輪軸両端部に絶縁車輪を備える保守用車両の車体側に設けられた交流電源と、該保守用車両の車体側から輪軸に向かって突出し、前記交流電源により励磁される1次コイルと、1次コイルに対向するように輪軸に巻回された2次コイルと、2次コイルに接続されたリレーコイルと、輪軸両端部の絶縁車輪間を短絡する短絡回路に介装されたリレー接点とを備え、前記交流電源のオン・オフにて前記短絡回路のリレー接点を開閉操作することにより、該短絡回路を完全短絡状態と絶縁状態とに切り換えて軌道を流れる鉄道信号用のリレー信号および踏切制御用のリレー信号のオン・オフ制御を行なう保守用車両の踏切り警報音制御装置において、
