Description
−前記非接触型外部通信局の誘導性素子により形成される磁場の存在における交流電圧を磁気結合により検出するのに適切なLCタイプの振動回路;
−前記生成された直流電源電圧が所定の閾値を超える間、発振回路の端子における前記交流信号の振幅を変調するのに適した振幅変調手段の端子に交流信号を加えるのに適した発振回路。
図1は本発明によってCMOS技術で実現された妨害電波送信電子装置と等価な概略図である。
図2は、外部通信局との結合に関して、ISO規則14443に準拠した非接触型電子装置で実現した妨害電波送信電子装置の環(boucle)を流れる電流のグラフである。
図3は、図2と同一の、外部通信局との結合に関して、ISO規則14443に準拠した非接触型電子装置で実現した妨害電波送信電子装置の環を流れる電流のグラフである。
図4は、本発明による妨害電波送信電子装置及び非接触型電子装置を設けたセキュリティ書類を概略的に示したものである。なお、前記書類は開かれており、非接触型外部通信局の誘導性素子と近接し結合した状態にある。
― 13.56MHzの外部局の読み取り周波数;
― 1.7μH(ISO全表面をカバーする3巻線)の誘導性素子L1;
― 並列の2つの容量(各々27pF)に等しい同調コンデンサCA;
― 470Ωのバラスト抵抗RBの抵抗;
― 1.5nFのフィルタCRの容量;
― 300-900kHzの発振周波数;
― 参照番号BSS98/INFで市販されているMOSトランジスタ;
― 100pFのコンデンサCO;
― 1乃至20kΩの抵抗R01;
― 1乃至20kΩの抵抗R02;
― 4.7Vのツェナーダイオード。
所持者の自発行為による場合には、妨害電波送信装置を局から遠ざける。そうすれば、本発明による妨害電波送信装置により保護されていた非接触型カードに対し大きな結合が生成される。結果、妨害行為(妨害送信)は無意味になり、通信は非接触型外部通信局と非接触型電子装置(例えば非接触型カード)との間の通信が正常に行われる。
Claims (16)
- 非接触型外部通信局(LEC)の誘導性素子(L3)と磁気的に結合するように構成された妨害電波送信電子装置であって、
前記外部通信局(LEC)により形成される磁場に応答し、非接触型電子装置(CSC)が前記妨害電波送信電子装置に対して所定の関係で配置されるときに、前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)により生成された電荷の変調との衝突(この衝突により非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と非接触型電子装置(CSC)との間の情報交換が不能にされる)を引き起こす電荷の変調を生成するように構成された妨害電波送信手段(DB)を有することを特徴とする妨害電波送信装置。 - 前記妨害電波送信電子装置(DB)が前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)の直近に存在する時、前記妨害電波送信装置(DB)が前記非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)との間の通信を不能にし、
前記妨害電波送信装置(DB)が前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)から遠くにある時、前記妨害電波送信装置(DB)が前記非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)との間の通信が可能になるように前記妨害電波送信手段(DB)と前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)との間の関係が選ばれている請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記妨害電波送信装置により生成される電荷変調率が無接点型電子装置(CSC)により生成される電荷変調率より高い請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記妨害電波送信装置(DB)により生成される電荷変調率が少なくとも70%のオーダーである請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記無接点型外部通信局(LEC)により形成される磁場に応答して、前記妨害電波送信装置(DB)により生成される電荷変調率が永続的である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記妨害電波手段が次のものを有している請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
―前記非接触型外部通信局(LEC)の誘導性素子(L3)により形成される磁場の存在における交流電圧を磁気結合により検出するのに適切なLCタイプの振動回路(OLC);
―前記検出された交流電圧を電源電圧(VDD)に変換するため整流手段(DR);
―前記生成された直流電源電圧(VDD)が所定の閾値を超える間、発振回路(OLC)の端子における前記交流信号の振幅を変調するのに適した複数の振幅変調手段(MOD)の端子に交流信号を加えるのに適した発振回路(ORC)。 - 前記振動回路(OLC)は、前記局(LEC)の誘導性素子(L3)により生成される磁場の存在に誘導される交流電源電圧をアンテナ(L1)の端子に生成するために、同調コンデンサ(CA)との環を形成し、無接触型外部通信局(LEC)と結合されるアンテナ(L1)を含む請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記発振回路(ORC)がRCタイプであって、選択された発振周波数の交流信号を送信する請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の変調手段(MOD)が前記発振周波数のタイミングに合わせた複数のスイッチング手段(MC)を有する請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のスイッチイング手段(MC)がCMOS技術で実装されたトランジスタを含む請求項9に記載の装置。
- 文書タイプ又はこれに類似した電子装置であって、相対的に移動するようにした、少なくとも第1及(12)及び第2部分(14)を備えた基板(10)、及び、前記基板(10)の第1部分(12)に設けられ、IC回路(IC)を有する非接触型電子装置(CSC)と、前記IC回路(IC)に電気的に接続され、非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と磁気的に結合されるように構成されているアンテナ(L2)とを有し、
前記第2部分(14)は、外部通信局(LEC)により形成される磁場に応答して、非接触型電子装置(CSC)が前記妨害電波送信電子装置に対して所定の関係に配置されるときに、非接触型電子装置(CSC)により生成される電荷の変調と衝突(この衝突により非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と非接触型電子装置(CSC)との間の情報交換が不能にされる)を引き起こす電荷の変調を生成するのに適した妨害電波送信手段を有する妨害電波送信電子装置を備えることを特徴とする電子装置。 - 第1部分と第2部分が所定の移動軸(16)に基づいて移動する構成である請求項11に記載の装置。
- 文書が折畳み可能である請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記文書がセキュリティの文書、個人識別の文書、パスポート、運転免許証により形成されるグループに属する請求項11乃至13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 非接触型電子装置(CSC)に対しセキュリティを提供するために、非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と非接触型電子装置(CSC)との間の情報交換を不能にする方法であって、
−非接触型外部通信局(LEC)により磁場を放射するステップと、
−前記磁場に応答して、非接触型電子装置(CSC)が妨害電波送信電子装置(DB)に対して所定の関係に配置されるときに、前記妨害電波送信電子装置(DB)が非接触型電子装置(CSC)により生成される電荷の変調と衝突を引き起こす電荷の変調を生成するステップ(但し、前記衝突が前記情報交換を不能にする場合)
を含む方法。 - 前記非接触型電子装置(CSC)は、IC回路(IC)と、“前記IC回路(IC)に電気的に接続され、非接触型外部通信局(LEC)と磁気的に結合するように構成されているアンテナ(L2)”とを有する請求項15に記載の方法。
