Description
The present invention relates to a separation sheet in which separation regions are defined by slits, and more particularly to a technique that achieves both durability against tensile force in a direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the slits and ease of separation of the separation regions.
Conventionally, in a separation sheet that is attached to an adherend and then separated into a plurality of areas, such as a delivery slip attached to a delivery object, a slit is formed at the boundary line between the plurality of areas to be separated. In many cases, after being attached to an adherend, the slit is separated into a plurality of regions.
6A and 6B are diagrams showing a configuration example of a conventional delivery slip using a slit, where FIG. 6A is a front view and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A 'shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 6, the present configuration example is configured such that a
The delivery slip 301 configured as described above includes delivery information print areas 311 and 321 provided in the
When the delivery is delivered to the delivery destination and the receipt stamp is pressed in the stamp area 312 provided in the
In the delivery slip as described above, it is necessary to print the delivery information on the front surface before being attached to the delivery item. At this time, the delivery information is printed while the delivery slip is transferred through the printer. Become. In the printer, since the delivery slip is transported while being pulled by a transfer roller or the like, a tensile force is applied to the delivery slip in the transport direction. Here, the case where the delivery slip mentioned above was transferred in the direction orthogonal to a slit is demonstrated.
FIG. 7 is a view showing a state where the delivery slip 301 shown in FIG. 6 is transferred by the transfer roller.
When the delivery slip 301 is set in the printer in order to print delivery information in the delivery information print areas 311 and 321 of the delivery slip 301 shown in FIG. 6, the delivery slip 301 is changed to the release paper 307 as shown in FIG. The transfer roller 360 is wound around the transfer roller 360 so as to be inside, and the transfer roller 360 is rotated and transferred in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the
Therefore, a connecting portion for connecting the
However, when the delivery slip 310 as described above is a separation region surrounded by the
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is easy to separate the separation region surrounded by the slit, but a tensile force is applied in the direction perpendicular to the slit. It is an object of the present invention to provide a separation sheet that can reduce the possibility that the separation region is separated by the tensile force in the case.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
A first sheet in which a separation region that can be separated by being surrounded by a slit having a side extending in a predetermined direction is partitioned, and a second sheet adhered to the first sheet In the separation sheet where a tensile force is applied in a direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction,
The slit has a discontinuous portion where the slit is interrupted on a side extending in the predetermined direction, and is provided on a side not including a separation start portion when separating the separation region among the sides extending in the predetermined direction. ends of the two ends sac Chi before Symbol separation start portion side of the portion cut off by the discontinuity is come toward the isolation region side, and by the interrupted portion provided on a side including the separation start portion wherein the end which is not the separation start portion side of the two end portions of the portion cut off is directed Iteiru shape on the isolation region side.
In the present invention configured as described above, when a tensile force is applied when subjected to a mechanical process such as printing of information on the surface, among the slits that define the separation region of the first sheet, the tensile force When a force is applied so that a side extending in a direction perpendicular to the opening is opened, and the separation sheet is curved so that the first sheet is outside in this state, the region along the slit of the separation region is the second region. Attempts to peel off the sheet. However, since the slit extending in the direction orthogonal to the tensile force of the slit is provided with an interrupted portion, the region along the slit in the separation region is peeled off from the second sheet by the interrupted portion. In addition, the tensile force is dispersed by the fact that one end of the portion that is interrupted by the interrupted portion is oriented in a direction different from the extension direction of the side of the slit provided with the interrupted portion. However, the interrupted portion is difficult to tear.
Thereafter, when the separation region is separated from the separation start portion of the first sheet, the separation portion of the separation region from the first sheet reaches one end of the portion where the separation portion is interrupted, and the separation region is changed to the first region. When the separation region is further pulled away from the separation start portion in order to separate from one sheet, the interrupted portion is broken in the pulling direction of the separation region. Then, one of the two ends of the portion interrupted by the interrupted portion is slit so that the end on the separation start portion side of the two ends has a shorter distance from the separation start portion than the other end. The slit portion extending from the other end of the portion interrupted by the interrupted portion exists in this breaking direction by being directed in a direction different from the extending direction of the side of the side, and the fractured portion is connected to the slit portion and separated. The region will be separated from the first sheet by the slit.
As described above, in the present invention, the slit for separating the separation region from the first sheet is provided with a discontinuity at the side extending in the direction orthogonal to the tensile force, and further, the discontinuity is interrupted by the discontinuity. Since one of the end portions of the portion is oriented in a direction different from the extending direction of the side of the slit provided with the interrupted portion, when the tensile force is applied, the separation region is separated by the tensile force. The possibility can be reduced, and one of the two ends of the two portions that are interrupted by the discontinuity provided on the side not including the separation start portion when separating the separation region is Since the end on the separation start side is oriented in a direction different from the extending direction of the side of the slit so that the distance from the separation start portion is shorter than the other end, the separation start portion Even if the force to separate the separation region is dispersed in a region away from the region to be separated, the separation part is connected through the interruption portion, and the separation region can be easily separated without changing the direction in which the separation region is separated. be able to.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing an embodiment of the separation sheet of the present invention, where (a) is a surface view, (b) AA ′ cross-sectional view shown in (a), and (c) is (a). It is BB 'sectional drawing shown in.
As shown in FIG. 1, the present embodiment is a delivery slip 1a to 1c composed of a
The
Each of the delivery slips 1 a to 1 c is partitioned and formed by the
In the area of the delivery slips 1a to 1c, the
The label sheet 6 has a printed layer 5 formed by printing advertisement information in an area of the sticking surface to the slip sheet 2 facing the

First, the print layer 5 is formed by printing advertisement information on one side of the continuous label paper 6. At this time, the release paper 7 is adhered to the other surface of the label paper 6 by the adhesive 4b.

Before the adhesive 4a is dried, the slip sheet 2 and the label sheet 6 are arranged so that the surface of the slip sheet 2 on which the
Thereafter, the continuous slip sheet 2, the label sheet 6 and the release sheet 7 adhered to each other by the above-described processing are cut into a single piece as shown in FIG.
Hereinafter, a process when printing the delivery information on the delivery
The
2 is a view showing a state where the
The
Of the four sides of the
As described above, the
The delivery items to which the delivery slips 1a to 1c are attached are delivered to the delivery destination according to the delivery information printed in the delivery
3 is a diagram for explaining a state when the
When separating the
Thus, when the
The
Further, as described above, when the
