社員の検索時点における主要所属法人がどこの法人であるかを判断するために使用する現在フラグを設定する現在フラグ設定手段と、
前記管理手段が管理する社員情報を利用する利用者に対して、前記管理手段が管理する社員情報を検索するアクセス権限が付与されているか否かを判定する判定手段と、
前記アクセス権限が付与された前記利用者からの前記法人を跨る検索要求に対する応答処理を実行する処理手段とを具備し、
前記管理手段は、前記各法人に所属する社員各々について、法人コードと、社員コードと、職務現況区分情報と、統一社員番号と、現在フラグとを有して構成される前記各法人に共通の統一社員情報を登録した統一社員情報データベースと、前記統一社員情報データベース上で前記各法人に所属する社員各々の前記統一社員情報を管理する統一社員情報管理手段とを備え、
