Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bonded sheet, and more particularly to a bonded sheet used as a one-part delivery slip.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The one-part delivery slip is a multi-part delivery slip on which a plurality of paper sheets are overlapped or bound, and the data is digitally copied into one part. EDI (electronic data interchange = Electronic data exchange, which is the exchange of business documents such as ordering, transportation, and payment electronically via a computer network.) With the development of computerization, the usage is increasing year by year.
[0003]
Normally, a one-part delivery slip is used in the flow described below.
(1) Print on a one-part delivery slip based on digital data.
(2) Attach the printed one-part delivery slip to the package.
(3) Enter the route from reception to delivery.
(4) Remove the “delivery slip” from the one-part delivery slip before loading the parcel into the delivery car.
(5) A delivery route is determined based on the peeled “delivery slip”, or the “delivery slip” is bundled according to the instructed delivery route, and the driver delivers the package while scooping it by hand.
(6) At the stage of delivering the package, have the delivery stamp stamped on the “delivery slip”, and the driver will bring back the delivery slip that was stamped.
(7) Based on the “delivery slip” taken home, the delivery completion process is generally performed by computer processing, and the “delivery slip” itself is stored as a certificate of delivery.
In this way, the delivery slip is used as an “ID” of the package by being attached to the package.
[0004]
As described above, the “delivery slip” is peeled off from the delivery slip before the package is loaded on the delivery vehicle, but the “delivery slip” must not be easily peeled off in the previous stage. For this reason, until now, in general, the adhesiveness of the “delivery slip” is set to be high and is designed to be difficult to peel off. This is because the “delivery slip” may be peeled off from the delivery slip and the package may be lost.
[0005]
FIG. 8 shows a plan view of an example of a conventional delivery slip.
[0006]
9 and 10 show only the delivery slip portion of the conventional delivery slip shown in FIG. FIG. 9 shows the second paper sheet of the laminated sheet constituting the delivery slip, FIG. 9A is a cross-sectional view, and FIG. 9B is the direction of the arrow B of the paper sheet shown in FIG. FIG. FIG. 10 shows the first paper sheet of the bonded sheet constituting the delivery slip of the delivery slip, FIG. 10 (a) is a sectional view, and FIG. 10 (b) is the paper sheet shown in FIG. 10 (a). It is the top view seen from the direction of arrow C.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 9, the second paper sheet includes a
[0008]
However, as the use of one-part delivery slips has increased, the “delivery slips” with high adhesiveness have been avoided. This is because if the adhesive strength is strong, the “delivery slip” that has been peeled off will be rounded and difficult to handle in the process of delivering hundreds of packages in minutes. If it rounds and rounds, some of the “delivery slip” bundles will fold, so it may interfere with matching with the delivery quantity, or the “delivery slip” bundle itself may be difficult to handle For this reason, there is a problem in that it is necessary to work by rounding and extending the “delivery slip” one by one.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The objective of this invention is providing the bonding sheet | seat which can peel off a 1st paper sheet, without peeling easily and without the paper sheet which peeled round.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According the invention described in
[0011]
In the present invention, the width of the portion having no release layer of the narrow width is 2mm or less.
[0012]
In the present invention, as an adhesive, comprising the thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, or a UV curable resin, water Emar di ® emission whose main solvent component, it is possible to apply the dispersion and the aqueous solution.
[0013]
In the present invention, as the release layer , a UV curable, thermosetting, or oxidation polymerization type ink or coating composition containing any of silicone, polyvinyl alcohol lacquer, and acrylic resin as a release component can be applied.
[0014]
The bonded sheet according to the present invention has a configuration in which at least a part of the outermost side which is the terminal side when peeling is provided with a portion having no peeling layer having a width of 2 mm or less, most of the portion is as designed. Because it is configured so that it can be peeled off with an adhesive strength of about 1, it can be prevented from falling off during transportation because the peripheral edge of about 1/2 is strongly bonded while maintaining an adhesive strength that can suppress curling. A special effect is produced.
