Claims (7)
- ブリスク上の複数の翼形部を加工するための装置であって、
電食により加工物から材料を除去する電気加工処理を行うための環状電極工具(102)を含み、
前記環状電極工具(102)は、円形開口を有し、該円形開口の中央に位置する回転軸線の周りで回転するように支持され、
前記環状電極工具には、該環状電極工具と該電極工具により材料が除去される加工物との間の連続アークを防止するようになった浅いスロット(102S)が、該環状電極工具の切削面に形成されており、
前記環状電極工具は、前記複数の翼形部のうち2つの隣接する翼形部の一方を前記円形開口内に位置させて該2つの隣接する翼形部間に挿入され、該2つの隣接する翼形部間の材料を除去して該2つの隣接する翼形部間にポケットを形成するよう構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記加工するための装置が、逆カップ形状部材(202)を備え、該逆カップ形状部材(202)の環状リップ部が前記環状電極工具(102)を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記環状電極工具を支持しかつ該環状電極工具を少なくとも3つの相互に対向する軸線に沿って移動させるための支持兼移動装置(108)と、
前記環状電極工具(102)を前記回転軸線の周りで回転させる駆動装置(110)と、
前記環状電極工具に電気を供給する電源(112)と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記環状電極工具に流体を供給する流体源(116)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記流体源が、流体を電極加工ゾーンに導くようになった、前記環状電極工具内の流路構造を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記環状電極工具が、成形支持プレート(104)上に支持され、かつ複数のローラ(106)により該成形支持プレートに対して回転可能になるように支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 電食により加工物から材料を除去する電気加工処理によって、ブリスク上の複数の翼形部を加工するための装置であって、
電食により加工物から材料を除去する電気加工処理を行うための、円形開口を有する環状電極工具(102)と、
前記円形開口の中央に位置する軸線の周りで前記環状電極工具を駆動するための手段(110、106)と、
前記環状電極工具に電源を供給するための手段(112、114)と、
前記環状電極工具に流体源を供給するための手段(116)と、
前記ブリスクを形成するように加工物から材料を侵食するために、プログラム可能制御装置を用いて前記環状電極工具(102)を3つの相互に対向する方向に移動させるための手段(108)と、
を含み、
前記環状電極工具の切削面には、該環状電極工具と該電極工具により材料が侵食される加工物との間の連続アークを防止するようになった浅いスロット(102S)が形成されており、
前記環状電極工具は、前記複数の翼形部のうち2つの隣接する翼形部の一方を前記円形開口内に位置させて該2つの隣接する翼形部間に挿入され、該2つの隣接する翼形部間の材料を除去して該2つの隣接する翼形部間にポケットを形成するよう構成されている
