Description
図1におていて、符号1は本発明による伸縮可撓継手を示し、この伸縮可撓継手1は、配管2,2同士を橋絡するために、接続すべき配管2,2の端部が挿入されるスリーブ3と、スリーブ3の両端部内面に配置され、スリーブ3と配管2との間を液密シールするゴムリング4(図4)と、スリーブ3の両端部外面に配置され、スリーブ3の両端部を縮径する絞りバンド5とから構成されている。
伸縮可撓継手1は、スリーブ3の内面に設けた環状溝8にゴムリング4を装着し、スリーブ3の外面に設けた環状溝7に絞りバンド5を配置した状態に製品生産工場で組み立てられ、作業現場に搬送される。伸縮可撓継手1のスリーブ3の外面に設けた環状溝7に配置される絞りバンド5は、4つの絞りバンド片5a,5a,5a,5aを締め付けボルト14によりゆるく連結した状態にある。

Claims (6)
- 複数の軸線方向に延びるスリットを両端部に有し、両端部に接続すべき配管の端部が挿入されるスリーブと、
スリーブの両端部内面に配置されたゴムリングと、
前記スリーブの内面に配置されて前記スリーブを拡径する拡張リングと、
スリーブの両端部外面に配置された絞りバンドとを有し、
前記配管の外面と前記スリーブの内面との間に前記ゴムリングを介して隙間が形成され、前記ゴムリングは前記配管を軸方向移動可能に配設されており、
前記ゴムリングは、前記スリットよりも奥側で前記配管の外面に配置される奥側部と、前記奥側部よりも端部側にあって断面視において前記スリットに重なる位置で前記配管の外面に配置される端部側部とを有し、
前記拡張リングは前記ゴムリングの前記奥側部の内面に配置される
ことを特徴とする伸縮可撓継手。 - スリットは、スリーブの両端部に周方向に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伸縮可撓継手。
- スリーブの両端部外面に環状溝を設け、各環状溝に絞りバンドを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の伸縮可撓継手。
- スリーブは、ポリエチレン樹脂材料の成型品であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の伸縮可撓継手。
- 絞りバンドは、複数の絞りバンド片を締め付けボルトで互いに連結することで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の伸縮可撓継手。
- スリーブの一端に係止部を突設し、係止部に近い側の配管にセンタリングバンドを設け、係止部とセンタリングバンドをワイヤで連結したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の伸縮可撓継手。
