他方では、最小断面積に近づく際に流路の内部静圧と液体の速度とを次第に上昇させる。
第1流路部は全長の35%と50%との間を占め、
第2流路部は全長の15%と30%との間を占め、
第3流路部は全長の15%と40%との間を占め、
第4流路部は全長の5%と20%との間を占める。
Claims (12)
- 本体(1)と、前記本体(1)の表面に対向配置される補足部材(3)とを含み、
液体循環流路(4)が前記補足部材(3)と前記本体(1)との間に存在し、
前記液体循環流路(4)が、本体(1)及び補足部材(3)による深さと少なくとも本体(1)から補足部材(3)へのブレードの展延による幅とで画定される断面を有し、
前記液体循環流路(4)が、液体貯蔵部に連結する入口(5)と、60℃よりも高く且つ沸点未満に加熱された液体を排出する出口(6)とを形成する2つの端部を有し、
前記補足部材(3)が、前記液体循環流路(4)内を移動する液体を加熱できるように設けられた加熱抵抗器(2)を有する液体加熱デバイスを含む、電気加温飲料ディスペンサーであって、
前記液体循環流路(4)が、前記出口(6)から離隔し前記液体循環流路の入口(5)よりも出口(6)に近く位置する最小液体フロー断面積(Smin)を有することを特徴とする、電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。 - 前記最小液体フロー断面積(Smin)と前記流路の前記入口(5)との間のうち、前記流路の前記入口(5)よりも前記出口(6)に近い位置に存在する狭窄した流路部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 狭窄部(7)とされる狭窄した流路部は、前記流路の出口(6)に向かって次第に狭窄することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記最小液体フロー断面積(Smin)が、全長に亘って一定の最小断面(8)を有する流路部であって、前記狭窄部(7)に隣接している流路部に属していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記加熱抵抗器(2)が、前記補足部材(3)の表面であって前記本体(1)とは反対側の表面(9)にスクリーン印刷されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記流路の全長を前記流路の前記入口(5)と前記出口(6)との間として測定した場合、前記出口から前記流路の前記最小液体フロー断面積を隔てる距離が前記流路全長の少なくとも1/10であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記最小液体フロー断面積(Smin)が前記流路内の最大液体フロー断面積(Smax)の半分未満であり、好ましくは前記最大液体フロー断面積(Smax)の1/4未満であり、さらに好ましくは前記最大液体フロー断面積(Smax)の1/5未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記補足部材(3)と前記本体(1)との間の距離が、前記流路の前記全長のうち、前記最小液体フロー断面積(Smin)の位置で最小(Dmin)となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記補足部材(3)は内側に前記本体(1)を収容する管であり、
前記流路(4)は前記本体(1)周囲を周回する螺旋形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。 - 前記最小液体フロー断面積(Smin)が位置する近傍で前記螺旋の各周が互いに最も近接する、請求項9に記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記本体(1)が平坦であり、前記流路が平面上の螺旋という形態を取っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
- 前記流路(4)が前記本体(1)に形成された溝(10)によって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一つに記載の電気加温飲料ディスペンサー。
