Claims (10)
- 患者管理液状薬投与装置であって、
内側端部及び外側端部を有する軸方向空洞を形成するハウジングと、
前記空洞の内側端部に取り付けられるポンプであって、空洞内に固定される第1壁と、リザーバ充満位置とリザーバ空位置との間において第1壁に対して空洞内をフレキシブルに移動可能な第2壁とを有するリザーバを形成するポンプと、
ポンプの入口ポートに接続される第1端部と、加圧液状薬源に接続可能な第2端部とを有する入口導管と、
ポンプの出口ポートに接続される第1端部と、患者の皮下に接続可能な反対側の第2端部とを有する出口導管と、
出口導管を締め付けることにより、出口導管を通る液体の流れを防止する閉位置と、出口導管から離されることにより、出口導管を通る液体の流れを許容する開位置との間を移動する、空洞内に取り付けられるクランプであって、その閉位置に向かって付勢されるクランプと、
リザーバの第2壁と係合可能で、第2壁がリザーバ充満位置にある第1位置と、第2壁がリザーバ空位置にある第2位置との間の軸方向運動のために空洞内に配置されるプランジャーと、
空洞の外側端部から延び、伸長位置と押下げ位置との間の軸方向運動のために空洞内に配置されるプランジャー作動ボタンであって、該ボタンを押下げ位置に係止するための戻り止めと、クランプと係合して、該ボタンがその押下げ位置へと移動させられる際、クランプをその開位置へと移動させるレッジとを有する当該ボタンと、
プランジャーと前記ボタンとの間に配置される圧縮状態のばねと、
前記ボタンがその押下げ位置へと移動させられる際、ボタンの戻り止めと弾性的に係合し、かつ、前記ばねの力に抗してボタンをその押下げ位置に保つ、空洞内に取り付けられるばねキャッチと、
プランジャーがその第2位置へと移動させられる際、ばねキャッチをボタンの戻り止めから離す、プランジャーにおけるキャッチリリースとを備えた患者管理液状薬投与装置。 - ボタンにおけるロックフィンガと、
ボタンの位置にかかわらずクランプがその開位置に保持され、かつ、プランジャーの位置にかかわらずボタンがその押下げ位置に保持されるように、クランプとボタンのロックフィンガの両方に係合する、ハウジングの側壁を通って延びる取り外しできる呼び水タブとを更に備えた請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。 - 前記ポンプの上流の前記入口導管に接続する第1端部と、前記ポンプの下流の前記出口導管に接続する反対側の第2端部とを有するバイパス導管を更に備え、これにより、液状薬の連続的な流れが、患者の制御から独立して患者に投与され得る請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
- ボタンにおけるロックフィンガと、
ボタンの位置にかかわらずクランプがその開位置に保持され、かつ、プランジャーの位置にかかわらずボタンがその押下げ位置に保持されるように、クランプとボタンのロックフィンガの両方に係合する、ハウジングの側壁を通って延びる取り外しできる呼び水タブとを更に備えた請求項3の患者管理液状薬投与装置。 - 前記ポンプ内への液状薬の流量を調整するため、該ポンプの入口導管に流れリストリクタを更に備えた請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
- 患者への液状薬の連続的な流量を調整するため、バイパス導管に流れリストリクタを更に備えた請求項3の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
- 前記出口導管の第1及び第2端部間に調整可能導管クランプを更に備えた請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
- 前記クランプは、その閉位置と開位置との間の運動のため、空洞内に回転可能に取り付けられるレバーアームを備える請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
- 前記ボタンは、該ボタンの内側端部を通って延びる軸方向内腔を含み、前記プランジャーの一部は、該内腔内での相対的軸方向運動のために該内腔内に同軸状に配置される請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
- 前記プランジャーにおけるインジケータと、ハウジング内の窓部であって該窓部を通じてインジケータが見られ得る該窓部とを更に備え、これにより、第1及び第2位置に対するプランジャーの軸方向位置を、ハウジングを通して確認することができる請求項1の患者管理液状薬投与装置。
