Claims (4)
- き裂状の欠陥を有する構造物の破壊評価に際して、予め定められた寸法以下の小さい欠陥は弾塑性破壊力学評価法、前記予め定められた寸法を超える大きい欠陥は極限荷重評価法を適用して破壊評価を行う破壊評価方法において、
前記予め定められた寸法以下の小さい欠陥の最大の欠陥について極限荷重評価法により許容荷重を算出し、
弾塑性破壊力学評価法が適用される小さい欠陥を有する前記構造物に負荷される荷重と前記許容荷重とを比較して破壊評価を行うことを特徴とする破壊評価方法。 - 前記破壊評価は、前記許容応力が前記構造物に負荷される荷重よりも大きい場合に弾塑性破壊力学評価法の適用することなく前記構造物の健全性が確保されていると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の破壊評価方法。
- 弾塑性破壊力学評価法と極限荷重評価法との適用の境界条件であるSC=0.2における無次元化き裂長さを記録および保持し、
選択係数SC=1.8における無次元化き裂長さを記録および保持し、
選択係数SC=0.2における許容荷重を記録および保持し、
き裂状の欠陥を有する構造物の無次元化き裂長さを算出し、
算出した無次元化き裂長さと選択係数SC=0.2における前記無次元化き裂長さおよび選択係数SC=1.8における前記無次元化き裂長さとを比較し、
この比較した結果が(選択係数SC=0.2における前記無次元化き裂長さ)≦(算出した前記構造物の前記無次元化き裂長さ)<(選択係数SC=1.8における前記無次元化き裂長さ)の場合に前記き裂状の欠陥を有する構造物に負荷される荷重と選択係数SC=0.2における前記許容荷重とを比較し、
この比較した結果、前記構造物に負荷される荷重が選択係数SC=0.2における前記許容荷重を超えない場合に、前記き裂状の欠陥を有する構造物の構造健全性が確保されている旨の合格判定をすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の破壊評価方法。 - 前記構造物に負荷される荷重の大きさから許容可能な前記欠陥の寸法を予め求めて前記荷重とこの荷重による許容可能な欠陥寸法を一覧表にして求めておき、前記構造物において検出されたき裂長さと前記許容可能な欠陥寸法から前記構造物の構造健全性を判定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の破壊評価方法。
