Claims (9)
- 1つ又はそれ以上の金属、合金又はその他の材料を溶接するのに実施可能な摩擦撹拌溶接装置(10)であって、
ピン工具ホルダ(14)と、
表面及び内径を有するショルダ(16)と、
前記ピン工具ホルダ(14)に結合されたピン工具(12)と、
前記ショルダに結合された第1の軸荷重フィードバック制御装置と、
を含み、
前記ピン工具(12)が、前記ショルダ(16)の内径内部に少なくとも部分的に配置されかつ前記ショルダ(16)の表面から少なくとも部分的に突出し、
前記ピン工具(12)が消耗ピン工具材料を含み、
前記第1の軸荷重フィードバック制御装置が、前記ショルダの軸方向の送り速度を制御するように動作可能であることを特徴とする、摩擦撹拌溶接装置(10)。
- 前記ショルダが所定の回転速度で回転する、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記ショルダが、前記ピン工具ホルダ内に引込可能/前記ピン工具ホルダから伸長可能である、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記ショルダが消耗ショルダ材料を含む、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記ピン工具が所定の回転速度で回転する、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記ピン工具が、前記ショルダの表面内に引込可能/前記ショルダの表面から伸長可能である、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記消耗ピン工具材料が、溶接することになる接合部のボリューム内に少なくとも部分的に混ぜ込まれる、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記ショルダがほぼ円筒状の形状を有する、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
- 前記ピン工具が、ほぼ円筒状、ほぼ棒状、ほぼ円錐状、或いは先端半径を含むほぼテーパ状のいずれかの形状を有する、請求項1記載の摩擦撹拌溶接装置。
