Description

Claims (9)
- 医療装置の流量制限器であって、前記流量制限器は、
入口および出口が設けられている格納庫と、前記格納庫を貫いて前記入口から前記出口までの間を通って画定されている流体流路とを備えており、
前記格納庫の内部で前記入口と前記出口の間には少なくとも1対の互いに対向する流量制限面が互いに軸線方向に接触状態に設けられており、前記1対の流量制限面の一方すなわち第1面は切れ目無く連続する第1の剛性の制限装置上に設けられており、流量制限面の他方すなわち第2面は、中を貫いて延びている少なくとも1個の開口を例外として切れ目無く連続する第2の剛性の制限装置上に設けられており、前記開口は前記入口および前記出口と連絡状態で配置されており、
前記第1の流量制限装置および前記第2の流量制限装置はそれぞれに最外側の周縁部を画定しており、
前記1対の流量制限面は前記流体流路に配置され、前記入口に搬入された流体が前記出口から流出する前に互いに対向する前記1対の流量制限面の間を通過するにあたり、前記第1の制限装置および前記第2の制限装置の前記最外側の周縁部と前記第2の切れ目無く連続する制限装置の前記開口とを通るようになっており、
前記1対の流量制限面のうちの少なくとも一方は或るパターンの流路が前記制限面の中まで形成されており、前記流路は、少なくとも一つ流量制限装置の最外側の周縁部を通り抜ける複数の開口を画定し、前記流路はまた、或る寸法と形状を有しているとともに、前記互いに対向している流量制限面と協働して、前記流量制限器の中を通る流体の所望流量を達成するように図っていることを特徴とする、流量制限器。 - 前記パターンの流体流路は反復する幾何学的形状のパターン、切れ目無く連続する螺旋、複数の螺旋、および、格子のうちの1つとして画定されており、機械加工され、エッチングされ、または、切削されて前記流量制限面に仕上げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流量制限器。
- 前記第1の制限装置および前記第2の制限装置は前記格納庫の内部に配置された互いに対向する平坦な平面部材を有しており、前記入口から流入した流体が前記平坦な平面部材の互いに対向する流量制限面の間で放射方向に流動するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流量制限器。
- 前記格納庫は入口側格納庫部材と、前記入口側格納庫部材とは別体の、入口側格納庫部材と嵌合する出口側格納庫部材とを有しており、前記互いに対向する流量制限面は前記入口側格納庫部材の表面に画定されているとともに、これに対向する、前記出口側格納庫部材の表面に画定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流量制限器。
- 前記互いに対向する流量制限面のうちの一方は前記格納庫部材のうちの一方の陥凹部内に形成されており、前記流量制限面のうちの他方は前記格納庫部材の他方の突起部に形成されており、前記突起部は前記陥凹部の中まで延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の流量制限器。
- 前記突起部は前記入口側格納庫部材の先細り円錐状先鋒部を含んでおり、前記陥凹部は前記出口側格納庫部材において前記円錐状先鋒部と相補的な先細り円錐形状部を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の流量制限器。
- 前記突起部は形状が概ね半球状であり、前記陥凹部は前記突起部に相補的な半球形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の流量制限器。
- 前記突起部は概ね平坦な平面を有しており、前記陥凹部は前記突起部と対応する平坦な平面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の流量制限器。
- 流体を液源から患者まで調節流量で搬送する構成の医療用流体搬送システムであって、前記システムは搬送用チューブ材と、前記チューブ材に一列に配置された流量制限器とを備えており、前記流量制限器は請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のものであることを特徴とする、システム。
