ここで図に示すように左右一対の引上げレバー16、及び左右一対のストッパ18をそれぞれ左右一対の可動押圧片7a側に設けても実施可能なことは言うまでもない。

このように構成された非常止め装置3によれば、実施の形態1〜3と同様の効果を得るとともにさらなる部品点数の削減ができる。
