Claims (1)
- 不整脈事象を識別する医療デバイスであって、
心臓信号を検知する入力回路と、
該検知された心臓信号に関連する事象を、第1不整脈事象として特定するマイクロプロセッサと、
前記第1不整脈事象に応答して、エネルギー蓄積デバイス上に蓄積エネルギーを生成するための、充電回路と該エネルギー蓄積デバイスとの結合とほぼ同時に、第1治療を送出する第1回路と、
該第1回路による前記第1治療の送出を制御する制御回路と
を備え、前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記送出された第1治療に対する生理的反応を評価し、該評価された生理的反応に応答して、前記事象が、前記第1不整脈事象以外であると判定し、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記第1治療の送出に続いて起こる最初の検知された心臓信号に相当する回復周期長が、所定の閾値以上であるかどうかを判定する、
不整脈事象を識別する医療デバイス。
