Description
本発明の実施形態は、多回線/多チャンネル通信システムの1つまたは複数のチャネル及び雑音の変動を追跡できるようにする汎用判定帰還型等化器(GDFE:(generalized decision feedback equalizer))を活用する。このような追跡は、とりわけ例えばADSL及びVDSL等の通信システムのベクトル上り(片側)状況で使用できる。本発明は、符号化されたシステムを用いてベクトル受信機が、誤差伝搬影響を最小限に抑えるために、及び/または性能を高めるために所定のユーザ順序のための反復復号を使用できるという事実も利用する。
Claims (12)
- ベクトル化されたDSLレシーバにおいて雑音を補償する方法であって、
前記ベクトル化されたDSLレシーバの少なくとも1つのマルチラインチャネルからのマルチユーザデータを受信することと、
静的GDFE(汎用判定帰還型等化)機能を前記受信したデータに適用し、前記マルチユーザデータにおける時不変雑音を補償し、
適応GDFE機能を前記受信したデータに適用し、前記マルチユーザデータにおける時変雑音を補償し、
前記時変雑音は、少なくとも1つの空間相関雑音を備え、
前記適応することは、
前記マルチユーザデータにおけるチャネル変化と時変雑音を含むチャネル情報を収集し、
収集したチャネル情報に基づいて、判定デバイスの入力と出力の差異から計算される、1つまたは複数の適応フィードバックフィルタ係数または適応フィードフォワードフィルタ係数を更新し、
適応フィードフォワードフィルタをチャネル変化の補償に適用し、適応フィードバックフィルタを前記空間相関雑音に適応し、前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタおよび適応フィードバックフィルタは、1つまたは複数の更新された適用フィルタ係数を用いることを備え、
前記受信されたマルチユーザデータが、適応フィードフォワードフィルタに入力され、適応フィードフォワードフィルタの出力から適応フィードバックフィルタの出力を減算した出力が判定デバイスに入力され、判定デバイスの出力または判定デバイスの入力と出力の差が適応フィードバックフィルタに入力される方法。 - 前記マルチユーザデータは、ベクトル化されたDMT DSLシステムからのDMTシンボルであり、
さらに、前記方法が、前記DMTシンボルにトーンに基づいて適用される請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記静的GDFE機能を適用することは、静的フィードフォワードフィルタを適用すること、または静的フィードバックフィルタを適用することの少なくとも1つを、さらに備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記判定デバイス出力が、軟判定出力、または硬判定出力の1つである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタは、前記ベクトル化されたDSLシステムのベクトル化されたユーザデータの中の漏話を除去する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記適応フィルタの少なくとも1つが、最小二乗平均アルゴリズム、再帰最小二乗アルゴリズム、最小平均二乗誤差アルゴリズム、またはゼロ強制アルゴリズムの1つを使用する請求項1に記載の方法。
- ビットスワッピングまたは利得スワッピングの少なくとも1つを実行することをさらに備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記静的フィードフォワードフィルタを適用することと前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタを適用することが、
前記静的フィードフォワードフィルタを第1に、前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタを第2に適用することと、
前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタを第1に、前記静的フィードフォワードフィルタを第2に適用することと、
前記静的フィードフォワードフィルタと適応フィードフォワードフィルタを単一のフィルタに結合し、結果として生じる前記単一のフィルタを適用することと、
の1つを備える請求項3に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つのマルチラインチャネルからのマルチユーザデータ受信入力と、
前記データ受信入力に結合されるFFTと、
前記FFTに結合されるGDFE入力を有する適応GDFEであって、適応フィードフォワードフィルタおよび適応フィードバックフィルタを備える前記適応GDFEと、
前記マルチユーザデータにおけるチャネル変化と少なくとも空間相関雑音を含む時変雑音とを有する収集されたチャネル情報を受信する判定デバイスと、を備え、
前記マルチユーザデータは、適応フィードフォワードフィルタに入力され、適応フィードフォワードフィルタの出力から適応フィードバックフィルタの出力を減算した出力が判定デバイスに入力され、判定デバイスの出力または判定デバイスの入力と出力の差が適応フィードバックフィルタに入力され、
前記判定デバイスは、前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタおよび適応フィードバックフィルタに結合され、判定デバイスの入力と出力の差異に基づいて、前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタ係数または適応フィードバックフィルタ係数の少なくとも1つを更新し、前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタによりチャネル変化を補償し、前記適応フィードバックフィルタにより空間相関雑音を補償する
ベクトル化されたDMT DSLデバイス。 - 前記適応GDFEが、前記GDFE入力と前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタの間で結合されている静的フィードフォワードフィルタ、または静的フィードフォワードフィルタとGDFE入力の間で結合されている前記適応フィードフォワードフィルタの1つをさらに備える請求項9に記載のDSLデバイス。
- 前記適応GDFEが、前記適応GDFEによって使用するために必要とされる情報を制御装置から受け取るように構成される請求項9に記載のDSLデバイス。
- 前記制御装置が、DSL最適化装置である請求項11に記載のDSLデバイス。
