(B) The mechanical testing machine and the rotary driving assembly are started, so that the upper chuck of the mechanical testing machine moves vertically upwards to load, the rotary driving assembly drives the sliding rail 3 to move along with the hemp stalks in the opposite direction of tearing of the hemp fibers, and the speed of the vertical upwards movement of the upper chuck is equal to the sliding speed of the sliding rail 3, thereby ensuring that the included angle between the hemp fibers and the hemp stalks which are torn along with the vertical upwards movement of the upper chuck of the mechanical testing machine is unchanged, and ensuring the constant tearing angle in the test process; different inclination angles of the sliding table 2 can be set through changing the angle adjusting mechanism, so that multi-angle tearing is realized.
The hemp fiber multi-angle tearing test clamp of the embodiment is adopted for carrying out tearing test, and the method comprises the following steps: the loading speed of the mechanical testing machine and the rotating speed of the speed regulating motor are preset; fixing a hemp fiber multi-angle tearing test fixture on an objective table of a mechanical testing machine through a connecting cylinder 12 on a base 1, penetrating hemp stalks required by the test into a first positioning hole 41 until the hemp stalks reach and penetrate into a second positioning hole 42, and then tightening a fastening screw 45 to tightly press and fix the hemp stalks in the first positioning hole 41 to finish the fixation of the hemp stalks; at this time, the hemp stalk to be fixed is longer than the length required for the tearing test, and the actual tearing length is the distance between the first positioning hole 41 and the second positioning hole 42. Sliding the sliding rail 3 into a sliding groove of the sliding table 2, and clamping a part of pre-torn hemp fibers on an upper chuck of the mechanical testing machine after passing through the guide pulley 10; simultaneously, the power supplies of the mechanical testing machine and the speed regulating motor are started, the upper chuck of the mechanical testing machine is vertically and upwards loaded to drive the split hemp fibers to vertically and upwards move, the speed regulating motor drives the sliding rail 3 to drive the hemp stalks on the sliding rail to move in the opposite direction of the tearing of the hemp fibers, and the speed of the vertical and upwards movement of the upper chuck is equal to the sliding speed of the sliding rail 3 by setting the speed regulating motor and the mechanical testing machine in the tearing process, so that the tearing points of the hemp fibers are ensured to be fixed at the same position; at this time, the included angle between the hemp fiber and the sliding rail 3 is the tearing angle. By adjusting the length of the adjustable support rod 6, the inclination angle of the sliding table 2 relative to the base 1 can be changed, so that the hemp stalk tearing angle fixed on the sliding rail 3 can be adjusted.
