Description

The present invention relates to a glass panel device, and more particularly to a glass panel device having a structure in which a glass plate is held at a central portion in the thickness direction of the panel.

Conventionally, there is a support column erected on both sides, and a horizontal beam spanning the vertical space between the columns, and a space surrounded by the support column and the horizontal beam. Various glass panel devices that hold plates are provided. In this case, as a structure for holding the glass plate, generally, a concave groove is formed on the inner side surface of the support column and the lower or upper surface of the horizontal rail, and the glass plate having a smaller vertical or horizontal dimension than the space is provided in the space. The packing is inserted into the groove from both sides, and the glass plate is held by both packings.

Further, in Patent Document 1, when a plurality of divided glass plates are mounted on the top and bottom, a ceiling rail and a ground rail are attached to the ceiling and the floor surface, and a pair of support columns are erected with an interval between them. There is disclosed a structure in which a plurality of horizontal beam members are provided between predetermined columns at predetermined intervals, and a glass plate is held in a frame structure composed of columns, a top rail, a ground rail, and horizontal beam members. Specifically, the top rail and the ground rail are composed of a fixed rail and a cover rail. After the fixed rail is attached to a predetermined position on the ceiling and floor surface, the cover rail is connected to the fixed rail, and the fixed rail The fixed holding piece and the cover side holding piece of the cover rail form a recessed groove portion for holding the glass plate, and actually hold the upper and lower edges of the glass plate with packings fitted to both holding pieces. In addition, a concave groove is formed in the vertical direction on both side surfaces of the support column, and the side edges of the glass plate are positioned in the concave groove as in the conventional case, and packing is fitted into the concave groove from both the front and back sides to form the glass plate. Is held.

Moreover, in order to hold | maintain the upper and lower edge of a glass plate with a crosspiece member, it has the following structures. In the present embodiment, the crosspiece member is an extruded aluminum material, and the lower part has a structure similar to the structure of the top rail, that is, a lower holding piece is provided on one side of the front and back under the partition plate in the central part. A horizontal rail cover is formed on the other side of the front and back sides of the partition plate below the partition plate, and is fitted to the partition plate from below and fixed with screws from the side, and a groove is formed between the lower holding piece and the lower end of the horizontal rail cover. On the other hand, a pair of upper holding pieces are formed on both side edges above the partition plate, and a concave groove is formed between the upper holding pieces. And the said crosspiece member is connected between a right-and-left support | pillar using a L-shaped coupling metal fitting. And the horizontal part of the said L-shaped connection metal fitting is distribute | arranged in the recessed groove part below the said crosspiece member, and it connects with the lower surface of the said partition plate with a screw | thread. In this way, with the upper and lower end portions of the glass plate inserted into the upper and lower groove portions of the horizontal beam member provided between the left and right columns, the packing is fitted and the glass plate is held in the same manner as described above. is there.

However, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, after a pillar structure, a top rail, a ground rail, and a horizontal rail member are constructed to form a frame structure, a solid glass plate is transported and positioned at a predetermined frame portion. Since the final holding is performed with the packing while temporarily holding, the construction efficiency is low, and a heavy glass plate is handled, which is accompanied by work by a glass specialist and is expensive. Moreover, since it is necessary to connect each horizontal crosspiece member to a support | pillar with an L-shaped coupling metal fitting, and to connect to an exact position, this point also causes the workability to deteriorate.
JP 2002-138606 A

Therefore, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem by dividing a plurality of panels in the center portion in the thickness direction of the panel between a pair of support columns erected with a space between the ceiling and the floor surface. Glass plates can be connected in a vertical direction with simple construction, the number of parts is small, management is easy, the glass plates are easy to handle, and there is little risk of breakage during transportation. The object of the present invention is to provide a glass panel device having a wide field of view and a sharp appearance by reducing the thickness of the continuous portion between the plates so as not to stand out.

The present invention is a glass panel device in which a plurality of glass panels are mounted in a vertical direction between a pair of support columns provided with a gap between a ceiling and a floor in order to solve the above-described problem, Each glass panel is a frame that holds the periphery of the glass plate, and the frame is composed of a frame body that holds the glass plate and at least the back side frame members on both sides, and is continuously provided vertically. The upper frame part of the frame body of the lower glass panel is integrally configured across the front and back, and the lower frame part of the frame body of the upper glass panel is also integrally configured across the front and back, and the lower panel installed between the columns. The lower frame part of the upper glass panel is placed in a state of being positioned on the upper frame part of the upper glass panel, and the frame body of the upper glass panel is inserted between both supports from the front side, Both sides of the frame body In the state where the vertical frame portion of the column is in contact with the front surface side of both columns, screws are fastened to the inner surface of the column, the back frame member is inserted between the columns from the back side, and the inner surface portion of the vertical frame unit The upper glass panel is installed between the support columns by being elastically fitted to each other and in contact with the back sides of both columns, and the upper and lower glass panels are sequentially repeated. A panel device was constructed.

Here, the upper frame portion and the lower frame portion that are integrally configured are each constituted by a flat frame member having a thin upper and lower thickness, and a fitting member having a substantially I-shaped cross section between the upper frame portion and the lower frame portion. It is preferable that the projections and recesses are fitted to each other, and positioning is performed while regulating the deviation in the front and back directions.

Further, the frame body of the lowermost glass panel is composed of a frame main body that holds the glass plate, and a back side frame member of both side portions and the lower frame portion, and the frame main body of the lowermost glass panel is both struts from the front side. Inserted in between, with the lower frame part in contact with the surface side of the baseboard member, screwed to the upper surface of the baseboard member, and the vertical frame parts on both sides of the frame body to the surface of both struts In the state of being in contact with the side, screws are fastened to the inner surface of the column, the back frame member is inserted between the columns from the back side, and is elastically fitted to the inner surfaces of the vertical frame portion and the lower frame portion. It is preferable that the lowermost glass panel is installed between the support columns by mounting in a state where they are in contact with the back surface side of the baseboard member and the back surfaces of both support columns.

Furthermore, the frame body of the uppermost glass panel is composed of a frame main body for holding a glass plate and back side frame members of both side portions and the upper frame portion, and the upper side of the lower glass panel installed between the columns. The lower frame part of the uppermost glass panel is placed in a state of being positioned on the frame part, and the frame body of the uppermost glass panel is inserted between both supports from the front side. The vertical frame portion is in contact with the surface side of both columns and the upper frame portion is in contact with the surface side of the head member, and the vertical frame portion is screwed to the inner side surface of the column, and the back frame Each member is inserted between both columns from the back side, and is fitted in a state where it is elastically fitted to each inner surface portion of the vertical frame portion and the upper frame portion and is in contact with the back surface side of the head member and the back surface side of both columns. It is preferable that the uppermost glass panel is installed between the columns.

The glass panel device according to the present invention constructed as described above is integrated in a state in which the periphery of the glass plate is surrounded by the frame main body, so that it can be easily transported and can prevent unexpected damage to the glass plate. Even if there is no contractor, it can be easily constructed. In addition, the upper frame portion of the frame body of the lower glass panel is integrally formed over the front and back, and the lower frame portion of the frame body of the upper glass panel is also integrally formed over the front and back surfaces. The lower glass panel placed between the columns is placed on the upper frame part of the lower glass panel in a state where the lower frame part of the upper glass panel is positioned, and the frame body of the upper glass panel is placed from the front side. Inserted between both struts, with the vertical frame portions on both sides of the frame body in contact with the front side of both struts, screwed to the inner side of the struts, and the back frame member from the back side respectively. Since it is only inserted in a state where it is inserted in between and elastically fitted to the inner surface of the vertical frame part and in contact with the back side of both columns, the number of parts is small and management is easy. Dismantling work is very easy Regardless, it can be firmly attached.

In addition, the upper frame portion and the lower frame portion that are integrally formed are each composed of a flat frame member with a thin upper and lower thickness, and a flat I-shaped fitting member is interposed between the upper frame portion and the lower frame portion. Since it is positioned with a concave-convex fit and restricting the deviation in the front and back directions, by reducing the thickness of the continuous part between the upper and lower glass plates to make it inconspicuous, it has a wide field of view and a sharp appearance Nevertheless, it is possible to reliably regulate the deviation in the front and back direction in the connecting portion in the vertical direction.

The bottom glass panel can be easily and firmly installed between the columns by attaching it in contact with the back side of the baseboard member and the back side of both columns. It can be held stably.

Further, the uppermost glass panel frame body is composed of a frame main body for holding a glass plate and back side frame members on both sides and an upper frame portion, and the upper side of the lower glass panel installed between the columns. Thus, the uppermost glass panel can be easily installed between the columns.

Further, the frame body 2B of the lowermost glass panel P1 is composed of a frame body 20B that holds the glass plate 8, back side frame members 21 and 21 on both sides, and a back side frame member 22 on the lower frame part, In the frame body 20B, the front frame member 31 is disposed in the lower frame portion, the front frame members 32 and 32 are disposed in both the vertical frame portions, the connecting frame member 33 is disposed in the upper frame portion, and the end portions thereof are 45. The front side frame members 31 and 32 are connected by large and small L-shaped connection fittings 41 and 42 as shown in FIG. 6, and the front side frame member 32 and the connection frame member 33 are shown in FIG. The large and small L-shaped metal fittings 43 and 44 are connected to each other. Further, the back side frame members 21 and 22 are also cut into predetermined lengths at 45 ° at the ends.

Further, the frame body 2C of the uppermost glass panel P2 is composed of a frame main body 20C that holds the glass plate 8, back side frame members 21 and 21 on both sides, and a back side frame member 23 on the upper frame part, 20 C of frame main bodies arrange | position the front side frame member 34 to an upper frame part, arrange | position the front side frame members 32 and 32 to both vertical frame parts, arrange | position the connection frame member 33 to a lower frame part, and those end parts are 45. The front side frame members 32 and 33 are connected by large and small L-shaped connecting brackets 41 and 42 as shown in FIG. 6, and the front side frame member 32 and the connecting frame member 33 are shown in FIG. The large and small L-shaped metal fittings 43 and 44 are connected to each other. The back side frame members 21 and 23 are also cut into predetermined lengths at 45 ° at the ends.

Here, since the frame members corresponding to the headboard member 6, the baseboard member 9 and the column 5 are fitted so as to embrace the corresponding members on the outer side from both the front and back sides, inevitably the thickness in the in-panel direction. A thick one will be used. The members used for this portion are the front side frame members 31, 32, and 34 and the back side frame members 21, 22, and 23. In addition, it is desirable that the vertical portions of the upper and lower glass plates 8 and 8 are as small as possible in order to widen the field of view and to provide a sharp appearance. Is the connecting frame member 33.

More specifically, the front side frame member 32 (31, 34) is made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, and has a solid portion 16 having a wide width that abuts against the front side surface of the column 5 as shown in FIGS. A concave groove that integrally forms an inner surface portion 17 extending in the panel thickness direction from the inside of the solid portion 16 and fits the end portion of the glass plate 8 along the inner surface side central portion of the inner surface portion 17. 18 is formed, and a fitting hole 19 for fitting one piece of the L-shaped coupling metal 43 is formed inside the inner surface portion 17 on the solid portion 16 side with the concave groove 18 interposed therebetween, and the inner surface on the opposite side On the side, a stepped-down portion 15 that accommodates one piece of the L-shaped connecting bracket 44 is formed.

Further, the back side frame member 21 (22, 23) is also made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, and has a solid part 81 with a wide width that stops against the back side surface of the support column 5, and from the inside of the solid part 81 The inner surface plate 82 extends in the panel thickness direction, and the front end of the inner surface plate 82 is fitted into the engagement groove 14 formed in the wall surface of the stepped portion 15 of the front side frame member 32, and the inner surface plate 82. And the inner surface portion 17 are flush with each other, and the solid portion 81 is formed with an engaging step portion 83 that receives the tip of the inner surface portion 17 of the front side frame member 32, and the solid portion 81 A groove portion 84 is formed between the inner surface plate 82 and the base portion, and a piece of the L-shaped connecting bracket 44 can be inserted into the groove portion 84 and a leaf spring 85 can be fitted. Here, the front end of the leaf spring 85 is bent outwardly in a cross-sectional shape, and when the bent portion fits the back frame member 21 to the front frame member 32, the front frame member 32. It is configured to elastically engage with an engagement groove 14 formed on the inner surface of the stepped portion 15. By adopting such a structure, the front side frame member and the back side frame member can be easily connected by elastic fitting, but they are not easily separated, and after both members are connected, Since the fitting structure including the leaf spring is hidden inside, there is an effect that it looks like an integral member. Instead of the leaf spring 85, an elastic piece having a spring action may be integrally formed on a part of the back frame member 21.

The connecting frame member 33 is a flat frame member with a thin upper and lower thickness integrally formed from the front side to the back side, and is also made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, and is formed along the center of the inner side surface on the glass plate mounting side. A groove 86 for fitting the end of the plate 8 is formed, and fitting holes 87 and 88 for fitting one piece of the L-shaped connection fittings 43 and 44 are formed inside the front and back sides of the groove 86, Locking pieces 89 and 89 are provided on the outer surface facing the adjacent glass panel so as to engage with the fitting member 10 having a flat and substantially I-shaped cross section.

Since the connection part of the front side frame member 32 and the front side frame members 34, 31 as the upper frame part or the lower frame part is the same member, as shown in FIG. Insert both pieces of the L-shaped fittings 41 and 42 into the fitting holes 19 and 19 from the cut surface, and thread the screws 41a and 41a through the inner face portions 17 and 17 from the outer side and screw into the L-shaped fittings 41. To do. Further, the L-shaped connecting bracket 42 is provided with screws 42a and 42a, which are formed by passing both the L-shaped connecting brackets 42 to both stepped portions 15 and 15 on the inner surface side of the corner portion and penetrating the inner surface portions 17 and 17 from the outer surface. Screw together. On the other hand, since the back side frame members 21 and 22 are connected to each other on the back side, the end portions of the back side frame members 21 and 22 are cut at 45 ° so that the cut surfaces can be abutted.

Since the thickness of each member differs in the connection part of the front side frame member 32 and the connection frame member 33, a device is required. That is, only the end portion of the thin connecting frame member 33 and the inner side portion of the front side frame member 32 corresponding to the thickness of the connecting frame member 33 are cut at 45 ° to form the inclined cut surface 32a. Most of the solid portion 16 is a surface orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the connecting frame member 33, that is, a horizontal cutting surface 32b. The cutting surfaces of the respective members are abutted, and the L-shaped connecting metal fitting 43 is connected to the cutting surface from the cutting surface. Both pieces are inserted into the fitting holes 87 and 19, the screws 43 a and 43 a are passed through from the outer side, screwed into the L-shaped connecting metal 43, and further, the L-shaped connecting metal is inserted into the stepped portion 15 on the inner side of the corner portion. One piece of 44 is applied, the other piece is inserted into the fitting hole 88, and the screws 44a and 44a are screwed into the L-shaped fitting 44 from the outer surface.

The top rail 3 is a channel member having a substantially U-shaped cross section opened downward, and is fixed to the ceiling with an anchor bolt. The ground rail 4 is a channel member having a substantially U-shaped cross section that is open upward, and is fixed to the floor surface with anchor bolts. The cap member 6 is made of an extruded aluminum material and is screwed to the inner surface of the column 5 with an angle fitting 60. Moreover, the solid part 16 of the front side frame member 34 of the said glass panel P2 and the solid part 81 of the back side frame member 23 are externally fitted by the lower part of the both-sides face plates 61 and 61 of the said head member 6. The cap board cover 7 is made of an aluminum extrusion mold and is in contact with the upper end surface of the frame 2C. Further, the baseboard member 9 is made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, and a fitting portion in which the solid portion 16 of the front frame member 31 and the solid portion 81 of the back frame member 22 of the glass panel P1 are fitted on the upper portion. 90, and hollow baseboard portions 91 and 91 are suspended on both sides of the fitting portion 90 so that both baseboard portions 91 and 91 can externally fit the ground rail 4. . Here, adjusters 92 are provided at predetermined intervals in the groove of the ground rail 4 so that the level of the baseboard member 9 can be adjusted. The strut 5 is a structure in which members obtained by bending a steel plate material into a substantially M-shaped cross section are combined to form cylindrical portions 30 and 30 on both front and back sides, and concave grooves are formed on the front and back sides of the cylindrical portions, respectively. It is. In the present embodiment, the composite is formed by combining two members, but it may be a single body or an extruded product of aluminum.

In order to construct the glass panel device 1, as described above, the plurality of columns 5,... Are erected at regular intervals between the baseboard member 9 provided on the ceiling and the floor and the top rail 3. For this purpose, an opening may be formed in the fitting portion 90 of the baseboard member 9 and the lower end of the column 5 may be fitted into the opening. The upper end portion of the column 5 is fixed in the top rail 3 by a top fixing member. And glass panel P1, glass panel P, ..., and glass panel P2 are built in order from the lower side. For this purpose, a frame body 20A (20B, 20C) having a glass plate 8 fixed in advance is placed between the columns 5 and 5 on both sides. After mounting, the back frame members 21, 21 (22, 23) are mounted from the back side, and both are elastically fitted and attached.

Specifically, the frame body 20B of the lowermost glass panel P1 is inserted between the support columns 5 and 5 from the front side, and the solid part 16 of the front side frame member 31 constituting the lower frame part is formed on the baseboard member 9. The projection 15a on the lower surface of the front frame member 31 is fitted to the recess 90b formed on the upper surface of the fitting portion 90 with respect to the fitting portion 90 of the baseboard member 9 in contact with the front surface side. The fitting portion 90 is screwed to the concave portion 90b with a screw 42a. In this state, the solid portions 16 of the front side frame members 32, 32 constituting the vertical frame portions on both sides of the frame main body 20B are abutted against the surface sides of both columns 5, and the inner surface portions of the front side frame members 32 on both sides 17 and 17 are screwed onto the inner side surface of the support column 5 with tapping screws 90a,... Then, the back side frame members 21 and 21 are elastically fitted to the front side frame members 32 and 32 from the back side as described above. In this state, the solid portions 81, 81 on both sides of the back side frame members 21, 21 abut against the back side surface of the column 5. Therefore, in a state where the frame body 2B is mounted, the inner side portion of the support column 5 is fitted in the concave groove portion formed by the inner surface portion 17 and the solid portions 16, 81.

Then, after the fitting member 10 having a flat and substantially I-shaped cross section is placed on the upper surface of the connecting frame member 33 which is the upper frame portion of the frame 2B of the glass panel P1, the lower frame portion of the middle glass panel P is placed. The connecting frame member 33 is fitted and placed in a positioned state, and the inner surface portions 17 and 17 of the left and right front side frame members 32 and 32 constituting the frame main body 20A are inserted between the columns 5 and 5, Similar to the glass panel P1, the inner surface portions 17, 17 of the front side frame members 32 on both sides are stepped down with the solid portions 16, 16 protruding laterally on the front side surfaces of the columns 5, 5 being stopped. 15 and 15 are screwed onto the inner surface of the column 5 from the inside with tapping screws 90a,. Then, the back side frame members 21 and 21 are elastically fitted to the front side frame members 32 and 32 from the back side as described above. In this state, the solid portions 81, 81 on both sides of the back side frame members 21, 21 abut against the back side surface of the column 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting frame member 33 of the upper panel is placed and fitted on the upper connecting frame member 33 of the frame 10A with the fitting member 10 interposed therebetween. The connecting frame members 33 and 33, which are overlapped by fitting the concave and convex portions 2A and 2A, appear as if they were an integral flat horizontal frame member. Moreover, since both the connecting frame members 33 and 33 are concavo-convexly fitted via the fitting member 10, they are not displaced in the front and back directions at all.

Then, after the glass panel P is continuously provided on the glass panel P, the fitting member 10 having a substantially I-shaped cross section flat on the upper surface of the connecting frame member 33 which becomes the upper frame portion of the glass panel P1. After mounting, the connecting frame member 33 of the lower frame portion of the uppermost glass panel P2 is fitted and placed in a positioned state, and the left and right front side frame members 32, 32 constituting the frame body 20A are mounted. Are inserted between the support columns 5 and 5 and, similarly to the glass panel P1, the solid portions 16 and 16 projecting sideways on the front side surfaces of the support columns 5 and 5 are stopped at the same time. With the solid portion 16 of the front side frame member 34 of the frame portion in contact with the surface side of the head member 6, the inner surface portion 17 of each front side frame member 32 on both sides is supported by the tapping screw 90 a from the inside at the stepped portion 15. 5 is screwed to the inner surface. Then, the back side frame members 21, 21, and 23 are elastically fitted to the front side frame members 32, 32, and 34 from the back side. Finally, the headboard member 6 is screwed to the column 5 and the headboard covers 7 and 7 are fitted to the headboard member 6.

In this embodiment, the same upper and lower glass panel structure is provided on the left and right via the support column 5, but there is a gap between the left and right frame bodies, and the support column 5 can be seen from the outside. There is a possibility that the steel columns 5 are conspicuous from the outside with respect to the left and right frames of the mold material. Therefore, in this example, aluminum plate members 51 and 51 are attached to both side surfaces of the column 5 in advance with a double-sided tape or the like, so that the presence of the column 5 is not conspicuous from the outside.

Further, in the present embodiment, the glass plate 8 has a peripheral edge in the concave groove 18 of the front side frame members 31, 32, 34 and the concave groove 86 of the connecting frame member 33 when the frame main bodies 20A, 20B, 20C are assembled. The parts are fitted and integrated. At this time, a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is attached to the bottom surface of each of the concave grooves 18 and 86 to adhere to the end surface of the glass plate 8. As described above, since the periphery of the glass plate 8 is integrated with the frame main bodies 20A, 20B, and 20C being integrated, it is easy to transport, and the glass plate 8 can be prevented from being unexpectedly damaged. Even without it, it can be easily constructed.
