On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the guide 30 has a step portion 31 with which the engaging roller 25 of the start-up mechanism 20 abuts and engages in the conveying process, and the upper end of the step portion 31 in the conveying direction. And a parallel guide surface 32 that guides the engaging roller 25 that extends over the step portion 31. The guide 30 further includes a release step 33 for releasing the engagement with the engagement roller 25 at the end of the parallel guide surface 32 in the conveyance direction, that is, on the carry-out portion 12 side (FIGS. 1 and 3). reference).

By forming the raising mechanism 20 and the guide 30 as described above, the bucket rows 17a, 17b, and 17c in units of three move in the transport direction, and the engagement roller 25 engages with the step portion 31 of the guide 30. When abutting and further moving, as shown in FIG. 10, the rear connecting piece 23b pivotally attaching the engaging roller 25 against the elastic force (tensile force) of the spring member 26 is counterclockwise with the rear pivot portion 22b as a fulcrum. The rear support piece 21b is also rotated counterclockwise to raise the bucket row 17c on the rear end side, while the front portion is moved along with the counterclockwise movement on the rear end side of the movable member 24. The connecting piece 23a rotates clockwise with the front pivot portion 22a as a fulcrum, and the front support piece 21a also rotates clockwise to raise the bucket row 17a on the front end side. After that, when the engagement roller 25 gets over the step portion 31, the bucket rows 17a and 17c are raised by 120 degrees, and the lateral view with respect to the transport direction forms a substantially equilateral triangle with the three bucket rows 17a, 17b and 17c. It forms and makes the three to-be-bundled objects 1 contact. After the engagement roller 25 has passed over the step portion 31, the engagement roller 25 and the step portion 31 are disengaged, and the bucket rows 17a, 17b, and 17c are substantially shortened by the elastic force (tensile force) of the spring member 26. The equilateral triangle state is maintained (see FIG. 11 ).

As shown in FIGS. 2, 5, 6 and 8, the push-in mechanism 40 is a lifting / lowering mechanism composed of an air cylinder suspended from an upper beam portion 13b of a portal frame 13a erected on the upper portion of the machine frame 13. The cylinder 41 and a pushing head 43 attached to the tip of the piston rod 42 of the elevating cylinder 41 are provided, and the pushing head 43 is lowered by driving of the elevating cylinder 41, and the tip pressing portion 43 a of the pushing head 43. However, the upper part of the to-be-bound object 1 mounted on the mounting member 16e of the bucket 16 of the bucket row 17a, 17b, 17c is pressed, and the to-be-bound object 1 is pushed inward of the bucket 16 (refer FIG. 6). As a result, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the skin package-wrapped articles 1 placed on the placement member 16 e have the skin pack films 3 one by one by the pushing head 43. The backing film 2 is deformed and held in the bucket 16 by being pushed down with the scissors.

The push-in mechanism 40 includes push rods 44 that are attached to both ends of the push head 43 in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the object 1 to be bundled. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the push rod 44 descends together with the push head 43 by driving the elevating cylinder 41, and protrudes from the opposing surfaces of the side plates 45 disposed at both ends of the bucket 16 in the arrangement direction. The mount film 2 at both ends of the object 1 is pushed below the holding protrusion 46. Thereby, since the mount film 2 having a repulsive force is held by the holding protrusions 46, it is possible to reliably prevent the object 1 from being lifted from the bucket 16.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bundling means 60 includes a bundling adhesive tape support 63 that supports the winding reel 62 of the bundling adhesive tape 61, a head 65 having a cutting blade 64, and a bundling adhesive tape. A tape holding portion 66 for holding the cut end of 61, and the head 65 and the tape holding portion 66 are moved up and down relatively, for example, the head 65 is moved up and down with respect to the tape holding portion 66 to bind the object 1 The bundling adhesive tape 61 is wound around, and the winding ends are formed by a bundling mechanism 60 </ b> A configured to overlap and wrap both ends.

In this case, the bundling adhesive tape support part 63 is erected on the upper girder part 13 b of the machine frame 13. A cut end portion of the binding adhesive tape 61 attached to the winding reel 62 that is detachably supported by the binding adhesive tape support portion 63 is pulled out from the winding reel 62 and is guided to the machine frame 13. It is guided to a tape holding part 66 through a roller 67. And it hold | maintains at the flat holding surface 68a of the polygonal holding body 68 which comprises the tape holding | maintenance part 66. FIG.

The head 65 is provided at a free end portion of a swing arm 69 pivotally attached to the cross beam portion 13 c of the machine frame 13. The swing arm 69 has a middle portion of the swing arm 69 rotatably connected to a piston rod 70a of a downward operation cylinder 70 attached to the upper girder portion 13b of the machine frame 13 via a pin 71. Then, the piston rod 70 a is expanded and contracted by the operation of the operation cylinder 70, so that the free end portion of the swing arm 69, that is, the head 65 moves up and down with respect to the tape holding portion 66. The head 65 is provided with a pressing roller 72 that presses the bundling adhesive tape 61 toward the flat holding surface 68a of the holding body 68 constituting the tape holding portion 66, and urges the elastic force of the pressing spring 73. In addition, a crimping rod 75 that is pressed against a crimping stand 74 disposed in the vicinity of the holding body 68 is provided.

In the bundling means 60 configured as described above, before bundling, the cut-off end portion of the bundling adhesive tape 61 is held by the holding body 68 of the tape holding unit 66 and the bundling adhesive tape 61 is stretched. And as above-mentioned, the three to-be-bundled objects 1 which mutually contacted are conveyed, and the bundling adhesive tape 61 is wound around the three to-be-bundled objects 1 by traversing the stretched part of the bundling adhesive tape 61. . Thereafter, the operating cylinder 70 is driven and the swing arm 69 is rotated clockwise in FIGS. 3 and 4, whereby the pressing roller 72 is pressed against the holding body 68 and the crimping rod 75 is pressed against the crimping table 74. Then, the wound end portions of the binding adhesive tape 61 are overlapped and pressure-bonded with each other, and then cut by the cutting blade 64.

In the above description, the case where the head 65 having the crimping rod 75 and the cutting blade 64 is provided on the swing arm 69 has been described. However, as long as the head 65 and the tape holding portion 66 move relatively up and down. However, such a structure is not necessarily required. For example, the head 65 having the crimping rod 75 and the cutting blade 64 may be moved up and down by an elevating cylinder instead of the swing arm 69.

As shown in FIG. 12, the three objects to be bound 1 bound by the binding means 60 are transported to the carry-out unit 12, and a sudden drop is prevented by a chute 81 with a buffer function provided in the carry-out unit 12. In this state, it is guided below the carry-out conveyor 80, pushed out onto the carry-out conveyor 80 by the push-out cylinder 82, and then carried out by the carry-out conveyor 80.

Next, the operation | movement aspect of the binding apparatus based on this invention is demonstrated. First, it waits in the state which hold | maintained the cutting | disconnection edge part of the binding adhesive tape 61 in the binding means 60 with the holding body 68 of the tape holding part 66, and tensioned the binding adhesive tape 61. FIG. Next, the object to be bundled 1 is thrown into the bucket 16 of the bucket row 17a, 17b, 17c in the carry-in part 11, and the three bucket rows 17a, 17b, into which the material to be bundled 1 is thrown by the carry-out conveyor 80 that is intermittently driven. 17c is moved to just below the push-in mechanism 40 and stopped. Then, the raising / lowering cylinder 41 of the pushing mechanism 40 is actuated, and the pushing head 43 and the pushing rod 44 are lowered by the driving of the raising / lowering cylinder 41, and the tip pressing portion 43a of the pushing head 43 is moved to the bucket rows 17a, 17b, 17c. The upper portion of the object 1 to be bound placed on the placement member 16e of the bucket 16 is pressed, and the push rod 44 is below the holding projection 46 projecting on the side plate 45 from the backing film 2 at both ends of the object 1 to be bound. The objects to be bound 1 are pushed inward of the buckets 16 with the skin pack films 3 being squeezed one by one by the pushing head 43, and the objects to be bound 1 are pushed into the buckets of the bucket rows 17a, 17b, 17c. 16 is kept in a uniform state (see FIGS. 6, 7B and 8C). The pushing head 43 that has finished pushing operation is raised to prepare for the next pushing operation.

After the pushing operation is performed by the pushing mechanism 40, the carry-out conveyor 80 is driven to convey the object 1 to be bound to the binding means 60 side. In this conveying process, when the engaging roller 25 of the raising mechanism 20 provided in the three unit bucket rows 17a, 17b, and 17c comes into engagement with the step 31 of the guide 30 and further moves, FIG. As shown, the rear end side bucket row 17c rises and the front end side bucket row 17a rises. After that, when the engagement roller 25 gets over the step portion 31, the bucket rows 17a and 17c are raised by 120 degrees, and the lateral view with respect to the transport direction forms a substantially equilateral triangle with the three bucket rows 17a, 17b and 17c. The three objects 1 to be formed are brought into contact with each other (see FIG. 11).

Next, the three objects to be bound 1 that are in contact with each other are conveyed, and the binding adhesive tape 61 is wound around the three objects to be bound 1 by crossing the stretched portion of the binding adhesive tape 61. Thereafter, when the operating cylinder 70 is driven and the swing arm 69 is rotated, the pressing roller 72 provided on the head 65 at the tip of the swing arm 69 presses the holding body 68 and the crimping rod 75 is moved. The wound end portions of the bundling adhesive tape 61 are overlapped with each other by pressure contact with the pressure-bonding table 74 and pressure-bonded, and then cut by the cutting blade 64.

The three objects to be bound 1 bound by the binding means 60 are discharged from the carry-out unit 12 via the carry-out conveyor 80.

The engagement roller 25 of the start-up mechanism 20 is released from the release step portion 33 located in the carry-out portion 12 after passing through the bundling means 60 and is restored by the elastic force of the spring member 26. The three bucket rows 17 a, 17 b, and 17 c are returned to the horizontal posture with respect to the parallel portion of the endless chain 15. The bundled object 1 is similarly loaded into the buckets 16 of the bucket rows 17a, 17b, and 17c returned to the horizontal posture and the same operation as described above is performed, so that the bundled objects 1 in units of three units are continuously provided. Can be united.

The bundling method (apparatus) according to the present invention is particularly suitable in that three pieces to be bound 1 such as salami sausage that are packaged in a skin pack can be bound without slack.

In the above embodiment, the case where three (pieces) to-be-bundled objects 1 are bound has been described. However, the number of the to-be-bundled objects 1 is not necessarily three. For example, two objects to be bound 1 Can be bound in the same manner.

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the to-be-bundled objects 1 such as salami sausage etc. which were skin-pack-wrapped were bound by the bundling method (apparatus) which concerns on this invention, the to-be-bundled object which is not skin-pack-wrapped Of course, it is possible to bind a plurality of pieces without slack.

In the above embodiment, the case where the number of endless chains 15 is four has been described. However, one endless chain 15 may be two, or one or two endless chains 15 may be arranged in three or more rows. And each bucket in the bucket row may be bound with a binding adhesive tape.
