Claims (5)
- 特定の金属が不働態を示す電解液中で、
前記金属の電位を、浸漬電位以上で、
且つ、孔食電位以下に制御して、
該金属の表面を局部的に溶解させて微小凹凸を形成させる
ことを特徴とする摺動面の形成方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記金属に与える電位を制御することにより、前記微小凹凸の深さ又は大きさの少なくとも一方を制御する
ことを特徴とする摺動面の形成方法。 - 請求項2において、
前記金属に与える電位の制御が、パルス電位の付与によってなされる
ことを特徴とする摺動面の形成方法。 - 請求項2において、
前記金属に与える電位の制御が、定電位の付与によってなされる
ことを特徴とする摺動面の形成方法。 - 請求項2において、
前記金属に与える電位の制御が、定電位とパルス電位とを組合せて付与することによってなされる
ことを特徴とする摺動面の形成方法。
