Description

The present invention relates to a bast plant skinning device in which a bast portion surrounds a core portion.

In bast plants such as urn (aka: ramie, ramie) and kenaf, as a peeling device that separates the wooded core part (without fibers) from the fibrous bast part, for example, a pair of facing each other There is a peeling apparatus provided with an uneven roller (see Patent Document 1). When a bast plant is inserted and pressed between the pair of concavo-convex rollers, the wooded core part is crushed and shattered, but the bast part bent by the fiber remains in a fibrous state without being crushed. Then, the broken core portion can be separated from the bast portion and removed. Then, the bast portion from which the core crushed material has been removed is subjected to decomposition treatment (letting treatment) or chemical treatment with microorganisms to soften other components (for example, the skin) other than the fibers, and then wash away the softened other components. Thus, fibers are collected from the bast portion.
JP-A-7-164410

However, in the above-described skin peeling device, there are cases in which the core part (core crushed material) is entangled or entangled with the fibrous bast part and the two cannot be separated well. Since the crushed core material is wood that is difficult to decompose by microorganisms, it cannot be softened by a letting process or the like, and it has been necessary to manually remove the entanglement and the like. Even if the bast portion in which the crushed core is intertwined is subjected to a letting treatment, the close contact of microorganisms to the intertwined bast portion is deteriorated. For this reason, the softening of the bast portion does not proceed and a hard portion remains, and the efficiency of the letting process is also reduced.
In addition, since the bast plants after harvesting become hard due to drying, the bast plants before crushing are generally moistened and slightly softened and then crushed. As a result, the removal of the core crushed material was more troublesome.
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to separate the core portion from the bast portion without crushing as much as possible.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problem, the skin peeling device of the first invention is a skin peeling device for separating a bast portion surrounding a core portion from a core portion constituting a stem of a bast plant, which comprises a cutting blade Cutting means for cutting the core portion, separation means for separating the core portion from the bast portion, and conveying means for conveying the bast plant toward the separating means and the cutting means, the separating means and the cutting means And is attached to the skinning device in a swingable manner, and the separating means and the cutting means are swung, and a cutting blade provided at the tip of the separating means and the cutting means is used to extend the stem. The core portion exposed from the extending one surface is cut, and the cutting blade is sandwiched between the separating means, and the core portion upstream in the conveying direction from the cutting portion is guided to one surface side of the cutting blade. Core guide and toughness upstream of the cutting location in the transport direction Parts and which are located and bast guide portion for guiding the different other surface side from said one side of the cutting blade.

The peeling apparatus of the second invention is the peeling apparatus of the first invention. In the peeling apparatus of the first invention, the conveying means is a bast plant in which the core portion is exposed in advance from the surface on one side extending in the extending direction of the stem. The cutting means is configured to cut the core portion by bringing a cutting blade into contact with the surface on one side of the bast plant during the conveyance of the bast plant.
The separating means has a rotating body that rotates by contact with the bast plant in the conveying state, and the cutting means provided on the rotating body cuts the exposed core portion by the rotation of the rotating body, and the other side of the rotating body The bast guide portion provided on the side guides the upstream bast portion.
In the second invention, the bast plant is previously exposed from the bast part from the one side surface (preferably over the entire length in the bast plant extending direction) of the bast plant, and then the stem is conveyed by the conveying means. The direction of stretching is transported as the transport direction. Then, the cutting portion of the cutting means is brought into contact with the bast plant being transported from one side thereof to cut the core portion, and the core portion on the upstream side in the conveying direction from the cutting portion is crushed as much as possible. (Without) guiding the bast portion on the one surface side of the cutting blade to the other surface side different from the one surface side of the cutting blade. And while conveying an upstream bast part to the other side and conveying an upstream core part with a conveyance means, a bast part can be isolate | separated sequentially from a core part.
In the second invention, the rotating body of the separating means is rotated by the contact of the bast plant (using the conveying force of the bast plant), and the rotating body rotates to rotate the rotating body with the cutting means provided on the rotating body. The core portion is cut while bending the peel plant to the other side, and the upstream bast portion is guided to the other surface side of the cutting blade by the bast guide portion provided on the other side of the rotating body.

According to the first invention, the core portion can be separated from the bast portion without breaking as much as possible. According to the second invention, the bast portion and the core portion can be separated by the conveying force of the bast plant.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As will be described later, the peeling device 8 (80) of the present embodiment includes an exposing means 6 that exposes the core portion 10a to the bast plant 10 in a transported state by the first transporting means 70, and a core portion. Cutting blade (cutting means) 46 (46a to 46c) for cutting, separating means 4 for separating the bast portion 10b from the exposed core portion 10a, and second conveying means for forcibly conveying the separated bast portion 10b 3 and an epidermis removing means 2 for removing the epidermis of the bast portion 10b. The skin peeling device 8 (80) separates the core portion 10a from the bast portion 10b with the separating means 4 or the like without crushing as much as possible.

[Example 1]
FIG. 1 is a side view showing the inside of the peeling apparatus, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the peeling apparatus with a part of the member removed. Hereinafter, the vertical direction is determined with reference to the arrangement of the peeling apparatus as shown in FIG.
The bast plant 10 linear in the stretching direction is supplied from the large diameter side to the skin peeling device 8 and transported in the transport direction A (the same direction as the stretching direction) by the first transport means 70. At least one of the lower lateral roller 70a and the upper lateral roller 70b constituting the first conveying means 70 is positively rotated positively by a motor 73, and each lateral roller 70a, 70b includes a bast plant. A guide groove for guiding 10 to the exposure means 6 described later is provided.

Here, the term “horizontal roller” means a roller that rotates around an axis centered horizontally and orthogonal to the conveying direction A, and the axis of the horizontal roller constitutes the outer shape of the skinning device 8. A bridge is formed between two wall bodies (in the drawings, only one wall body 8a is represented). Unless otherwise specified, the lateral roller may be configured to be positively rotated by a motor 73 disposed under the skinning device 8 or may be configured to be driven and rotated by the conveying force of the bast plant 10.
When the pair of horizontal rollers are disposed to face each other, a clearance (for example, a guide groove) through which the bast plant 10 can pass may be provided between the pair of horizontal rollers. It is preferable that one is sponge-like and does not require a clearance between both lateral rollers. When one of the pair of horizontal rollers is made of a sponge and the other is made of resin, the sponge-like horizontal roller is elastically deformed so that the bast plant 10 can pass through, so the core portion 10a is formed with the pair of horizontal rollers. The bast plant 10 can be pressed to such an extent that the bast plant 10 is not crushed, and a more suitable conveying force can be imparted to the bast plant 10.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the widened portion (a member constituting the exposing means), and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the widened portion and the blade portion (a constituting member of the exposing means) exposing the boat-shaped portion by removing the outer frame. It is a figure and is a figure which shows a mode that the core part 10a of the bast plant 10 is exposed.
As shown in FIG. 4, the exposing means 6 includes a blade portion 65 that makes a cut in the bast plant 10, and an expanding portion 60 that splits the cut bast plant 10 in order in the conveying direction A of the bast plant 10. Arranged. And the blade part 65 of the exposure means 6 is a disk shape which rotates around the axis center arranged orthogonally to the conveyance direction A, and with respect to the bast plant 10 which passes on the horizontal roller 65a (guide groove) arranged below. The bast plant 10 is cut from the upper side over the entire length of the stretched (long) direction.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the expanding portion 60 of the exposing means 6 is formed by disposing a boat-shaped boat-shaped portion 62 that is wide toward the downstream in the conveying direction A on the outer frame 64. The bow side protrudes from the outer frame 64 and is pointed. On the other hand, the outer frame 64 has an inclined shape in which the vertical height of the roof 64b decreases toward the downstream in the conveying direction A, and the inlet 64a allows the bast plant 10 to pass through in a cylindrical shape, but the outlet 64c. Is a state in which the bast plant 10 with the cut as described above is split left and right and laid down (the state in which the core portion is exposed from the surface on one side extending in the extending direction of the stem, hereinafter simply referred to as “half-split state”) Otherwise, it cannot pass.
Then, the cut line of the bast plant 10 is interrupted at the bow side (pointed shape) of the boat-shaped part 62 protruding from the outer frame entrance 64 a, and the bast plant is formed on the ship side of the boat-shaped part 62 arranged in the outer frame 64. 10 is expanded from the cut to the left and right. The bast plant 10 expanded in this way is further pressed against the outer frame roof 64b that is inclined lower toward the downstream in the conveying direction A, and thus enters the above-mentioned halved state, and passes through the outer frame outlet 64c. Then, the half-basted bast plant 10 is moderately pressed from above by an intermediate conveying means 72 (a pair of transverse rollers 72a and 72b are arranged to face each other) and conveyed on the first guide plate 74 to be described later. The separation means 4 is supplied.

FIG. 5 is a side view of a rotating body (one example), illustrating a procedure for separating the bast portion in the order of (A) to (D), and FIG. 5 (A) is a normal position of the rotating body. FIG. 6 is a side view of another rotating body (one example). 5 and 6, the bast plant is illustrated in a longitudinal section.
The separating means 4 of the present embodiment includes a rotating body 40 that can rotate about an axis centered horizontally in the transport direction A. As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, the rotating body 40 has a configuration (cam mechanism) that rotates when the bast plant 10 in a transported state contacts. Then, by the rotation of the rotating body 40, the cutting blade 46 provided on the rotating body 40 comes into contact and bends the bast plant 10 downward (while applying bending stress), and the core portion 10 a is moved to the tip of the bast plant 10. Cut at an appropriate location in the vicinity. Then, the upstream bast portion is bent downward (the other surface side of the cutting blade 46) along the bast guide portion 44 below the rotating body 40 connected to the other surface side of the cutting blade 46, and cut. It is guided to the other surface side of the blade 46. On the other hand, since the upstream core portion 10a (wood) is less flexible than the bast portion 10b, the rotating body is separated from the bast portion 10b and becomes an original straight line and continues to one surface side of the cutting blade 46. 40 The front surface (curved surface) slides upward and is guided to one surface side of the cutting blade 46.

Here, the shape of the rotating body 40 described above is preferably a shape that can bend the bast plant 10 downward (apply bending stress) and guide the upstream bast portion 10b downward. For example, the vertical cross section of the rotating body 40 has a semicircular shape having a concave lower portion, a polygonal shape such as a triangular shape or a square shape having a lower concave shape, a star shape, a moon shape, a cross shape, an inverted L shape, and a T shape. . The rotating body 40 is preferably transported without being provided with a core guide portion 42 at the upper portion thereof and deflecting the upstream core portion 10a downward. For example, the upper longitudinal section of the rotating body 40 is in the transport direction A. It is preferable that it is linear along.
Then, the bast plant 10 in a transported state is transported with respect to the central axis of the rotating body 40 by contacting a part of the rotating body 40 on the downstream side in the transport direction with respect to the central axis (axial center) of the rotating body 40. The cutting blade 46 fixed to the other part on the upstream side in the direction contacts the core part 10a and cuts the core part 10a.

An example of the above-described rotating body 40 will be described. The first rotating body 40a having a substantially semicircular cross section in FIG. 5 is a bast guide portion 44a having a concave lower portion at its normal position, and the upper portion is a conveying direction. A linear core guide portion 42a parallel to A. The rotating body 40a is integrally provided with a cutting blade-like cutting blade 46a protruding downward from the lower front end thereof.
The first rotating body 40a rotates positively around the axis by contact with the half-bast bast plant 10 (particularly the conveying force of the wooded core 10a). By the rotation of the first rotating body 40a, the cutting blade 46a at the lower front end of the rotating body 40a cuts the core portion 10a while bending the bast plant 10 downward. Then, the upstream bast portion 10b is guided to the lower side (the other surface side of the cutting blade 46) along the bast guide portion 44a on the lower side of the rotating body 40 connected to the other surface of the cutting blade 46a. On the other hand, the core portion 10a on the upstream side is separated from the bast portion 10b to have an original linear shape, and slides upward on the front surface (curved surface) of the first rotating body 40a that is continuous with one surface side of the cutting blade 46a. Guided to one side of the blade).
Then, the first rotating body 40a returns to the normal position when it no longer receives the conveying force of the core portion 10a, and with the core guide portion 42a, the upstream core portion 10a is bent upward so as not to bend as much as possible. Transport toward. Further, the upstream core portion 10a passes through the endless belt 78 and is conveyed to a core outlet (not shown) (see FIG. 7). On the other hand, the upstream bast portion 10b (fibrous material) is guided along the concave shape of the bast guide portion 44a to the second conveying means 3 (described later) arranged below.
Although some of the core crushed material may be generated when the core portion 10a is cut, the core crushed material is washed away from the first sprinkler pipe 75 disposed above the first rotating body 40a. The side bast portion 10b is not mixed as much as possible.

And the rotary body 40 may be the 2nd rotary body 40b of the vertical cross-section reverse L-shape (it consists of the upper piece 43a and the lower piece 43b) of FIG. By the rotation of the second rotating body 40b, the cutting blade 46b provided at the front end of the upper piece 43a cuts the core portion 10a while bending the bast plant 10 downward, and the hanging bast guide portion 44b (cutting) on the lower side. An inner surface of the lower piece 43b continuous with the other surface side of the blade 46a bends the upstream bast portion 10b and guides it to the lower side (the other surface side of the cutting blade 46). Then, with the core guide portion 42b (upper surface of the upper piece 43a continuous with one surface side of the cutting blade 46b), the upstream side core portion 10a is guided upward (guided to one surface side of the cutting blade 46b). To do.
By the way, in the 2nd rotary body 40b, since the bast guide part 44b is the shape hung down below, the adjustment width in the up-down direction of the bast plant 10 contact location is large. For this reason, the arrangement position of the 2nd rotary body 40b can be made into the upper side, and the contact position of the bast plant 10 in the bast guide part 44b can be made far from an axial center, and the abutting force of the cutting blade 46b can also be strengthened.

FIG. 7 is a side view of the second conveying means and the skin removing means. In the bast plant of the same figure, the bast portion epidermis is indicated by thin oblique lines and the core portion is indicated by thick oblique lines for convenience.
The second conveying means 3 of this embodiment includes a large-diameter horizontal roller 34, a medium-diameter horizontal roller 32, and a small-diameter horizontal roller 36 in descending order of diameter, and at least one of the horizontal rollers is positively rotated positively by a motor 73. To do. A small-diameter horizontal roller 36 is disposed opposite to the large-diameter horizontal roller 34, and a medium-diameter horizontal roller 32 disposed below the small-diameter horizontal roller 36 is disposed so as to face the large-diameter horizontal roller 34.
Then, the upstream bast portion 10b separated as described above passes between the small-diameter horizontal roller 36 and the large-diameter horizontal roller 34 disposed below the first rotating body 40a, and further, with the medium-diameter horizontal roller 32 and the large-diameter horizontal roller 32. It passes between the radial rollers 34 and is forcibly transported obliquely downward without breaking and staying in the middle of the transport. The upstream bast portion 10b thus forcibly conveyed passes further on the second guide plate 76 and is conveyed to the skin removing means 2.

And the skin removal means 2 has the uneven | corrugated horizontal roller 22 (product made from resin) facing the horizontal roller 20 so that the skin on the surface of the bast portion 10b that has been halved by the exposure means 6 can be removed. This uneven | corrugated horizontal roller 22 is a structure arrange | positioned in the position which faces the epidermis of the upstream bast part 10b.
Then, when the upstream bast portion 10b passes between the uneven horizontal roller 22 and the horizontal roller 20, the uneven horizontal roller 22 disposed on the lower side scrapes off the surface skin of the bast portion 10b. Then, the scraped skin was washed away by a second watering pipe 77 provided on the opposite side of the second guide plate 76, and a bast portion 10b for removing the skin was provided below the skinning device 8 (for the above-described core) It is transported to a bast outlet (not shown) which is different from the outlet.

The bast portion 10b thus obtained is subjected to a letting treatment or a chemical treatment, and then components other than the fiber softened fiber are washed away to collect the fiber.
At this time, in the bast portion 10b obtained by the skinning device 8 of the present embodiment, the core crushed material is hardly generated in the manufacturing process, so that the core crushed material is not mixed as much as possible. Further, since the bast portion 10b is conveyed in a straight state in a half state, there is almost no entanglement between the bast portions 10b and twist of the bast portion 10b. For this reason, it is possible to perform the letting process and chemical process which soften the bast part 10b very suitably, and it is hardly necessary to remove the core part 10a after the process.
Moreover, by removing the epidermis from the bast portion by the epidermis removing means 2 as in this embodiment, the washing operation after the letting treatment can be shortened, and the bad smell caused by the epidermis corrosion can be prevented or reduced. Is possible.

[Example 2]
FIG. 8 is a side view of the separating means of the second embodiment, illustrating the procedure of separating the bast portion 10b in the order of (A) to (C), and FIG. 9 shows another separating means. It is a side view. 8 and 9, the bast plant is illustrated in a longitudinal section.
The skin peeling apparatus 80 of Example 2 has the 1st conveyance means 70, the exposure means 6, the 2nd conveyance means 3, and the skin removal means 2, with reference to FIG. 1, These members are the skins of Example 1. Since it is the same as that of the peeling device 8, the whole drawing is omitted, and only the characteristic (separation means and cutting means) portion of the peeling device 80 described later is shown.
That is, in the skinning device 80, as illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, the separating means 4 and the cutting means (cutting blades 46c and 46d) have a different driving force (for example, a motor) different from the conveying force of the bast plant 10. 73). For this reason, the bast portion 10b and the core portion 10a can be more reliably separated regardless of the conveying force of the bast plant 10.

An example of the above-described separating means 4 will be described. The separating means 4 in FIG. 8 is integrated with a flat plate-shaped cutting blade (cutting means) 46c, and has a guide lateral roller 44c (bast guide portion) at the front thereof. . Then, the sensor 48 built in the cutting blade 46c senses that the bast plant 10 on the first guide plate 74 has come into contact with the guide lateral roller 44c. Then, the cutting blade 46c is rotated around the axis 47c at the other end by a driving device (not shown), and the core portion 10a is cut while the bast plant 10 is bent downward. Then, the guide horizontal roller 44c arranged on the lower surface side (the other surface side) of the cutting blade 46c deflects the upstream bast portion 10b and guides it to the lower side (the other surface side of the cutting blade 46c). The bast plant 10 is sandwiched between the small-diameter horizontal rollers 36 (second conveying means 3) disposed on the lower roller and conveyed downward (see FIG. 7). On the other hand, the upstream core portion 10a is guided to one surface side of the cutting blade 46 by the cutting blade upper side surface 42c (core guide portion) so as not to bend downward, and further to the endless belt 78 described above. To the core exit.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the separating means 4 may be configured such that a flat cutting blade 46d integral with the guide lateral roller 44d (bast guide portion) slides up and down, and in such a configuration, the cutting blade When the upper side surface 42d (core guide portion) slides downward, it is flush with the first guide plate 74, and the upstream core portion 10a is forcedly moved along the transport direction A on one surface side of the cutting blade 46. Can be guided to. In this case, it is preferable that the upper surface of the endless belt 78 that conveys the core portion 10a is also flush with the upper side surface of the first guide plate 74 and the upper side surface 42d of the cutting blade.

The skinning devices 8 and 80 according to the present embodiment are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can take other various embodiments.
That is, in this embodiment, the example in which the bast portion 10b is separated from the core portion 10a by bending the bast plant 10a downward has been described. In contrast to this, the core portion 10a can be bent (to the extent that it does not break), while the bast portion 10b can be separated in the conveying direction A without being bent.

Further, in the present embodiment, the example of the peeling device 8 integrally provided with the exposing means 6 has been described. However, the exposing means 6 is not necessarily provided integrally with the peeling device 8, and as shown in FIGS. The skinning device 8 may be configured as a separate body.
For example, the exposure unit 6 in FIG. 10 includes the above-described exposure unit 6 and the first transport unit 71. Here, the first conveying means 71 only needs to have a pair of vertical rollers 71a and 71b rotated by a motor 73 around an axial center arranged perpendicularly to the conveying direction A, and preferably an elastic spring described later. A pair of urging vertical rollers 71c and 71d are provided. The pair of vertical rollers 71a and 71b are arranged with a clearance through which a bast plant can pass between them, and the pair of vertical rollers 71c and 71d are urged in directions in which they are in contact with each other by an elastic spring (not shown). It is the composition. Since the vertical rollers 71c and 71d biased by the elastic spring sandwich the bast plant passing between them so as not to be crushed, the bast plant 10 can be transported without blur in the transport direction A. The height of the expanding portion 60 of the exposing means 6 can be adjusted by adjusting screws 63 arranged in four directions.

And when the exposure means 6 is comprised as another apparatus, the structure which inserts the bast plant 10 in the exposure means 6 fixed like FIG. 10 and conveys in the conveyance direction A may be sufficient, as FIG. The exposure means 6 may be configured to move in the direction A with respect to the bast plant 10 thus fixed.
The exposure means 6a in FIG. 11 includes a pair of vertical rollers 71a and 71b, a blade portion 65, and an expansion portion 60, and is configured to be capable of self-running (modularized) by a built-in motor. The bast plant 10 is halved while self-propelled along a rail (not shown) on the bast plant 10 to which the exposing means 6a is fixed.

In the present embodiment, the example in which the cutting means is the cutting blade 46 has been described. Unlike this, for example, the cutting means is constituted by a cutting blade not having a cutting edge shape provided on the first guide plate 74 and a convex portion (not having a cutting edge shape) different from the cutting blade provided on the rotating body 40. In this case, the bast plant 10 is sandwiched between the convex portion and the cutting blade, and the core portion 10a is cut.
In the present embodiment, the example of cutting the exposed core portion has been described. However, the concept of cutting includes bending the bast plant excessively to break the core portion.

Further, in the present embodiment, the peeling device constituted exclusively by the horizontal roller has been described, but unlike this, the peeling device may be constituted by the vertical roller, and the peeling device is appropriately combined with the vertical roller and the horizontal roller. May be configured. In this case, the rotating body shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 may be configured to be rotatable around an axis centered perpendicularly to the conveying direction A, and the cutting means of the separating means shown in FIG. It is good also as a structure which slide-moves to a horizontal direction.

In this embodiment, an example in which one bast plant is processed (exposed and separated) has been described. However, the separating unit 4 and the exposing unit 6 can simultaneously process a plurality of bast plants arranged in parallel. As such, it may be configured to include a plurality of components in parallel.

Moreover, although the example which divided the bast plant 10 in half was demonstrated in the present Example, the core part 10a should just be exposed from the one side of the bast plant 10 at least. For example, the half-basted bast plant 10 may be connected at a cut point without being divided into two, and the core portion 10a may be exposed from both one side and the other side of the bast plant 10.
In the present embodiment, the method for using the separated bast portion has been described. However, since the separated core portion (wood) contains a large amount of lignin, it can be used as activated carbon by carbonization. That is, according to the peeling apparatus of the present embodiment, a long core portion can be obtained, and therefore a core portion suitable as a raw material for activated carbon can also be obtained.
