Description
Claims (12)
- 燃料噴射器(2)内で使用する圧電アクチュエータ装置(30)であって、
前記噴射器(2)の流体室(12)の中に受け取られる1つまたは複数の圧電素子のスタック(36)と、
前記スタック(36)内に電界を発生させる電極手段(38;40)と、
前記流体室(12)内に収容可能であり、かつ、使用中に前記電極手段(38;40)を外部電源に電気的に接続する電気コネクタ装置(42)であって、第1の部分および第2の部分を有し、前記第1の部分は、凸形の表面(70)を画定した上面を有するベース部材(60)を備え、前記第2の部分は、凹形の表面(74)を画定した下面を有するボディ部材を備え、前記ボディ部材の凹形の表面(74)は前記ベース部材の凸形の表面(70)と協働し、これによって、前記第2の部分に対する少なくとも1つの自由度を前記第1の部分に提供するように関節型継手を形成する、電気コネクタ装置(42)と
を備える圧電アクチュエータ装置(30)。 - 前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分が共通の軸(A)上で整列した、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記ボディ部材(62)の前記下面(74)と前記ベース部材(60)の前記上面(70)の一方またはそれぞれに、減摩コーティングが付着された、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記電気コネクタ装置が、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分内に配置されたそれぞれの穴(92)の中に受け取られた少なくとも1つの導体ロッド(94)を有する端子手段を備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記端子手段がさらに、前記導体ロッド(94)またはそれぞれの前記導体ロッド(94)を前記外部電源に電気的に接続するため前記導体ロッド(94)またはそれぞれの前記導体ロッド(94)にそれぞれ関連付けられた端子ブレード(50)を備える、請求項4に記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記端子手段がさらに、使用中に、前記導体ロッド(94)またはそれぞれの前記導体ロッド(94)を前記電極手段(38;40)に電気的に接続するため前記導体ロッド(94)またはそれぞれの前記導体ロッド(94)に関連付けられた電気接触プレート(96)を備える、請求項4または請求項5に記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記電気コネクタ装置(42)が、使用中に、前記アクチュエータ装置(30)が前記流体室(12)の中に受け取られたときに、前記流体室(12)によって画定された内面(122)と接するシール面を備える、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記シール面が、前記第2の部分上に提供された肩領域(82)によって画定された、請求項7に記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記肩領域(82)がナイフエッジシールを画定する、請求項8に記載のアクチュエータ装置(30)。
- 前記電気コネクタ装置(42)が、前記流体室(12)のチャネル部分(46)との間にプレスばめを画定するスリーブ部材(118)を担持したステム領域(80)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の圧電アクチュエータ装置(30)を収容した流体室(12)を備える燃料噴射器。
- 前記流体室(12)が、前記アクチュエータ装置(30)のステム領域(80)を受け取るチャネル(46)を画定し、前記チャネル(46)の壁に排液穴(130)が開口する、請求項11に記載の燃料噴射器。
