Description

The present invention relates to a dust bag attaching portion structure for detachably attaching a dust bag containing dust sucked from a dust suction portion in a dust collecting chamber of a cleaning device.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a cleaning device such as a vacuum cleaner, in which a dust collection chamber is negatively pressured by a blower fan, and dust sucked from a dust suction unit is stored in a dust collection bag in the dust collection chamber. As the dust collection bags, those dedicated to the apparatus are individually prepared, while those having versatility so as to be used for each cleaning apparatus are generally distributed.

A conventional dust collection bag for a cleaning device has a mouth plate portion formed of hard cardboard or the like and a bag portion formed of a nonwoven fabric (for example, see Patent Document 1). The mouth plate portion has a rectangular plate shape having a predetermined plate thickness, and a suction port is opened at the center thereof, and an outer peripheral edge of the mouth plate portion corresponds to a mounting portion of each cleaning device. A cutout portion and a separation portion for providing a shape that can be attached are provided. The bag portion is attached to the outlet face side of the mouth plate portion, and is formed so that the inside of the bag portion communicates with the suction port of the mouth plate portion.

A conventional cleaning device is provided with a connection portion for connecting a suction hose to the front portion of the device main body (see, for example, Patent Document 2). An electric blower chamber incorporating an electric blower is provided in the rear of the apparatus main body, and a dust collection chamber incorporating a dust collection bag is provided in the front of the apparatus main body.

A communication path is provided between the front portion of the dust collection chamber and the connection portion to communicate between the dust collection chamber and the connection portion. The rear end portion of the communication path protrudes into the dust collection chamber and has a cylindrical shape that fits into the suction port of the mouth plate portion.

An attachment portion for detachably attaching the dust collection bag is provided in the dust collection chamber. The attachment part has a holding groove and a pressing part. The holding groove is provided at a position below the rear end portion of the communication path, and has a shape in which the lower end side of the mouth plate portion can be inserted from above the apparatus main body. And the holding | suppressing part is provided in the upper position of the rear-end part of a communicating path, and is comprised so that the upper end side of a mouthplate part may be pressed from upper direction.

After the mouth plate part is cut into a notch part or a separation part to match the shape of the mounting part, the lower end side is inserted into the holding groove, and the suction port is fitted with the rear end part of the communication path. The upper end side is attached to the dust collection chamber by pressing the upper end side from above, and the inside of the bag portion of the dust collection bag and the connection portion are communicated with each other by the communication path.

And, by driving the electric blower, negative pressure is generated in the dust collection chamber, dust is sucked in together with air from the tip of the hose, passes through the suction port of the mouth plate part from the communication path, and enters the bag part of the dust collection bag. It has the structure collected by.

In still another conventional cleaning device, a communication chamber is provided between the front portion of the dust collection chamber and the connection portion, and the communication chamber and the dust collection chamber are partitioned into an upstream side and a downstream side. There is one having a structure for attaching a mouth plate part.

The mounting part is provided at the front part of the dust collecting chamber, and the upper end of the mouth plate part can be inserted into the lower end side and the left and right side end sides. The upper edge of the mouth plate is held from above, and the outer edge of the mouth plate is pushed by inserting the mouth plate into the holding groove from above the device body and holding the upper edge from above. It has the structure which hold | maintains.

Therefore, when the electric blower is driven, a negative pressure is generated in the dust collection chamber, dust is sucked in together with air from the tip of the hose, and passes through the suction port of the mouth plate portion from the communication chamber to the inside of the bag portion of the dust collection bag. To be collected.

However, in the method for mounting the mouth plate portion in the dust collection chamber described in Patent Document 2 described above, only the rear end portion of the communication path is fitted to the suction port, and the lower end side of the mouth plate portion and Since the upper end side is only held by the holding groove and the pressing portion, a gap is generated between the suction port of the mouth plate portion and the rear end portion of the communication path, and the bag portion passes through the gap and passes through the gap. There is a risk of trash leaking outside.

If dust leaks out of the bag in the dust collection chamber, it will be discharged from the apparatus main body together with the exhaust sucked out of the dust collection chamber by the electric blower, and scattered around the cleaning device.

In order to prevent such a gap from occurring, if the size and shape are set so that the suction port of the mouth plate portion is fitted to the rear end portion of the communication portion, it can be removed during installation and removal. Sometimes a large force is required, and there is a problem that it is difficult to replace the dust bag.

Similarly, in the other conventional cleaning device described above, there are gaps between the left and right side edges of the mouth plate portion and the holding groove, between the lower end side and the holding groove, and between the upper end side and the holding portion. There is a risk that the dust flows through the gap and flows into the dust collection chamber from the communication chamber, and the dust leaks out of the bag portion in the dust collection chamber.

In order to prevent the occurrence of such a gap, if the dimension of the holding groove and the thickness of the mouth plate portion are set to coincide with each other, when the mouth plate portion is attached to the attachment portion and removed. Sometimes a large force is required, and there is a problem that it is difficult to replace the dust bag. In addition, when the thickness of the mouth plate portion is different for each dust collection bag, it is necessary to prepare a holding groove according to the thickness of the mouth plate portion, which makes the shape of the mounting portion complicated and increases the cost. Has the problem.

In view of these problems, the present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art. The purpose of the present invention is to deal with the shape of a plurality of mouth plate portions, and to facilitate dust replacement work. It is in providing a bag attaching part structure.

The dust bag attaching portion structure according to the first aspect of the present invention that solves the above-described problems has an inlet surface and an outlet in the dust collection chamber of the cleaning device that holds the dust sucked from the dust suction portion by applying a negative pressure to the dust collection chamber. In a dust collection bag mounting part structure for attaching a dust collection bag in which the mouth part of the bag part is bonded to the periphery of the suction port that penetrates from the entrance surface to the exit surface of the mouth plate part having a surface, in the dust collection chamber Provided, a fixing means having a hole portion communicating with the dust suction portion and a contact surface portion formed on the periphery of the hole portion and extending in a planar shape, and supported movably in a direction approaching and separating from the contact surface portion of the fixing means, A movable means having a facing surface facing the contacting surface portion; and a moving means for moving the moving means in a direction in which the facing surface of the moving means approaches the contacting surface portion, and the mouth plate portion between the contacting surface portion and the facing surface. With the entrance surface facing the contact surface and the exit surface facing the surface. The movable means is moved by the moving means, the outlet surface is pressed by the facing surface, the inlet surface is brought into contact with the contact surface portion, and the suction port of the mouth plate portion is communicated with the hole portion of the fixing means. Is characterized in that it is configured to be mounted in a dust collection chamber.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the dust bag attaching portion structure according to the first aspect, the movable means includes a pair of strip plate portions spaced apart from each other with an interval larger than the inner diameter of the hole portion of the fixing means. And a base plate portion that connects the base end portions of the respective band plate portions, and opposed to the fixing means, the opposed surfaces of the band plate portions are opposed to the portions of the contact surface portions that are separated from each other through the hole portion. And the opposing surface of a board | substrate part is supported in the position which opposes the part spaced apart to the side of a hole part among contact surfaces.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dust bag attaching portion structure according to the second aspect, wherein the movable member is provided with a closed position for connecting and closing the tip portions of the pair of band plate portions, It has a locking means which can move between the open positions which open between the front-end | tip parts of a strip | belt board part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to the invention of claim 1, the mouth plate portion is interposed between the contact surface portion and the facing surface, the entrance surface of the mouth plate portion is opposed to the contact surface portion, and the exit surface is opposed to the facing surface. The movable means is moved by the moving means, the outlet surface is pressed by the facing surface, the inlet surface is brought into contact with the contact surface portion, the suction port of the mouth plate portion is communicated with the hole portion of the fixing means, and the dust collecting bag is Install in the dust chamber.

Therefore, the entrance surface of the mouth plate portion can be brought into close contact with the contact surface portion, and a gap can be prevented from being formed between the mouth plate portion and the contact surface portion. Therefore, when dust sucked from the dust suction portion passes through the hole of the fixing means and flows into the bag portion from the suction port of the mouth plate portion, it prevents the dust from leaking between the contact surface portion and the inlet surface. Can do.

In addition, since it has a structure in which the entrance surface is brought into contact with the contact surface portion and closely adhered, the mouth plate portion having various shapes can be used without being restricted by the shape of the mouth plate portion as in the past, High versatility.

In addition, the dust bag can be attached only by moving the movable means by the moving means by moving the movable means by moving the mouth plate portion between the contact surface portion and the opposing surface. It is only necessary to remove the mouth plate portion from between the surface portion and the facing surface. Therefore, the dust bag attaching and removing operations can be easily performed.

The invention described in claim 2 shows an example of a specific configuration of the movable means described in claim 1, and the movable means has a larger interval than the inner diameter of the hole of the fixing means. A pair of strip plate portions that are separated from each other and a substrate portion that connects between the base end portions of the respective strip plate portions.

Then, with respect to the fixing means, the facing surface of the band plate portion faces the portion of the contact surface portion that is separated from each other through the hole portion, and the facing surface of the substrate portion faces the side of the hole portion of the contact surface portion. It is supported at a position facing the part that is separated.

Therefore, three sides of the peripheral edge of the hole portion can be opposed to the opposing surface of the pair of strip plates and the opposing surface of the substrate portion, and when the outlet surface is pressed by the opposing surface, the entrance surface is It can be made to contact by pressing with a predetermined pressing force to the hole periphery of the contact surface portion.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the contact surface portion, and when the dust sucked from the dust suction portion passes through the hole of the fixing means and flows into the bag portion from the suction port of the mouth plate portion, Can be prevented from leaking from between the door and the entrance surface.

In addition, since the gap between the front ends of the pair of band plates is open, when the mouth plate is interposed between the contact surface portion and the facing surface, it is inserted from the front end side of the pair of band plates. Can be made. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the movable means from the fixing means at the time of attaching and removing the dust bag, and these operations can be easily performed.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the movable means is provided with the lock means, and the lock means includes a closed position where the tip portions of the pair of band plate portions are connected and closed, and the pair of band plate portions. It has the structure which can move between the open positions which open | release between the front-end | tip parts.

Therefore, when the exit surface is pressed by the facing surface in a state where the locking means is moved to the closed position, the entrance surface can be pressed against the peripheral edge of the hole of the contact surface portion with a uniform pressing force so as to contact the surface. .

Further, since the locking means can be moved to the open position, when the mouth plate portion is taken out from between the contact surface portion and the opposing surface portion, it can be removed by passing between the tip portions of the pair of band plate portions. Therefore, the dust bag removal operation can be easily performed.

The lid portion 13 is provided with a closing portion 13 a that closes the opening portion 11 h of the dust collection tank 11. The closing portion 13 a is placed on and fixed to the upper portion of the dust collection tank 11, thereby sealing the opening portion 11 h through a packing between the flange 13 a and the dust collection tank 11 in cooperation with the dust collection tank 11. A dust collection chamber D is formed inside.

An opening hole 13b is provided at a substantially central position of the closing part 13a, and a dust bag attaching bracket (dust bag attaching part) 30 for attaching the dust bag 20 is attached to the lower surface side of the closing part 13a. It has been. The configuration of the dust bag mounting bracket 30 will be described in detail later.

Then, one end of a connection pipe 13c is connected to the upper surface side of the blocking portion 13a and communicates with the opening hole 13b. The connection pipe 13 c is provided in the lid portion 13, and has a configuration in which the other end is connected to the proximal end portion of the suction passage 14 and communicates with the suction passage 14.

The suction passage 14 is piped in the cleaning robot 1, the downstream end is connected to the connection pipe 13 c, and the upstream end is connected to the dust suction unit 15.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the dust suction unit 15 includes a brush unit 16 that extends linearly across the left and right directions of the vehicle body behind the driving wheel 21 and a suction unit that is arranged in parallel with the brush unit 16 behind the brush unit 16. The suction nozzle portion 17 has a box shape with an open bottom, and the upstream end portion of the suction passage 14 communicates with the longitudinal center position of the upper surface portion.

Accordingly, the blower motor 12 connected to the dust collection tank 11 is driven to forcibly discharge the air in the dust collection tank 11, thereby generating a negative pressure in the dust collection tank 11, and suction is performed by this negative pressure. A suction force is generated in the suction nozzle portion 17 of the dust suction portion 15 communicated via the passage 14, so that dust can be sucked.

The dust sucked from the suction nozzle unit 17 is guided from the dust suction unit 15 through the suction passage 14 into the dust collection chamber D, and is stored in a dust collection bag mounted in the dust collection chamber D. Therefore, the cleaning range can be cleaned by the cleaning robot 1 traveling on the floor surface while the cleaning device 10 performs the cleaning operation.

Therefore, the movable plate 51 can be moved in the direction approaching the fixed plate 31 by rotating the knob 63 of each mounting screw 61 in the tightening direction, and the movable plate 51 can be fixed by rotating in the loosening direction. It can be moved in a direction away from the plate 31.

The lock plate 71 is made of a metal plate member having a predetermined width and extending. A support hole 72 is formed in the base end portion 71 </ b> A on one side in the longitudinal direction of the lock plate 71. The support hole 72 has substantially the same diameter as the insertion hole 54 of the movable plate 51, and the tip end portion 71 </ b> B of the lock plate 71 is overlapped with the tip end of one band plate portion 52 so as to be coaxial with the insertion hole 54. By inserting the mounting screw 61 in the disposed state, the lock plate 17 is rotatably supported, and a closed position for closing the ends of the pair of band plate portions 52, 52, and an open position for opening the ends. It can be moved to.

An engagement groove 73 is provided on one end 71C in the width direction of the lock plate 71 and on the tip 71B side of the lock plate 71. The engagement groove 73 is formed by notching a predetermined depth from the end portion 71C of the lock plate 71 toward the end portion 71D on the other side in the width direction of the lock plate 71.

Then, by rotating the lock plate 71 from the open position to the closed position, the lock plate 71 can be engaged with the mounting screw 61 inserted into the insertion hole 54 of the other band plate portion 52, and the engagement The lock plate 71 can be fixed at the closed position by tightening the mounting screw 61 in the combined state.

A notch 74 is recessed in the end portion 71 </ b> C on one side in the width direction of the lock plate 71 and in the center position in the longitudinal direction of the lock plate 71. The notch 74 is formed to prevent the lock plate 71 from interfering with the bag portion 28 of the dust bag 20 when the lock plate 71 is moved to the closed position.

A flange 75 is formed at the end 71D of the lock plate 71. The flange 75 is bent and protrudes toward the back surface side of the lock plate 71 to ensure the rigidity of the lock plate 71 and to face the rear end side 25 of the mouth plate portion 21 at the closed position. It is formed so as to prevent the movement of 21 in the extraction direction.

A positioning member 76 protrudes from the inner surface of the flange 75. The positioning member 76 is provided at the center position in the longitudinal direction of the flange 75. When the lock plate 71 is moved to the closed position, the positioning member 76 is engaged with a recess 25a that is recessed in the rear end side 25 of the mouth plate portion 21. Thus, the mouth plate portion 21 is positioned.

The fixed plate 31, the movable plate 51, and the lock plate 71 described above are assembled together by mounting screws 61.

The movable plate 51 is disposed opposite to the surface side of the fixed plate 31, the band plate portion 52 of the movable plate 51 extends along the flat plate portion 38 of the fixed plate 31, and each insertion hole 54 of the movable plate 51 is fixed to the fixed plate. It is arranged coaxially with the 31 screw holes 39. Of the four mounting screws 61, three mounting screws 61 are inserted into the insertion holes 54 of the movable plate 51, and the tips of the screw portions are screwed into the screw hole portions 39 of the fixed plate 31.

Then, the base end portion 71 </ b> A of the lock plate 71 is overlapped with the tip end portion of one band plate portion 52 of the movable plate 51, and the support hole 72 of the lock plate 71 is inserted into the insertion hole 54 of the movable plate 51 and the remaining one. The two mounting screws 61 are arranged on the same axis. The remaining one mounting screw 61 is inserted from the support hole 72 into the insertion hole 54, and the tip of the screw part is screwed into the screw hole part 39 of the fixing plate 31. The distal end portion of the mounting screw 61 protrudes from the flat plate portion 38 of the support portion 36, and a washer 64 is attached.

In order to fix the dust bag mounting bracket 30 to the closing portion 13a of the lid portion 13, the back surface of the fixing portion 32 is brought into contact with the closing portion 13a, and the first member 45 side of the spacer 41 is fixed to the fixing portion of the fixing plate 31. 32, a fixing screw (not shown) is passed through the fixing holes 42b and 43b of the spacer 41 and the fixing hole 34 of the fixing plate 31, and the fixing screw hole (see FIG. Screw in (not shown).

As a result, the fixing plate 31 and the spacer 41 are fixed to the lid portion 13, and the opening hole 33 of the fixing plate 31 and the through hole 42 of the spacer 41 are coaxially positioned and communicated with the opening hole 13 b of the lid portion 13.

The dust bag 20 is first attached to the four attachments with the lid 13 removed from the upper part of the dust collection tank 11 and the dust bag attachment bracket 30 attached to the lid 13 exposed. The screw 61 is loosened and the movable plate 51 is moved away from the fixed plate 31 to form a gap in which the mouth plate portion 21 can be inserted between the spacer 41 and the movable plate 51, and the lock plate 71 is rotated. To the open position.

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the mouth plate portion 21 is inserted between the movable plate 51 and the spacer 41 so that the bag portion 28 protrudes between the pair of band plate portions 52. The mouth plate portion 21 is guided and moved between the pair of guide members 53, the front end side 24 is positioned in contact with the flange 57 of the base end portion 56, and the suction port 22 of the mouth plate portion 21 is connected to the spacer 41. It is arranged coaxially with the through hole 42.

Then, the lock plate 71 is rotated to move from the open position to the closed position. Thereby, the rear end side 25 of the mouth plate part 21 is made to oppose the flange 75 of the lock plate 71, and the movement to the rear side of the insertion direction of the mouth plate part 21 is controlled.

After positioning the mouth plate portion 21 at such a position, the mounting screws 61 are individually tightened to bring the movable plate 51 closer to the fixed plate 31.

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 10, among the exit surface 21b of the mouthplate part 21, from the side edge sides 26 and 27 of the mouthplate part 21 to the frame part 23, and from the front end side 24 of the mouthplate part 21 to a frame. The range up to the portion 23 is in contact with the opposing surfaces 52a and 56a of the movable plate 51 and presses the mouth plate portion with a predetermined pressing force.

Accordingly, the mouth plate portion 21 is moved in the direction approaching the spacer 41 together with the movable plate 51, and the range of the inlet surface 21 a of the mouth plate portion 21 extends from the suction port 22 to the outside of the frame portion 23. The contact surface portion 44 of the spacer 41 is brought into contact with the contact surface portion 44 and pressed with a predetermined pressing force, so that the entrance surface 21 a of the mouth plate portion 21 and the contact surface portion 44 of the spacer 41 are brought into close contact with each other.

Accordingly, the suction port 22 of the mouth plate portion 21 and the through hole 42 of the spacer 41 can be communicated with each other in a sealed state, and intake air can be prevented from leaking between the mouth plate portion 21 and the spacer 41. All the dust contained therein can be guided into the bag portion 28 of the dust bag 20.

On the other hand, when removing the dust bag 20 from the dust bag mounting bracket 30, the four mounting screws 61 are loosened and the movable plate 51 is moved away from the fixed plate 31, and the inlet surface 21 a of the mouth plate portion 21 is moved. The spacer 41 is separated from the contact surface portion 44 of the spacer 41. Then, the lock plate 71 is rotated to move from the closed position to the open position, and the mouth plate portion 21 is pulled out to the opposite side to the insertion direction.

Therefore, the dust bag 20 can be attached and detached by a simple operation of tightening or loosening the attachment screw 61, and the attachment / detachment work can be easily performed.

According to the dust bag mounting bracket 30 having the above-described configuration, the inlet surface 21a of the mouth plate portion 21 is brought into contact with the contact surface portion 44 of the spacer 41 and is pressed with a predetermined pressing force. 22 and the through hole 42 of the spacer 41 can communicate with each other in a sealed state. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the intake air from leaking between the mouth plate portion 21 and the spacer 41 and to guide all the dust contained in the intake air into the bag portion 28 of the dust collection bag 20.

Moreover, since it has the structure which presses the entrance surface 21a to the contact surface part 44 and contacts it, the mouthplate part 21 which has various shapes is used, without being restrained by the shape of the mouthplate part 21 like the past. It has high versatility.

The dust bag 20 can be attached only by moving the movable plate 51 with the attachment screw 61 by interposing the mouth plate portion 21 between the contact surface portion 44 and the opposing surfaces 52a and 56a. It is only necessary to move the movable plate 51 by 61 and remove the mouth plate portion 21 from between the contact surface portion 44 and the opposing surfaces 52a and 56a. Therefore, the attaching operation and the removing operation of the dust bag 20 can be easily performed.

In addition, the movable plate 51 includes a pair of band plate portions 52 that are spaced apart from each other by an interval larger than the inner diameter of the opening hole 33 of the fixed plate 31 and the through hole 42 of the spacer 41, and a base end portion of each band plate portion 52. It has the board | substrate part 56 which connects between. The opposed surface 52a of the band plate portion 52 faces the fixed plate 31 and the portion of the contact surface portion 44 that is separated from each other through the through hole 42, and the facing surface 56a of the substrate portion 56 is the contact surface portion 44. Among these, it is supported at a position facing a portion spaced apart to the side of the through hole 42 (front of the mouth plate portion 21 in the insertion direction).

Accordingly, the contact surface portion 44 and three of the peripheral edges of the through-hole 42 can be opposed to the facing surface 52a of the pair of strip plate portions 52 and the facing surface 56a of the substrate portion 56, and the facing surfaces 52a and 56a allow the exit surface. When 21b is pressed, the entrance surface 21a can be pressed against the periphery of the through hole 42 of the contact surface portion 44 with a predetermined pressing force so as to contact the surface.

Therefore, a gap is prevented from being formed between the contact surface portion 44 and the dust sucked from the dust suction portion 15 passes through the opening hole 33 of the fixing plate 31 and the through-hole 42 of the spacer 41, and the mouth plate portion 21. When flowing from the suction port 22 into the bag portion 28, it is possible to prevent dust from leaking between the contact surface portion 44 and the inlet surface 21a.

Also, since the lock plate 71 is movable between a closed position where the tip portions of the pair of band plate portions 52 are connected and closed, and an open position where the tip portions of the pair of band plate portions 52 are opened. When the outlet surface 21b is pressed by the opposing surfaces 52a and 56a with the lock plate 71 moved to the closed position, the inlet surface 21a is pressed against the periphery of the through hole 42 of the contact surface portion 44 with a uniform pressing force. Can be touched.

Further, since the lock plate 71 can be moved to the open position, when the mouth plate portion 21 is interposed between the contact surface portion 44 and the opposed surfaces 52a and 56a, the distal end side of the pair of band plate portions 52 is provided. Can be inserted and interposed. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the movable plate 51 from the fixed plate 31 during the attaching operation and the removing operation of the dust bag 20, and these operations can be easily performed. And when taking out the mouthplate part 21 from between the contact surface part 44 and the opposing surface parts 52a and 56a, it can be made to pass between the front-end | tip parts of a pair of band board parts 52, and can be removed. Therefore, the work for removing the dust bag 20 can be easily performed.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the spacer 41 is composed of two parts, that is, the first member 45 and the second member 46 has been described as an example.
