. The basis weight was measured according to JIS P8124. Moreover, the measurement of the application quantity of the 1st
The transfer test of pseudo sebum uses a RI-3 type printability tester (manufactured by Ishikawajima Sangyo Co., Ltd.) and uses a mixed oil of castor oil: benzyl alcohol = 80: 20 as pseudo sebum, and the transfer amount to paper is a predetermined amount. Then, the artificial sebum was applied to the printing roll and transferred.
FIG. 4 is a table summarizing the evaluation results of the degreased papers of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2. This will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 4, “◎” indicates an excellent evaluation, “◯” indicates a good evaluation, “Δ” indicates an acceptable evaluation, and “×” indicates an inappropriate evaluation. Also, the surface layer in FIG. 4 corresponds to the second
On the other hand, the degreased paper of Comparative Example 1 was evaluated as having a visual effect with less stickiness of the face in the testers A and B having a sebum amount below the standard amount. However, Tester C with a large amount of sebum obtained an evaluation that the sebum could not be removed sufficiently and stickiness remained on the face. In addition, the test sample A having a small amount of sebum can be used for the degreased paper of Comparative Example 2 even when the sebum can actually be wiped off, even when the evaluation of the visual effect is low and the sebum can be absorbed. Was not obtained. Although the visual effect can be obtained by suppressing the coating amount of the second
In the transfer test of pseudo sebum, the lightness change ΔL when the transfer amount of the pseudo sebum was 0.75 g / m 2 was 8 to 19 for the degreased papers of Examples 1 to 4, and It was confirmed that the change in brightness was large compared to the case. This can be understood as supporting data that the user can visually recognize the oil removing paper of Examples 1 to 4 even when relatively small amount of sebum is absorbed. In addition, when the transfer amount of pseudo sebum is increased to 3 g / m 2 , the change in lightness ΔL increases. This indicates that transparency is increased by fully absorbing sebum. It can be understood that the degreased papers of the examples show that they have sufficient oil absorbing ability. FIG. 5 collectively shows the relationship between the degreasing paper of the example according to the present invention and the degreasing paper of the comparative example. As shown in FIG. 5, the degreased papers of Examples 1 to 4 are excellent in visibility and the ability to absorb oil, and thus can be provided as commercial degreased papers that meet the user's requirements.
