Description
本発明は、生化学分析に関し、より詳しくは、アドレス可能な生化学分析を容易にする、マイクロパレットを有する微細パターン化(micropatterned)プレートに関する。
従来のシステムは、生体物質を表面上に整列させて配置することを可能にする。特定の位置に物質を機械的に置く(「スポッティング(spotting)」)か、物質を収集する空洞(マイクロウェル)を構築するか、特定の領域内の表面を処理するか、またはこれらの方法の組み合わせにより、物質を配置することができる。これらの技術の大半は、生細胞に対して奏功しない。一旦配置したら、さらなる分析のためにも処理のためにも、サンプルを取り外すことはほとんどできない。

- DNA鎖に対する標的として働くオリゴヌクレオチドがスポッティングされたパレットをプレート上の特定の部位へ配列する工程と、
プレート80の一面にわたってDNAを分散させる工程と、
該DNAをハイブリダイズさせ、特定の部位において、該DNAとオリゴヌクレオチド標的とを一致させる工程と、
該プレートをスクリーニングして、目的のDNAを同定する工程と、
該目的のDNAを含むパレットを、高エネルギーのレーザーパルスを該パレットへ向けることにより取り外す工程と、
を包含する、方法。
