Description
Claims (49)
- 熱処理をした被膜品の製造方法であって、
窒化ジルコニウムを含む層とダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層を有する被膜を用い、前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層はさらにフッ素及び/又は炭素を含み、
前記被膜を熱処理し、
前記熱処理の間に前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層が、燃焼し又は燃え尽き、その結果、前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が、熱処理された被膜品中の酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層に変態するのに十分な熱を生じることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、ナノ結晶立体格子構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、30〜80%の酸素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、50〜70%の酸素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、20〜60%のジルコニウム(Zr)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、30〜55%のジルコニウム(Zr)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、30〜45%のジルコニウム(Zr)と0〜10%の窒素(N)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、ZrxOyを含み、前記y/xが1.2から2.5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層が、ZrxOyを含み、前記y/xが1.4から2.1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理の間、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層の燃焼により、前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が、熱処理の加熱炉に用いられる温度よりも高い温度に熱せられ、前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理された層の少なくとも一部が立体格子の形状に成長することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理前の前記被膜品が、さらなるダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層とさらなる窒化ジルコニウムを含む層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理された被膜品が、ガラス基材と前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む層の間に少なくとも一つの誘電層及び/又は少なくとも一つのダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記誘電層が、酸化シリコン及び/又は窒化シリコンを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が、さらにフッ素及び/又は炭素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理された被膜品が耐傷性を有し、アルミナ球を用いた傷負荷が少なくとも20lbsであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が、前記熱処理された被膜品の最も外側の層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記被膜品の可視光線透過率が、前記熱処理により少なくとも30%向上することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記被膜品の可視光線透過率が、前記熱処理により少なくとも40%向上することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理前、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層が、前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層の上に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理前、前記被膜が、前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層の下に、さらにもう一つのダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層を有し、前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層は少なくとも一組のダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層の間に挟まれていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層に挟まれ、それらに接していることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理前に、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含むもう一つの層が、前記被膜を支持しているガラス基材に直接接していることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理後の被膜品の透過値a*が−4〜0、透過値b*が−3〜+3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理された被膜品の可視光線透過率が、少なくとも70%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理された被膜品の可視光線透過率が、少なくとも75%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が、熱処理されていない前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層よりも少なくとも10%厚いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が、熱処理されていない前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層よりも少なくとも40%厚いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層が、熱処理前5〜30%の水素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層が、SP3炭素−炭素結合を有し、前記熱処理前の平均密度が少なくとも2.4gm/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層が、前記熱処理中に燃え尽き、前記熱処理された被膜品中に存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理前、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)を含む層が、前記被膜品の最も外側にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.01〜10.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.1〜8.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.4〜2.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.5〜1.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.01〜10.0%の炭素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.1〜8.0%の炭素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.4〜2.0%の炭素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.5〜1.0%の炭素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記窒化ジルコニウムを含む層及び/又は前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む層が、フッ素及び炭素の両者でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が0.01〜10.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が0.1〜8.0%のフッ素及び/又は炭素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が0.4〜2.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む熱処理後の層が0.5〜1.0%のフッ素でドープされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- ガラス基材に支持された被膜を有する熱処理された被膜品であって、前記被膜は、
立体格子構造を有するナノ結晶酸化ジルコニウムを含む最も外側の層を有し、
前記酸化ジルコニウム含む層が、さらに0.25〜20%の炭素と0.01〜10%のフッ素をさらに含むことを特徴とする熱処理された被膜品。 - 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む層と前記ガラス基材の間に、さらに炭素を含む層を有することを特徴とする請求項45に記載の熱処理された被膜品。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む層がさらに1〜5%の窒素を含むことを特徴とする請求項45に記載の熱処理された被膜品。
- 前記被膜品の可視光線透過率が少なくとも75%で、アルミナ球を用いた傷負荷が少なくとも20lbsであることを特徴とする請求項45に記載の熱処理された被膜品。
- 前記酸化ジルコニウムを含む層が0.25〜10%の炭素を含むことを特徴とする請求項45に記載の熱処理された被膜品。
