Description

The present invention relates to a clamp for holding a wiring member in a vehicle body. In this specification, the routing piping member includes various control cables such as a gear for changing gears and a parking brake cable, piping such as a heater hose and a hydraulic hose, harnesses such as a wire harness, and the like.

Conventionally, control cables have been used for various purposes, such as switching the gear position, switching the Hi-Lo stage of a transfer, or operating the parking brake by operating a lever provided in the driver's seat. ing. Clamps are used to hold such cables on the vehicle body. A clamp is also used to hold a pipe such as a heater hose.

As a clamp for piping, for example, a clamp as shown in Patent Document 1 is generally used. FIG. 6 is an example of the clamp 30 disclosed in Patent Document 1, and is formed by a pipe holding portion 31 that fits and holds the outer periphery of the pipe 40 by bending the thin plate along the outer circumference of the pipe 40. One end side in the circumferential direction of the pipe holding part 31 is folded back to the back side of the pipe holding part 31, and a fastening part 32 is formed in the folded part that is fastened to the body member by bolts and nuts. The other end in the circumferential direction of the pipe holding part 31 is also folded back to the back side of the pipe holding part 31, and this folded part functions as a guide part 33 for guiding the pipe 40. An opening 34 narrower than the diameter of the pipe 40 is formed between the folded portions.

When fitting the pipe 40 into the clamp 30 having such a structure, the pipe 40 is pushed into the opening 34, and the pipe 40 pushes and widens the opening 34. Can be fitted.

However, when the clamp 30 is provided in a place where it cannot be seen, such as the lower surface of the vehicle body floor, the operator needs to perform the fitting operation of the pipe 40 with only one hand. In that case, it is necessary to pull the pipe 40 near the clamp 30 while holding the pipe 40 with one hand and push the pipe 40 while expanding the opening 34 using a thumb or the like. There is a problem that it is necessary to push the pipe 40 with a strong force, which is a burden on the operator.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-125220

The objective of this invention is providing the clamp for wiring piping which can engage | insert a piping piping member easily to a clamp with one hand.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wiring piping clamp comprising a thin plate that is fixed to a vehicle body member and holds the wiring piping member, and holds the wiring piping member by bending the thin plate. A holding part is formed, a base part extending along one end side in the circumferential direction of the holding part is formed along the body member, and fastening is fastened to the body member via fastening means on a part of the board part A finger hook portion that is folded back to the back surface side of the holding portion and extends in a direction orthogonal to the substrate portion is formed on the other end side in the circumferential direction of the holding portion, and the finger hook portion and the substrate portion An opening narrower than the diameter of the wiring piping member is formed between and a gap into which a finger can be inserted is provided between the back surface of the finger-hanging portion and the back surface of the holding portion, and the substrate portion is The wiring member through the opening Providing routing pipe clamp, characterized in that there is a guide surface for fitting to the serial holding portion.

In the clamp of the present invention, when the wiring member is brought close to the opening of the holding portion while being pulled by hand, the wiring member first comes into contact with the surface of the finger hook portion. Here, for example, when the index finger is attached to the back side of the finger hanging portion and the wiring piping member is pushed up with the thumb, the wiring piping member slides along the surface side of the finger hanging portion and pushes up to a position where it comes into contact with the substrate portion. It is done. Furthermore, when a gripping force is applied in the direction of closing the thumb and index finger, a force in the direction of opening the opening outwards acts on the finger hook, and conversely, the force in the direction of pushing into the routing pipe member is pushed into the opening. Therefore, even if the wiring member is not strongly pressed, the wiring member can be easily fitted to the holding portion beyond the opening by the gripping force. Once the wiring piping member is fitted to the holding part, the opening between the finger-hanging part and the board part is narrower than the diameter of the wiring piping member, so some tensile force or vibration is applied to the wiring piping member. Will not fall out of the holding part.

For example, there is a case where the piping member is attached in a state where the clamp is fixed to the lower surface side of the vehicle body floor and the clamp is not visible. In that case, the operator needs to fit the wiring piping member into the clamp while grasping the wiring piping member with one hand. However, the wiring piping member is pressed by the gripping force with the wiring piping member pressed against the finger-hanging portion as described above. Can be pushed into the holding portion, reducing the burden on the operator. In addition, even if the wiring pipe member is not accurately positioned at the opening of the holding section, the board portion and the finger-hanging portion serve as the guide surface of the wiring pipe member, so that the fitting operation is simplified.

The finger hanging portion extends in a direction perpendicular to the substrate portion, but the finger hanging portion and the substrate portion do not have to be strictly perpendicular (90 °), there is no hindrance to the finger hanging on the finger hanging portion, and As long as there is a function of guiding the routing piping member, for example, about 90 ° ± 10 ° may be inclined, or the finger hook portion itself may be slightly curved.

The fastening part is formed on a part of the board part, but since the bolt head or nut protrudes from the fastening part, the bolt head or nut is routed when the fastening part is close to the opening of the holding part. There is a possibility of interference with piping members. Therefore, in order to prevent interference, the fastening portion is provided in a portion of the substrate portion that is separated from the holding portion in the orthogonal direction of the wiring piping member, or the fastening portion is provided in the axial direction of the wiring piping member held by the holding portion. On the other hand, it is preferable that the phase is shifted by a predetermined angle α (0 <α <90 °, preferably 45 ° ± 15 °).

As described above, according to the clamp according to the present invention, the finger hook portion folded back on the back side is formed at the other circumferential end of the holding portion that holds the routing piping member, and the back surface of the finger hook portion and the holding portion are A gap is provided between the back and the back so that you can hang your finger on the surface of the finger-pushing part while pushing the wiring-pipe member into the opening by gripping force. When force in the direction is applied, these forces act as so-called couples, and can be easily fitted to the holding portion without strongly pushing the wiring member. Therefore, even when the insertion work is performed with one hand in a cramped place, the wiring member can be easily fitted into the clamp.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to examples.

1 and 2 show an example of a cable mounting structure using a clamp according to the present invention. The present embodiment is an example of the clamp 1 for attaching the control cable C to the lower surface side of the vehicle body member (for example, the cabin floor of a small truck) 20.

As shown in FIG. 3, the clamp 1 is formed by bending a single sheet metal, and a holding portion 2 for holding the cable C is formed by curving the sheet metal. The inner diameter of the holding part 2 is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the cable C. One end side in the circumferential direction of the holding portion 2 is extended, and a flat plate-like substrate portion 4 is provided along the body member 20 through a bent portion 3 having an obtuse opening angle β. As shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3B, when viewed from the front, the substrate portion 4 extends in a direction inclined by α with respect to the developing direction of the holding portion 2, and a bolt insertion hole 5a is formed at the tip portion thereof. The fastening portion 5 having the shape is formed. The angle α is 0 <α <90 °, preferably 45 ° ± 15 °, and α = 60 ° in this embodiment. The fastening portion 5 is fastened and fixed to the body member 20 by bolts 21 and nuts 22. A protrusion 6 is formed on the side edge of the substrate portion 4 to restrict the clamp 1 from co-rotating when the bolt 21 is fastened. The side surface of the protrusion 6 in the tightening direction is in contact with the convex portion 23 (see FIG. 1) of the body member 20 and is prevented from rotating.

On the other end side in the circumferential direction of the holding portion 2 of the clamp 1, a finger hook portion 7 that is folded back to the back side of the holding portion 2 is formed. The finger-hanging portion 7 extends in a direction orthogonal to the substrate portion 4, and its tip protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the holding portion 2. In the present embodiment, the finger rest portion 7 is formed of a flat plate extending in a direction orthogonal to the substrate portion 4. A gap 8 between which the index finger or the middle finger can be hooked is provided between the back surface of the finger hanging portion 7 and the back surface of the holding portion 2. An opening 9 having a distance d narrower than the diameter of the cable C is formed between the finger rest 7 and the substrate 4.

The finger-hanging portion 7 does not need to be in a strictly orthogonal direction with respect to the substrate portion 4, and the angle θ formed with the substrate portion 4 may be in the range of 90 ° ± 10 °. In this embodiment, θ is set to 86 °, and when the cable C is placed on the finger-hanging portion 7, the cable C is easily slid in the direction of the opening 9. Further, the opening angle β of the bent portion 3 is preferably in the range of 140 ° to 180 ° so that the cable C that has passed through the opening 9 can be smoothly fitted to the holding portion 2, and β = 150 ° in this embodiment. Is set to By setting the bent portion 3, the cable C beyond the opening 9 is deeply dropped into the holding portion 2, so that the cable C is not easily detached from the holding portion 2.

Here, an example of the operation of fitting the cable C into the clamp 1 will be described with reference to FIG. The cable C in a free state (before fitting) is located obliquely below the back side of the holding portion 2 with respect to the clamp 1 (indicated by C1 in FIG. 4). First, the operator inserts his / her hand from the service hole 24 provided in the body member 20, holds the cable C <b> 1, and positions it on the surface side of the finger-hook portion 7. Next, when the index finger is put on the back side of the finger rest 7 and the cable C is pushed up with the thumb, the cable C slides on the finger rest 7 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Pushed up to position. Further, when a gripping force is applied in the direction in which the thumb and the index finger are closed, a force F1 in the direction in which the opening 9 expands acts on the finger hook portion 7, and conversely, a force F2 in the direction in which the cable C is pushed into the holding portion 2. Acts, and these forces act in almost opposite directions to each other, which becomes a couple. Therefore, even if the cable C is not pushed in strongly, the cable C can get over the opening 9 by the gripping force and can be easily fitted into the holding portion 2. When the cable C gets over the opening 9, the cable C is guided to the back while sliding with the board portion 4 and eventually passes through the bent portion 3, but the bent portion 3 has an obtuse angle, and the outer periphery of the cable C is cylindrical. Because there is, you can pass without resistance. And since the holding | maintenance part 2 is wider than the opening part 9, the cable C fits into the holding | maintenance part 2 automatically. Once the cable C is fitted to the holding part 2, the distance d of the opening 9 between the finger-holding part 7 and the board part 4 is narrower than the diameter of the cable C, so that it is held even if vibration or the like is applied to the cable C. It does not fall off from part 2. In addition, since the tension | tensile_strength which tries to return to the position shown by C1 of FIG. 4 is acting on the cable C, the drop-off from the holding | maintenance part 2 is prevented further reliably.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the head of the bolt 21 protrudes downward near the opening 9, but the head of the bolt 21 is actually offset with respect to the opening 9 in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface. Therefore, the head of the bolt 21 does not get in the way when the cable C is pushed into the opening 9.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the clamp according to the present invention. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. This clamp 1A is an example that extends straight from one end in the circumferential direction of the holding portion 2 to the substrate portion 4 and does not have a bent portion therebetween. In the present embodiment, since the finger-hanging portion 7 is separated from the back surface of the holding portion 2, the gap 8 can be widened even if the length of the finger-hanging portion 7 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and it is easy to secure the finger-holding allowance. In this embodiment, the cable C is held closer to the body member 20 than in the first embodiment.

In the above embodiment, the clamp for holding the control cable has been described. However, the clamp of the present invention holds a member having a circular cross section such as a piping such as a heater hose or a hydraulic hose, or a harness such as a wire harness. It can be used when Further, the surface of the vehicle body member for fixing the clamp is not limited to the lower surface of the floor as in the above embodiment, but may be a vertical surface such as a side wall of an engine room or an inclined surface. Furthermore, the body member is not limited to the vehicle body, and may be a component (for example, a power unit housing) supported by the vehicle body.
