Claims (12)
- 高温燃料電池(11)と公共配電網(50)への接続とを備えた空間暖房システムであって、前記システムにおいて熱エネルギおよび電気エネルギを生成するために主ガス弁(200)を介して気体の形態で燃料(B)を燃料電池に供給することが可能で、前記主ガス弁が、電流供給が遮断されると自動的に作動を停止させる制御装置を有し、前記システムが電気エネルギを少なくとも部分的に前記公共配電網へ送給し、熱エネルギを前記配電網からの電気エネルギによって作動可能である暖房回路へ送給することが可能である高温燃料電池と公共配電網への接続とを備えた空間暖房システムにおいて、
燃料電池の直流電気を交流電気に変換することができる電気インバータ(4)が二種類の作動状態、すなわち一方では公共配電網への送給と、他方では暖房システムのアイランド配線網への送給のために作動することが可能であり、公共配電網の停電に関して、燃料電池への燃料供給を第一優先とした空間暖房システムの必要な機能を短時間維持することが、化学電池または非常用発電機による支援なくして保証されるようにするバッファが設けられ、少なくとも暖房システムの必要機能が燃料電池からの電気エネルギによって維持され続けうるようにする制御装置および回路が設けられていることを特徴とする高温燃料電池(11)と公共配電網(50)への接続とを備えた空間暖房システム。 - 前記インバータ(4)が比較的短時間Δt内で一方の作動状態から他方の作動状態へ切り替え可能であり、この時間Δtが0.1秒以下であり、主ガス弁の制御装置への給電が、コンデンサ(62’)を含むバッファによってΔtより長い時間確保され、そのため燃料電池への燃料供給が間断なく行われ、システム制御装置(6)への給電も、別のコンデンサ(60’)を含むバッファによって確保され、そのため前記システム制御装置が機能状態に留まることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空間暖房システム。
- 生成回路(17)が設けられており、前記生成回路は燃料電池の高温の排ガスから熱交換器(15)において回収可能である廃熱を搬送するポンプ(17’)を備えた暖房回路であり、前記生成回路が前記インバータの一方の作動モードに基づいて前記燃料電池(11)からの電気エネルギによって作動することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空間暖房システム。
- 前記生成回路(17)が蓄熱器(18)を含んでおり、熱を前記蓄熱器から消費先(20)まで、ポンプ(19’)を含む消費回路(19)によって前記蓄熱器から搬送することが可能であり、前記公共配電網の停電の場合、燃料電池(11)による電気エネルギの十分な供給によって前記消費回路は燃料電池から送給される電力によって作動状態に設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空間暖房システム。
- 熱が前記蓄熱器から暖房システムの輻射暖房機まで、ポンプ(19’)を含む消費回路(19)によって搬送されることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空間暖房システム。
- 電気アイランド配線網、システム制御装置(6)および2個のスイッチ(51,52)が当該システムの構成要素であり、前記スイッチが前記システム制御装置に作動接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空間暖房システム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムを作動させる方法において、燃料電池によって生成された電力に対して二つのしきい値N1およびN2が予め設定され、二つのしきい値に関して生成された電力に応じて三種類の作動モードの一つにおいて作動が実行され、システム制御装置によって選択されたモードに従って2個のスイッチが切り替えられ、前記第1のしきい値N1が第2のしきい値N2よりも小さく、および前記燃料電池でもって生成された電力が前記第1のモードにおいてN1よりも小さく、第2のモードにおいてN1よりも大きくかつ第3のモードにおいてN2よりも大きいことを特徴とする空間暖房システムを作動させる方法。
- 前記第1のモードにおいて燃料電池によって生成された電力が公共配電網に送給され、一方前記システムの全ての要素を作動させるための電力は公共配電網から取り出されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のモードにおいて燃料電池によって生成された電力は生成回路(17)まで送給されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 燃料電池によって生成された電力が前記生成回路(17)および消費回路(19)まで送給されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 公共配電網の停電時、前記システムが前記第2または第3のモードにおいて作動することを特徴とする請求項7、9または10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 公共配電網の停電時、前記システムは、燃料電池によって生成された電力がN1よりも大きいように設定されることを特徴とする請求項7、または9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
