第1ダンパー5は主排気ファン2の吸引口2aと対向する位置に設けられ、フード本体1内に設けた仕切り板51に軸支して回動可能に取付け支持してある。また、フード本体1内における主排気ファン2の周囲は仕切り板52,53により包囲してあり、その吸引口2a側の両端部を上記第1ダンパー5の軸支位置へ向けて屈曲させて延出させ、その延出縁と第1ダンパー5を軸支する仕切り板51との間に開口50aと開口50bとを形成しこれらの開口50aと,50bとを第1ダンパー5の作動にて開閉するように構成してある。
両開口50aと50bとは、第1ダンパー5の二つの作動位置、即ち中間閉じ位置5aと、下部閉じ位置5bとなる部位である。

第2ダンパー6は前記した第1ダンパー5と同様に基端側を支軸6eにより回動可能に軸支し、同支軸6eに接続した駆動モータ6dの駆動により、上記上部閉じ位置6aと、主排気閉じ位置6bと、中間位置6cとの間を移動するように構成してある。

これにより、フード本体1上部の上部吸い込み口7には両排気ファン2,3の吸引力が加わり、天井面B付近に滞留した排気は上部吸い込み口7から急速に吸引され、両排気ファン2,3を通過した後に排気ダクト4にて合流し、室外に排出される。この上部急速排気モードは天井面Bに滞留した排気を短時間にて除去する際に極めて有効である。

また、上記した実施例において、いくつかの排気モードを制御部10に設定し、使用状況に応じて適当な排気モードを選択するように構成したが、本発明のレンジフードファンは両排気ファン2,3の作動/停止、及び両ダンパー5,6の作動位置の移動を使用者が操作パネル10aを直接操作しながら設定することで使用状況に応じて最適な作動形態を選ぶように構成してもよい。
尚、上記実施例のレンジフードファンAはセンターフード型であるが、本発明はこれに限定するものではなく、システムキッチンと共に調理室の壁に沿う形で設置する形式のレンジフードファンに応用することもできる。

上部が室内の天井近傍に位置し、且つ下部に吸い込み口を設けたフード本体を備え、このフード本体の内部空間の下部位置に主排気ファンを内設すると共に、該フード本体内部空間の上部位置に上部排気ファンを内設し、上記フード本体下部の吸い込み口から吸引した排気を主排気ファンから排気ダクトを介して室外へ排気するように構成し、上記フード本体の上部に上部吸い込み口を開設して上部排気ファンの吸気口近傍に臨ませると共に、この上部排気ファンの排気口を上記排気ダクトに連絡し、両排気ファン同士をフード本体内に構成した連絡路を介して連絡せしめ、この連絡路の中間部に第1ダンパーを設け、この第1ダンパーは、連絡路の中間を閉塞してフード本体吸い込み口と主排気ファンとを連通せしめる中間閉じ位置と、主排気ファンとフード本体吸い込み口との間を閉塞せしめて連絡路の中間を開放せしめる下部閉じ位置との間を選択的に移動するように構成し、且つ排気ダクトの中間部に第2ダンパーを設け、この第2ダンパーは、上部排気ファンの排気口を閉塞して排気ダクトを開放する上部閉じ位置と、主排気ファンの排気口を閉塞して上部排気ファンの排気口を開放する主排気閉じ位置と、それら両閉じ位置の中間にあって両排気ファンの排気口を共に開放する中間位置との間を選択的に移動するように構成し、前記主排気ファンのみを作動させ、第1ダンパーを中間閉じ位置に、且つ第2ダンパーを上部閉じ位置に移動させる主排気モードと、上部排気ファンのみを作動させ、第1ダンパーを中間閉じ位置に、且つ第2ダンパーを主排気閉じ位置に移動させる上部排気モードと、主排気ファン及び上部排気ファンを共に作動させ、第1ダンパーを下部閉じ位置に、第2ダンパーを中間位置に移動させる上部急速排気モードとを選択的に作動制御する制御機構を具備するレンジフードファン。 The hood main body is provided with a hood body whose upper part is located near the ceiling of the room and a suction port is provided at the lower part.
