Claims (7)
- タービンエンジン(10)用の燃料ノズル(100)であって、当該燃料ノズル(100)が、
環状の燃料ノズル先端部(112)を含むワンピース形ハウジング(124)であって、該燃料ノズル先端部(112)から半径方向外向きに空気を排出するように構成された複数の開口(126)をさらに含むワンピース形ハウジング(124)と、
前記燃料ノズル先端部(112)内に燃料チャンバ(132)を形成する環状のワンピース形ベンチュリ(128)であって、すべり継手を介して前記ハウジングに結合された環状のワンピース形ベンチュリ(128)と、
前記ベンチュリ(128)に結合してその半径方向内側で延びるワンピース形スワーラ(136)であって、前記燃料チャンバ(132)内での空気と燃料との混合を高めるワンピース形スワーラ(136)と、
後部熱シールド(144)と、
前記後部熱シールド(144)の軸方向前方に位置する前部熱シールド(148)と、
主燃料回路(152)と
を含んでおり、前記後部熱シールド(144)が前記前部熱シールド(148)と直接結合していて、前記後部熱シールド(144)が前記ハウジング(124)に結合し、前記前部熱シールド(148)が前記ベンチュリ(128)の外側表面に直接結合しており、前記主燃料回路(152)が、前記後部熱シールド(144)と前部熱シールド(128)の間に形成された空洞を通って少なくとも部分的に延びる、燃料ノズル。 - 前記ベンチュリ(128)及び前部熱シールド(148)に結合されたステム(108)をさらに含み、前記ステム(108)は前記燃料ノズル先端部(112)を支持し、かつ前記ステム(108)は前記燃料チャンバ(132)内に燃料を流すためのパイロット燃料通路(120)と主燃料通路(116)とを含む、請求項1記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記ステム(108)が、前記燃料ノズルをタービンエンジン内部に固定するのを可能にする、請求項2記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記スワーラ(136)の半径方向内側に設けられた燃料インジェクタ(140)をさらに含み、前記燃料インジェクタ(140)が前記ステム(108)に結合されている、請求項2又は請求項3記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記燃料インジェクタ(140)が、前記パイロット燃料通路と流れ連通状態で連結されて前記燃料チャンバ(132)内に燃料を吐出する、請求項4記載の燃料ノズル。
- ケーシングを含む燃焼器と、
前記燃焼器内に燃料を吐出するように構成された燃料ノズルと、
を含むタービンエンジンであって、前記燃料ノズルが、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル(100)である、タービンエンジン。 - タービンエンジン(10)用の燃料ノズル(100)を組立てる方法であって、
環状の燃料ノズル先端部(112)を含むワンピース形ハウジング(124)であって、該燃料ノズル先端部(112)から半径方向外向きに空気を排出するように構成された複数の開口(126)をさらに含むワンピース形ハウジング(124)を、前記燃料ノズル先端部(112)内に燃料チャンバ(132)を形成する環状のワンピース形ベンチュリ(128)にすべり継手を介して結合する段階と、
前記ベンチュリ(128)に、ワンピース形スワーラ(136)を、該スワーラ(136)が前記ベンチュリ(128)の半径方向内側に延びるように、結合する段階と、
前記ハウジング(124)に後部熱シールド(144)を結合する段階と、
前記後部熱シールド(144)の軸方向前方に位置する前部熱シールド(148)を前記ベンチュリ(128)の外側表面に直接結合する段階と、
前記後部熱シールド(144)を前記前部熱シールド(148)と直接結合してそれらの間に空洞を形成し、主燃料回路(152)が前記空洞を通って少なくとも部分的に延びるようにする段階と
を含む方法。
