Claims (11)
- 羽根(16)を保持するディスク(24)を含むタービンエンジンのロータホイールであって、羽根の根元部(18)が、前記ディスク(24)の外周面の環状凹部(20)に保持され、前記凹部の側壁の開口部を通して該凹部に係合され、前記根元部(18)が、ディスクの外周面を外側から囲むプラットフォーム(44)に結合され、前記プラットフォームは、ディスクの外周面の環状溝(52)に取り付けられる環状密封パッキン(54、62)と協働するように構成されたものであり、前記環状密封パッキン(54、62)は、停止時に、羽根(16)を正確な動作位置に保持する弾性力を羽根のプラットフォーム(44)に及ぼし、環状密封パッキン(54、62)の自由な状態での外径が、取り付け溝(52)の外径より大きく、環状密封パッキンの硬度が、羽根(16)を凹部に開口部を通して挿入するとき、および、羽根を凹部(20)内で周方向に移動させるときに、弾性変形するように、かつ、停止時に、羽根を正しく位置させる戻し力をプラットフォームに及ぼすように、決定されていることを特徴とする、ロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(54、62)が、羽根(16)の上流側にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(54、62)が、羽根(16)の下流側にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(54、62)が、該環状密封パッキンの中央横断面に対して対称な形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(54、62)は、前記環状密封パッキン(54、62)が溝に取り付けられるときに、溝(52)の外側に突出して延びるように構成された少なくとも一つの外周リップ(56、64)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(54、62)は、前記環状密封パッキン(54、62)が溝に取り付けられるときに、溝(52)の底で支持されるように構成された少なくとも一つの内周リップ(58、66)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(54)の横断面がほぼ菱形であり、該菱形の頂部が、前記環状密封パッキン(54)の径方向内周リップ(56)と径方向外周リップ(58)とを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状密封パッキン(62)の断面が、ほぼX形またはH形であり、該パッキン(62)が溝(52)に取り付けられたとき、溝(52)の外側に突出してプラットフォームに支持される2つの外周リップ(64)と、上流側および下流側の側面(68)がほぼ平坦かつ平行で、溝(52)の側壁で支持される2つの内周リップ(66)とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- 自由な状態で、外径が、環状の取り付け溝(52)の外径より大きく、ショアA硬度が50から100であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール用の環状密封パッキン。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのロータホイールを含む、タービンエンジンのコンプレッサ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのロータホイールを含むことを特徴とする、航空機のターボジェットエンジンまたはターボプロップエンジン等のタービンエンジン。
